• James (8/5): - Good location, clean, good value. Lack of personnel on property is a problem. Arrival was OK. Emailed arrival instructions (entry codes, location of room key, etc ) OK. Departure a problem. Nobody at desk 10am, front door wouldn't open when late departing to train station. Not sure how I finally got it to open. Left keys on desk, concerned nobody to whom to give and confirm received.

Los artefactos electricos hay que verificar que funcionen, al igual que las luces. Igual estos inconvenientes los solucionaron rapidamente.

• Nayme (8/5): - Excelente ubicación de la propiedad. Buena comunicación, se contactaron conmigo un día antes del check in y me escribieron varias veces para saber horario de llegada, muy atentos. Llegamos a las 15 y no había ya cochera disponible en el lugar pero nos dieron descuento para dejar el auto en una cochera a la vuelta del alojamiento. en cuanto a la habitación, camas confortables, cómodas, lugar limpio y bien equipado. A pesar de que no utilizamos ni la cocina ni lo electrodomésticos porque solo paramos una hs (por lo que no puedo opinar sobre su funcionamiento), las alacenas tenían olor a humedad que se sentía en la habitación. El baño DIMINUTO, incomodo y las canillas rotas y toallas manchadas con maquillaje.

Pedi separar las camas ya que el depto era para tres personas y no lo hicicieron Tenían un sillón cama roto, las sábanas estaban rotas y el colchón era híper fino. La cama de dos plazas súper incomoda, se notaban los alambres/resortes El edificio y depto es moderno pero le falta mantenimiento, cambio de colchón, sillón roto, sábanas viejas.

Quizás un poco más de limpieza, no se veía reluciente pero sí limpio. Algunos detalles de falta de mantenimiento propios del desgaste por el uso en algunas cosas, también podrían estar atentos a eso.

• Lucas (2/5): Pagas el 75% más de impuestos - Lo peor de todo fue encontrarnos con eso en el recibo de la tarjeta,porque estamls pagando dos veces lo que sale como si fuese que nos fuimos afuera del país. El departamento esta bien, tiene algunas cosas que hacen que sienta que necesita estar un poco más equipado y sobretodo si no venis en auto. La dueña tardaba en contestar o directamente no lo hacía. La verdad que no esta mal el lugar, la cama super cómoda y buenos electrodomésticos pero por lo que se pagó te ibas a uno de 3 habitaciones más.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Se inundo todo el depto con eso sufiçiente no? - La verdad terrible, el dia que llegamos se rompio un caño se inundo el depto completo , el pasillo , los deptos vecinos y nunca nos contesto nadie de la administracion ,(creo que la falta de un rol de emergencias fue lo peor, sin recepcionosta que atienda este problema) un peligro si habia enchufes podia ocurrir una desgracia, eso denota la falta de mantenimiento del lugar.. Tuvimos que autoevacuarnos a otro depto que habia alquilado mi hna en el mismo edificio para 3 personas y dormir los 5 ahi, y mi marido ayudar a sacar a sacar el agua del pasillo con vecino que tb estaba de vacaciones , el acolchado manchado , los pocillos engrasados , muy lamentable ...

Estaria bueno que controlaran estas pequeñas cosas al ingreso de cada nuevo inquilino. Por lo demás todo excelente.

En la habitación no hay ni una sola indicación: Clave wi fi, como usar los controles remoto de la TV, como utilizar el termotanque, etc. No se corresponde con las fotos de la web EL internet de mala calidad El termotanque de muy poca capacidad, me quede sin agua en la mitad de la ducha No había secador de pelo, Tuve que pedirlo y recién lo consegui al dia siguiente El back out estaba dañado asi que no bajaba hasta el piso, por lo que en la mañana entraba luz El aire acondicionado , puesto en HEAT, tiraba aire frio y caliente, intercalado Pero lo peor de todo es la ACTITUD de la administradora (creo que Mariela) que cuando me escucho hablar con la señora de limpieza que me ayudó a conseguir el secador de pelo, vino a regañarme, y decirme que ya que tenia tantos problemas, mejor me fuera. Y que no me devolvería el dinero, que debía hablar eso con Expedia. Muy mal educada. Por otro lado, el whatsapp tambien demoran horas en responder. y en el ingreso, con otro matrimonio tuvimos que llamar varias veces para que bajaran a recibirnos, a pesar de que eran las 3 pm. Hora en la que sabían que llegábamos porque nos hablamos comunicado el dia anterior. Resumen: mas alla de la falta de mantenimiento (tengo fotos y pruebas de todo lo que estoy escribiendo) lo peor es la ACTITUD que toman ante el error. En lugar de disculparse y ayudar a resolver, agreden y te echan. Increíble.

