Das Zimmer war vollkommen unhygienisch und von Ungeziefer befallen. Die Bettlaken waren mit Löchern und Flecken versehen. Ich habe das Hotel sofort gewechselt, da ich keine weitere Sekunde dort verbringen wollte. Ich verlangte mein Geld zurück, jedoch teilte mir der Hotelbesitzer mit, dass eine Stornierung nur über Booking möglich sei, was einige Zeit dauern würde. Anschließend könne er mir den Betrag zurücküberweisen. Seitdem kam keine weitere Nachricht mehr vom Hotelier. Das Geld wurde einbehalten und das gegebene Ehrenwort nicht eingehalten.

- Bahrom88 (1/5): Really bad experience! Never book it. - Nothing to like. I informed hotel beforehand that I will be for sure staying there and planning to arrive at 02:00 am on 26 July 2025. But when I arrived, the administrator at the reception told me that there is no available rooms for me and proposed to spend night in other hotel. So during that raining night I was searching for other hotel to spend the rest of that bad night.

- Jeremy (4/5): - lol Elegance? Don’t be fooled. The pictures tell a decent story, but our room was run down, the option for our 13 year old was a dusty matress. Sure, it was $60nzd per night, but the drilling from the building next door, the concrete dust, the smoke and the mess, I’d have paid a maximum of $30. Staff were making furniture in the lobby, clever for sure - I couldn’t make a sofa from scratch, but honestly, do that somewhere else! We bailed after three nights - give us credit for sticking it out, and we’re refunded for the last night. We spent the final night at Bloom hotel down the road.
