Guest Reviews
- Mike (2/5): - Infested with cockroaches
- Derek (4/5): Stayed for one night - Roaches in the room. Holes in the walls. Bathtub had stains and was burned. Very rundown.
- Francisco (2/5): - Rooms were infested with roaches
- Maria (2/5): - do not recommend
- Elizabeth (10/5): - nice people
- Sam (2/5): - Not for people on vacation. Mainly for locals.
- james c. (2/5): - So gross. Look out
- Elisangela (2/5): The worst - There were no towels or pillows for everyone. There were no blankets. I spent 2 nights and 3 days without hot water. From Saturday to Sunday my key got locked and the woman at the reception was sleeping. And when we managed to wake her up, she didn't like it and even called my friend crazy. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. And I want a refund. Very disappointed. the floor was very dirty.
- STEPHEN (2/5): - Place a mess.
- Deanna (6/5): - That was super comfy. There wasn’t really parking other than that. It was OK.
- Samar (2/5): - I’m finding Cockroaches
- Andrew (2/5): - This place is extremely disrespectful to those who aren’t of the ethnicity of the owners of the property. If you’re of their kind you can scream and do whatever you like until 4 am. I will never stay at this place again. I would rather sleep on the street, than risk getting knife in the middle of the night by these dangerous unscrupulous individuals.
- Andrew (2/5): - Children are allowed to scream outside of all the rooms past 10pm and their parents encourage it. Management is well aware and welcoming of all disruptive behaviour. Deplorable people
- Gloria (2/5): - Do not stay here; dirty, unsafe, and loud people live here permanently.
- Jose (2/5): - They promissed me two rooms with three beds, and they gave one room with two beds only. A lot of Cockroaches, insects and damaged lock in my room. Terrible experience for my vacation.
- Joshua (2/5): Nightmare family occupied motel - Don't stay here! It is family owned and family occupied. They rent out a few rooms to pay some bills. They have a huge party throughout the complex at night because they themselves have rooms scattered randomly so there is no avoiding it. I watched the few other actual guests leave in fear in the early morning and I understand their concerns. I would ask and suggest you remove them from your service. Chances are they won't see this, I know I didn't but if it's not generated it can't be sold.
- Janiff (2/5): - They were 50 roaches wished i caught it before they were nice and maintenance guy let us borrow some cleaning supplies I guess they people downstairs brought them
- Francisco (10/5): - The staff is something else, really helpfully and nice people.Always keep clean and quiet place.
- Mohammedelfatih (8/5): - It is nice hotel as a location and Parking.
- Tannya (4/5): - Room was not dirty but also not clean. Looked old and smelled old if you know what I mean.
- Krystal (2/5): Avoid this place at all cost!!! - Roaches, Sticky Floors and Sticky Door, Bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way, the bathroom light amd vent was broken and hanging, tagging on the headboards, no fitted sheet, the bedding hadn't been properly washed or changed, next door to the cleaning supplies closet and it stunk, people living there and the ones underneath is were up all night screaming and methed out, literally 4am slamming doors and screaming at eachother in the parking lot. 2 towels with stains on them... we checked in late at 11:45pm because we had been at Disneyland all day and when I went to complain, no one would help us. We didn't even unload the car, we went straight to another hotel and was able to get another CLEAN room at Best Western Inn and we eneded up not getting a refund because of the time we checked in.. horrible experience.
- Alberto (2/5): - Stay away DO NOT BOOK rooms are filty my room had a huge black moldy spot right about the toilet room was dirty and smelled really bad when trying to confront the staff they were not at the front desk afterr about 15 mins i had to cancel from expida!!!!
- Rosa Elba (4/5): - The spa wasn't working, the pool was filthy! Only got 3 towels for 5 guests. Found Roaches several roaches in our room!
- crystal (2/5): - Cockroaches in the bathtub. Prostitutes on the corners
- Francisco (10/5): - The staff something else
- Abraham (2/5): - I found a syringe in my room I left right away
- Dacia (6/5): - ok
- Kanesha (4/5): - Housekeeping needs to step it up. Management is very poor and not reliable. There were roaches in the bed at check in and in the room. Idk if it was managements family or relatives staying there but their cars were loud and they kept double parking. They definitely didn’t care about their guests. Also, they kept talking outside and were loud.