• María Inés (8/5): Todo correcto, muy buena relación calidad precio. - Estuvo bien, el lugar era prolijo, y estaba todo sumamente limpio aspecto que para nosotros era importante. Lo único que nos resultó un poco incómodo fue que llegamos y la habitación no estaba pronta. No se si fue tema nuestro o de ellos pero nos hubiéramos arreglado de otro modo. El wifi no era bueno. La ubicación excelente y el apto estaba correcto con las comodidades perfectas para una estadía.

Ojala compren un juego de vajilla en condiciones y utensilios tipo tablita p cortar, escurridor de platos.. la bacha de lavar los platos muyyyy pequeña, se hace casi imposible lavar. Habia elementos de un mixer, pero no estaba el mixer.. tb una pava electrica y tostador ok. La ducha y la heladera muy buenas.

• Romar (6/5): - Me gusto la zona, y el mobiliario de cocina No me gusto el servicio de aseo, las responsables no cambiaron toallas ni sabanas pese a que lo pedimos. El sofá cama es muy malo. El Internet es pésimo.

• Jessica Marcela (6/5): - El departamento estaba con las sábanas sucias; pedí que las cambiaran y no me respondieron. De la cocina solo funcionaba una hornalla y habìa que esperar bastante tiempo para que calentara. La comunicación no fue muy fluida. Sacando esas cosas, la ubicación es excelente, el departamento en sí mismo es lindo y el área común del edificio también, pero dormir con sábanas sucias y tener dificultades para usar la cocina hicieron que nuestra estadía no fuera muy cómoda.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Departamento sub-equipado y mal mantenido - Encontré un departamento que le faltaba equipamiento muy básico: -El velador no tenía bombilla eléctrica -No tenía pava (eléctrica ni manual) -No tenía tostadora -No tenía repasador y al mismo tiempo... -No tenía secaplatos/secacubiertos -No tenía toalla de piso para el baño -El bidet tenía los grifos anulados -Tenía para 2 personas: UN sólo vaso (sí, leíste bien), UNA sóla cucharita de café, UNA sóla percha (al 3er día de estadía me completaron el par de todo ésto) El resto de la vajilla estaba justa-exacta para 2, por lo tanto había que lavar en seguida cualquier cosa que se usara, algo bastante incómodo. -Finalmente, la pequeña piscina de la terraza está bien pero de las reposeras disponibles 2 de cada 3 están rotas y no se pueden usar. Por el lado positivo destaco lo siguiente: -Muy cómoda e ingeniosa la forma de ingreso "automatizado" que no requiere llegar a una hora precisa para encontrarse con alguien -La disponibilidad de cocheras en el mismo edificio y su alquiler a un precio razonable. -Cordial atención por parte del encargado del edificio. En resumen, el lugar en general me dejó la sensación de que tiene cierto abandono, o poca revisión, o poca reposición por parte de los administradores.

• Gabriela (8/5): Comunicacion deficiente - La comunicación no existió. Proponen nros de contacto que no atienden. Por whatsapp me contestaron algunas dudas previas y al irme nadie estuvo ni siquiera para recibir las llaves. Quise reservar turno para la pileta y nadie me contesto con lo cual no la pude usar.
• ERICA GISELA (8/5): Alojamiento Unidad 2A (23/12/2021 al 26/12/2021) - El lugar es cómodo. Los detalles negativos fueron: falta de limpieza profunda del departamento (zócalos sucios, paredes sucias, telas de araña, moho en baño). La ducha debe ser reparada, la puerta del baño no cierra, el secador de cabello no se puede utilizar porque se sobrecalienta apenas se enciende, las ollas son de materiales nocivos para la salud y se encuentran sumamente deterioradas. El precio me pareció bajo pero no estoy de acuerdo con el sistema de cobro qué utiliza Hoteles.com (te cobran en dólares y no te dan otras opciones de pago)

