- Paul (9/5): - The gardens are beautiful and peaceful in the morning, especially the larger mughal gardens a little away from the cottages if you can get up early and enjoy the cooler hours.
The cottage was comfortable and spacious and very clean.
Breakfast was great and was available until mid-morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

- herwig (9/5): - Really special stay, wonderful for adults and children alike, if you are looking for something off the beaten track, with peace and warm hospitality. Food is too expensive even if it is good.

- Shubham (7/5): Old world charm in new age tents! - -Hospitable staff and the well maintained garden and fountains
-loved the visit to Samode Palace - will stay there next time. -Tents are great but Views from the tent is too basic - unless you are staying in a suite.
-Swimming pool too small to accommodate a sold out weekend.
-Visit to Jaipur is almost an hour away.
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Monika (9/5): Superb -
- Ahuja (8/5): Very good - Very nice good.. We ordered a veg thali.. And it was superb.. One thali good for two people and highly recommended.. All distinct flavours.. Rajasthani mirchi.. Ghatte.. Kairi..
Spa is worth mention .. Must try
Staff is very courteous and high on hospitality May be more things to do..
- Ravi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Arundatta (10/5): - Overall great
- Mohit (10/5): - Excellent stay with attention to detail
- Laura (7/5): Beautiful places in the middle of nowhere - Beautiful room, swimming pool (just very very cold) and surroundings.
Great massage. But not pleased that I was not informed taxes will be added on the price I was told. Suddenly the price increased by 20% on already expensive treatment (95eur). Lunch and food was mediocre. And the restaurant prices were very high. Of course, the resort has monopoly as there is nothing else around, but the prices were outrageous (most simple salad 10+ euros).
And the worst part, I gave a couple of clothes for laundry, and one of the pieces came back ruined! It had dark purple stains on it (not one stain but all over the pants) , that were not possible to wash afterwards. The pants were meant for next days wedding ceremony, and they ruined it. No one speaks proper enough English to help me with that, and they said I put turmeric on it (which is yellow) and ruined my pants myself. Well, the pants were not yellow but purple in color. Also, they did not reimburse me for the cost of the pants, and I had to buy a new one just before the wedding on my own cost AGAIN. It caused a lot of inconvenience AND EXTRA expenses. Very disappointing.

- Avirat (10/5): Phenomenal heritage property with lot of nature - It’s an expansive property with beautiful massive gardens and being a heritage property you’re literally in the lap of luxury. This was our 3rd time staying here, and we’d certainly be back.
Another key point to highlight is fresh clean air, which is unfortunately quite rare in northern India. just that the restaurant pricing was quite steep and comparable to dining at Indian restaurants in Europe or the US.
Nevertheless, food quality was good all through. Hence, in grand scheme of things this was not a concern