- Barner (6/5): - Decent place to stay. Very close to Disneyland.
- Bradly (10/5): it was excellent - it was very good. ive had some pretty unpleasant experiences particularly with regards to customer service at a couple of different hotels in that area. in fact one right down the street at beachsides was utterly aweful and i encourage all to stop by just to inconvenience them - rainbow inn - comparitivly is beyond what can be compared and in my humble
opinion runs circles around the other establishments in the area. thank you very much rainbow inn
- Andrew (10/5): - It would seem to be a good place to stay for the night
- Minh Dung (8/5): - Easy parking and close to my activities
- Eisy (6/5): - There was roaches
- Andrew (10/5): - Economic place to stay when you need a place to sleep
- peter (6/5): - The property was convenient, but it could have been cleaner.
- Steve (2/5): - it was horrible and frightening of a place in the worst's condition with ticks and bugs crawling everywhere I thought I had entered a third world country of the worst kind
- Scott (2/5): Never stay at Rainbow inn - Room smelled, cars parked in fire lane, attendant not at window, dirty diaper left at the dirty pool
- Pierre (10/5): - Convenient
- Erika (8/5): - .
- Kenneth (4/5): - The sheets were dirty in the room had roaches
- Dexter (2/5): - property was run down and a/c did not work the TV did not work and there was dirty chairs, cracked tiles and nothing done to fix or replace items to make the stay pleasant
- Timothy (6/5): - I didn’t like the shower.
- Edgar (2/5): - Water was turned off while in the shower without notice , was woken at 1 am by the family that lives there due to relationship problems .
- Laiana (2/5): - I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel, our visit was marred by numerous issues that left us thoroughly disappointed and disheartened.
Firstly, I must address the lack of hospitality and professionalism displayed by your staff. From the moment we arrived, it was abundantly clear that we were not welcome guests. The demeanor of the lady at the reception desk was particularly concerning; she appeared as though she had just rolled out of bed, and her demeanor was more akin to someone who had been startled awake rather than a professional in the hospitality industry. Her unwelcoming attitude and disheveled appearance left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Furthermore, the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel were severely lacking. Our room was dirty and unkempt, with stained carpets and a musty odor permeating the air. It was evident that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained, and the lack of attention to detail was alarming. Additionally, the limited availability of basic amenities, such as towels, only added to our frustration and disappointment.
Overall, our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of professionalism exhibited by your staff, coupled with the poor cleanliness standards and overall disorganization, has left us with a lasting impression that we would rather forget.
- EDGAR (2/5): - cigarette smell, room and bathroom with cockroaches, bed cover burned by cigarettes, food remains on mattress (I cancelled immediately and they still charged me one day of the 3 days I had booked).
- Luis (2/5): - It is not clean place to stay
- Xuyuan (2/5): not recommended to others. - The first room was very smelly. We had to change another one. The beds are not clean and without blankets. The condition needs improve.
- Natyia (10/5): - Staff was really nice to me and my room is clean and nice no complaints here
- Yossi (2/5): - wow... it's so bad i didn't read the reviews here before i booked in 😕.
it hell here are a lot of American cockroaches in the bath coming from the ceiling 😬.
the room is filthy on a high level.
people should not be in here.
I booked for 4 night, show up on my first day very late night I was horrified to discover the horror and left early morning eithout sleeping 😵💫
Definitely not recommend !!!
- Maria (8/5): - Affordable prices!!
- Dale (2/5): Over view - No contact with hotel because lobby was shut down. Pool and hot tub were open but nothing working. Water was cold and dirty. Door was not working properly.
No phone charging ports.
- Javier (8/5): - a basic motel with ample rooms affordable and convenient
- Kristen (2/5): Horrible - Was dirty and had bugs. Not safe doors easily opened and my toddler busted his head open on the metal sticking out from the bed
- Clement (4/5): - Was ok for the price, tried to get change for a $20, front desk had nothing. Non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. Was given air freshener to mask the smell. Was just me so, I'm not that picky. If I was with someone I would not stay here.
- CINTHYA (2/5): - The room was really dirty
- Jesus (8/5): - The lady was nice despite the 1 a.m. check in.
- Tyler (6/5): - lots of sketchy people wondering the parking lot all night long and not enough places to park
- Corey (4/5): - No Towels, soap, amenities in the Room.