• maria celeste (2/5): Muy engañosa - Fue muy desagradable la estadía… empezando porque el precio publicado es totalmente engañoso, te llevas la sorpresa cuando pasas la tarjeta y te cobran en dólares… el anfitrión muy desagradable en su atención, el lugar súper desmejorado, paredes sucias, lleno de cucarachas,l’as fotos son engañosas, la ropa de cama sucia manchada, falta de utensilios, toallas viejas y manchadas.

• sammy (8/5): Dirty accomodations. - Called a day ahead informing them I was travelling with a group of 9ppl. And we had 9 rooms. Asked if it would be possible to get 1 or 2 rooms early check in. 11am-noon instead of 2pm. That way a few elder ppl who had 18 hour flights could rest. And the rest could leave their bags. Well we show up and are only allowed to leave bags and told check in is at 2pm. There were available rooms, I dont know what was the point of not giving us 2 rooms 3 hours early. Sheets had hairs, were not washed. Floor was not clean, and shower had lots of small flys in ceiling. Filthy place. 1 of the rooms we asked to change sheets because they were dirty, and you guessed it. No luck.
• andrew (8/5): Great location - This hotel is in a great location! Being very close to Santa Fe Street. Plenty of shopping, many cafes and bars, etc, everywhere here. An easy walk to many of Buenos Aires attractions in the upmarket Recoleta and Palermo area. A 24 hour reception makes a late evening check in easy. And this is a safe region in this city.The suite was very large compared to others I have stayed in in Recoleta. Two bathrooms and a large fully equipped kitchen, with a single bedroom. The rooftop contained a pool and decking with all day sun. although I had trouble with intermittent wifi and noise from other guests was audible, I would definately stay at this hotel again.

We ended up buying a frying pan for breakfast. Other than that they provided good cleaning service. Would stay there again because of location and being very quiet.

The apartment was very confortable, clean and spacious. I think the bathroom need a little tlc with the shower and the tiny sink, but other than that, the apartment it's perfect to stay. I definitely stay here again!

(8/5): Great place in a very nice but busy and noisy part of town - I could have given this place five stars because of cleanliness, good taste, the very helpful people at the reception, the central location (you can walk to the 9 de julio and to Recoleta if you like walking), etc. but it is a very noisy part of town, day and night. If you are able to sleep with loud street noise, then this place is perfect for you.

• Gene (8/5): Good Apartment - The apartment was satisfactory for extended stays. The facilities are adequate and bed was comfortable. Needs painting and some minor repairs. Reception was excellent with very nice day and evening staff. They were extremely helpful to us.

There were minor things in the apartment that needs attention, like tiling, stained curtains, broken curtain, unstable shower screen. If you are planning on booking this apartments for the pool, don't as it hasn't been cleaned in a long time and is green. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. With some changes this apartments would go from good to great.

• Lesley (4/5): - Unfortunately, a lot of things did not work in the room. The first night the fuse box kept on tripping until I discovered that having certain lights on caused the issue. The fridge froze all my food ( and no adjustment made it better ) , the cooker was inadequate. The toilet ( second toilet in apartment ) leaked and flooded the floor. The one positive was that I was able to check in early and as I flown all night, it was very welcome

Definitely I will never recommend this place to anyone even though the building is new the administrator more than rude not professional at all

• Verified traveler (6/5): Adequate Hotel for Recoleta - Pretty average place. Close to the Subte and walking distances to Palermo and Recoleta parks. Lots of things did not work well - like the stove and plugs and a lamp. Older than the photos look.
• Nora (10/5): Great apartment in BA best neighborhood - I highly recommend the apartment complex for those that want to stay in a great neighborhood with access to central Buenos Aires. The apartment is not like a hotel as it does not have room service or maid service but I really enjoyed the privacy and comfort of my stay.