- Wendy (4/5): Disappointing -
- Shyam (8/5): Very good -

- Aneesh (10/5): Simply beautiful - The gardens are the best feature of this hidden gem. The staff is very helpful, food is great, and the place just buzzes with amazing old-world charm. The pool and jacuzzi are in a beautiful setting. Definitely will be coming back here.
- Renu (10/5): It’s was nice and amazing - It’s maintained in a very beautiful way … and it looks very pleasing Their was a marriage close by and the music was too loud over their
- Chaula (9/5): Royal Rajput splendour at its best - Loved the concept of the tented rooms with the old wooden furniture. The lanterns at night on every porch gave it a magical touch. The gardens are very well laid out and blooming with flowers of all different hues. The armchairs on the porch made you feel you were on a safari. Food is very highly priced
- Anjali (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tejinder (9/5): Superb -
- Madhur (10/5): Exceptional -
- Prachi (7/5): Good - Spacious rooms and sprawling greens Very expensive food and poor choice. Not at all value for money.
- Sandeep (6/5): Choose Tents (not Suites) and avoid the restaurant - The property. We spent 2N 3D and didn't have to go out. Nice and big Gardens and lots of birds and flora. The Suites are far away from the more happening tents. The Suites have no sit-outs or balconies (though it could have been easily added). It was big, but for 3 people, it was claustrophobic without a balcony. People were blaring loudspeakers and having a party outsid till midnight, and no one from the hotel asked them to keep their party in their rooms. Pillows: too many, and all the same, and all bad. Usually, when hotels provide pillows, they are mixed up - soft, hard, thin, fat etc. We practically couldn't sleep the 1st night, then we had to use sofa cushions. And finally, food is exorbitantly priced and badly proportioned. Rs 2500/- dinner buffet wasn't worth it. Ala carte dishes portions were too big and a lot got wasted. They really need to do something about their restaurant and food strategy.
- Serena (9/5): Superb -
- Anupama (10/5): Memorable and truly awesome!!!! - The best part of the property was the green cover and it’s an exceptional place for nature lovers !!!! The facilities too were amazing 🤗
- Dhananjay (10/5): Pleasantly surprised. Wish to come back. - Excellent property and well maintained. Good staff. Some basic map within to share details about the various facilities within and outside (approach) boards to reach can be added.
- Rajiv (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rama (8/5): Very good -
- Ishank (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. Great Staff. Some are working here since decades. We met atleast 3-4 staff working for over 20 years here. They are very professional. Very courteous. The rooms were super clean. Very well maintained property. Prestine swimming pool. Food was really good. Enjoyed our stay very much. Nothing.
- Nilesh (9/5): Superb - It was nice experience.. Specially samod palace visit was extremely happening we liked it so much........people were good.It was clam away from city rush.. Their is very few sign board about this place thats y we can not find it easily. Food is costly here...But service and quality of food is good. Complimentary breakfast was good.
- Ashish (10/5): Very good property - Some non vegetarian items would be better..only egg was there
- Nikita (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ashish (10/5): A fabulous weekend place to stay - Everything especially very helpful staff and sumptuous food…would like to mention about Chef Harsh Gupta …the Raan preparation was awesome.
Magan Singh, Jeetu and Mukesh..their names needs to be specially mentioned.. for the hospitality Breakfast should have non vegetarian items..it had only eggs
- Premveer (9/5): Peaceful time in nature - The Mughal gardens are beautiful. Generally a peaceful place where our kids (6 and 1) loved playing outdoors and swimming in the pool. Shower facilities near the pool could do with an upgrade. Breakfast was decent, but could be better. Reception space/cafe type area could be developed to lounge about during the day/evenings.
- Rahul (9/5): Superb -
- Manoj (9/5): Superb -
- Verma (9/5): Superb - Hospitality Actually Booked the Property at Samod palace but provided me Samod Bag which is not at all Acceptable
- Ashwani (8/5): Very good - the large clean well maintained garden… swimming pool could not be enjoyed due to winters food is prohibitively expensive, far away from Jaipur city
- Bithia (6/5): Beautiful grounds, but no ambience and set up for weddings, not paying guests - The best thing about this hotel is the rose gardens and planted gardens at the rear of the property. There is a lovely seated area, however it is far away from the dining hall, where you have breakfast, and there does not feel any reason to go there. The hotel therefore needs redesigning to incorporate more of a reason to travel around the beautiful grounds. The pool is too cold to swim in, so that does not provide a draw there. The room is nice and the bathroom is clean, however it does feel a bit strange because it's sort of like a tent. The food was average and quite expensive (because you cannot really eat anywhere else). This hotel is set up for weddings and is quite an odd place to stay if you are not a part of the wedding. I was interested to watch and observe Indian weddings, so that is a plus but equally you feel like you are a bit forgotten. There is often booming music (so so loud - can't believe people want their wedding music that loud).
- Varun (6/5): Pleasant -

- Dhiman (10/5): Exceptional -

- Carol (10/5): Beautiful way to experience what Rajasthan was to offer - The location is a palace garden which is so peaceful and beautiful and away from the hustle of the city. The birds are beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and full of character. The staff were fantastic. Great service. We also went to the samode palace in a jeep with a free transfer for a fantastic massage. The palace tour was better than expected and much nicer to see than the full city palace tour in Jaipur. .
At the bagh, the fountains were turned on in the gardens making the atmosphere spectacular.
All in all a welcome rest in our busy India tour.
- Jai (10/5): Exceptional -
- Balram (9/5): Great place to stay for weekend escaped - Serene place , very well groomed and polite staff . everything was fine sign boards on approach roads could be more prominent
- Vijay (10/5): Exceptional - It's a charming resort. An unusual experience, unlike any other hotel. A 19 acre property, most of it gardens and shady groves. Amid all the greenery are 44 faux tent cabins and a villa with 16 rooms. The staff are extemely hospitable and the food is outstanding. Nothing to not like.
- Ahana (9/5): Superb -
- Amitabh (8/5): Excellent - It is value for money. This must be maintained.
- Puneet (10/5): Exceptional -
- ASHISH (10/5): Excellent property to chill out - Nice place to stay. Relaxing. very Nice Property. Good as family fun.
- Verified traveler (8/5): A relaxing trip - Nice hotel, room is big and no mosquito inside our room, staff are very nice and helpful, they help me to arrange a birthday cake to celebrate my friend's birthday!
wifi is a bit slow.
- Geetika (10/5): Perfect getaway with family and friends - The place is in a village surrounded by fields and greenery off the main highway apprx 20 kms. The chirping of birds greets you in the mornings and u can enjoy a dip in the pool/jacuzzi or play badminton, table tennis, pool. The Palace is just 3 kms away and do not miss the Darbar hall which is truly breathtaking and the infinity pool ending in hills makes an awesome swimming experience. All in all a truly beautiful/ open and relaxing place, since there is not much to do there better to go in group.