- chris (2/5): - Got our room key and opened the door. Cockroaches scattered everywhere. It felt like a New York apartment in the 80's. Unpainted drywall patches on the walls, bugs everywhere, large stains on the comforters. The place was rough. I walked right back to the front desk and tried to get a refund, and they fought me tooth and nail on it. I had to get Expedia involved. The front desk lady was nice. She wasn't allowed to give a refund even though we'd only had the room for 90 seconds, so I had to deal with the owner, and then get Expedia in on it. What a mess. In my entire life, this is the only room I've ever refused to stay in. Pick a different hotel, guys. This one is trash.
- Connector37918722943 (2/5): Sketchy, horrible and disgusting!! - It is the worst motel I have ever seen, I should have known how Terrible it was going to be from check in and they did not take cards for they’re hold and also don’t have an atm to pull cash out had to drive to a store to get cash back check in went to the room it smelled awful they had the Ac unit held up with a manual jack stand. Spend about 16 min in room saw a man looking threw the peep holes with a flashlight he looked homeless and decided to leave asap ( I had my baby with me) they didn’t refund but honestly that was the least of my worries. Don’t ever stay here
- Kelly (10/5): - In the middle of the mix. Great for getting some good na na or maybe you wanna ride some coasters. They got things you can ride all over the place. Beautiful women dropping it for the low low price I f $75 bucks. Not too expensive and not
- Daniel (2/5): - Terrible place to stay. Dirty room. No phone. No toilet paper.
- Daniel (2/5): - I didn’t stay at all and checked out!
- Charlie (2/5): - I only reserved for 3 hours to give my daughter and I a place to clean up and ready ourselves for the airport after a beach day, and main hotel reservations ended at 11am. This was the cheapest in the area. There was blood in the bathroom, the toilet was dirty as hell and there were no wash clothes or tv. I only experienced this place to clean up for a hour or 2 and was like “wow” haha . I took pics but it won’t let me post
- Ray (6/5): I'll spend the extra money next time. - budget motel, kind of scary area, would not stay there with my wife
- Heather (6/5): - Its alright for the price
- charles (10/5): - For the money that we spent, it's more than my expectations compare to same amout
- Andrew (10/5): - I like the property the rooms are very clean. The fridge and microwave made for an excellent group as does sometimes 4K ultra. HDTV is always accommodating and the Wi-Fi I use for my Roku is excellent.
- Antoine (8/5): You get what you pay for. - You get what you pay for, so no high expectations. Toilet seat was wobbly and there were no face towels. Just bath and door towels, but it was ok since they provided two bath towels.
Power outlet under the table desk had no power, neither the wall outlet it was connected to. Front desk lobby permanently closed for some reason so you had to do all communication and transaction through window. Other than that, nothing major to complain about.
Oh forgot to mention they had charging stations for electric cars so that was nice, so it’s good to know.
- Hakan (2/5): - Terrible
- Joe (10/5): - Staff and the people were very nice.
- Kyle (10/5): - The girl at the front desk was kind accommodating and made me feel welcome. The bed was super comfortable in the shower. Had great water pressure unlike most of the hotels on S. Beach Blvd.
- Angel (4/5): - Our room smelled strong like black mold and we all woke up with a headache. Also had to pay for parking at a hotel near because all spots were taken after coming back from dinner. Sheets also had lots of stains. Didn’t feeling like the door was all that secure either
- Jade (10/5): - Great place to stay
- Joe (8/5): - Safe, quiet and clean.
- Joe (10/5): - The clean staff does a great job.
- Travis (2/5): - My ceiling was moldy in the bathroom and leaked from above. Would never go again. I checked out 2 days early!
- Kelly (4/5): Cheap and close to Disneyland - The rooms were ok despite cigarette burns in our blankets and the blankets were paper thin. The AC made a loud noise all night and the walls are so thin we could hear everyone talking and walking around in other rooms. At 4 am some loud music from another room woke us all up. Also, they don’t have ice so we made do and went to a local convenience store, no biggie. The front office was not open so you check in through a small window outside but the girl was nice. Probably won’t stay here again but it’s cheap and close to Disneyland if you’re looking for something on a budget.
- Paul (4/5): - Close to Disneyland but in a dangerous area and there was no hot tub or laundry facilities
They didn't even have enough blankets for my family of 5.
- Adam (4/5): - Not good, bed was not clean, and to much noise for other residents was hinging outside
- Yahaira (2/5): Do not Book!!!! Not worth it!! - First of all, I was placed in a smoking room when I requested non smoking. Second, it was filthy, dirty, stunk, and there was dirty walls, graffiti on the walls, AC and restroom door. The sink was over flowing with food coming out of it like someone had thrown up. The tv had white pair all over and there was no remote. The floors had not been swept for days and there was trash in the restroom etc. the AC was broken and I was told that was the last room they had. Which was obviously a lie since the parking lot started getting full at mid night.
I didn’t shower, the tub had blood and the towels were stained with black and make up only folded. Worst stay ever!!!!! Do not Book! It’s not worth it!!!!
- LILA (6/5): - No comments..
the room has a terrible smell like mold-mildew.
- Andrew (10/5): - It’s a good place for the price.
- Andrew (10/5): - Excellent lighting and high quality amenities like a tv, mini fridge and a microwave oven. Supplied shampoo makes for an economical alternative.
- Daniel (10/5): Accep nice - Very good
- Verified traveler (2/5): You get what you pay for 😅 - I booked this hotel for the weekend at $200. It’s close to Knotts Berry Farm, Adventure City and restaurants. Their AC is cold; hot water was consistent. They have an electric vehicle charging spot. The room was not the cleanest. There’s a couple of roaches. Vanity lights did not work. There’s not in room phone so we called from our phones to get towels and trash bin. The pool is filthy.
- Annalisa (8/5): Came for Disney - For the price I paid. I’m not mad at all. Came to go to Disney and the beaches. Didn’t want to pay allot $$ just to lay my head down for a few hours. 5 of us staying the water pressure was great And the hot water was hot :)
- Sean (2/5): - I showed up to this hotel and the property was dirty on the outside. I felt like it couldn’t get much worse. I got out of my car and on my way to check in. I noticed the pool was dirty with murky water and the hot tub was even worse. I called Expedia to cancel my reservation since I had paid for insurance. They couldn’t refund my money. Now back to the check in and details of the room. I opened the door to find dirty hand prints on every wall stains on the comforters holes in these walls towel bars hanging off the walls. I immediately walked out of the hotel and booked a room at a different hotel.
- Muhammad Ali (2/5): - I couldn’t even check in there was no one at the reception
- Emilio (4/5): - The only person that help out was the maintenance staff Mike he was really helpful, Everyone else was d rude d
- Andrew (10/5): - I’ve been treated like a valued customer and I appreciate that, High speed Wi-Fi makes a great room for the night.
- Andrew (2/5): - I can’t believe they let a loud party scream on with loud music. I don’t tolerate ignorant people and the staff needs to get a job they are not incompetent
- Rajwinder Kaur (2/5): - They cancelled my booking without notifying me. When i reached they said sorry its cancelled. Such a terrible staff as well
- Delena A (2/5): Dirty and unsanitary - Bed bugs, cookerochis, blood on bathroom walls, no refunds, dirty
- Elyssa (2/5): - the room itself wasn’t so bad, checking in was easy and the girl at the front desk was friendly, but the hotel had a very weird vibe to it. The part that threw me off the most was watching two barefoot young children playing tug of war with a chain in the middle of the parking lot! As a woman staying at the property itself I felt extremely uncomfortable. I honestly just booked the room because I needed a place near work to freshen up for evening plans without driving 40 minutes back home just to drive right back to the OC area, but I would never sleep here, at least not if I’m alone
- Andrew (10/5): - Excellent Wi-Fi
- Joe (10/5): - Location is great, Staff is very polite and eligible. Parking is very confusing.
- Aneeqa (4/5): - If you just need a lace to sleep, this place is fine.
- Evelyn (2/5): - The room was so dirt and gross
- Arneil (2/5): - I wbooked room 112 and in the room above us there is cigarettes being thrown on the balcony. One got tossed over the balcony in which landed on my bags and bounced into the room. The room had graffiti on the door handle. When I got upset, I’m requested to be moved rooms or be cleaned she responded with “I can give you Lysol to clean it because we just cleaned the roo”. Then I processed to tell her I was leaving and to not bother in which one of the hotel people came out of their rooms and let their cat poop on the stairwell because they have people living there. Despite the policy of no pets.
