We were served welcome drinks, and the check-in process was fast and clearly explained. They provided detailed information about the benefits and privileges for guests, and also introduced various tour options that could be booked directly through the hotel. Special thanks to Nuch for making this stay such a wonderful experience. It was truly a special holiday for both of us, and we will definitely come back again.

• A9657MWamita (10/5): Excellent service - We booked two standard rooms and stayed with two of our friends. When we arrived at the hotel, we checked in as usual. During the check-in process, the staff member clearly explained all the details of our reservation and informed us that our rooms had been upgraded to pool access rooms, which was a wonderful surprise. She explained everything that was helpful for our stay very fluently and clearly. What impressed us the most was that after we had settled into our rooms, the staff even called to check if everything in the rooms was satisfactory and if we needed any assistance. Thank you, Nuch, for giving us one of the best stay experiences we’ve ever had. We will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone we know and encourage them to stay here.

The only people who entered the room were the housekeeping staff. The hotel did not take responsibility, and now the situation is in the hands of the police. I do not recommend this hotel.

The staff at the reception, her name is Nuch if I remember correctly, handled the check-in smoothly and very professionally, explaining everything clearly. Every time we met her, she greeted us with a warm smile. We really love this place — everything overall is great. We’ll definitely come back again!

The environment was very welcoming staff who took special attention to us feeling seen and appreciated, mostly Ar-Lip Baba he could even see we were not well and offered cheerful help. The breakfast team Sunya and Miw created very nice atmosphere. This place is great value for money. The cleanliness even in pool areas was always maintained. There wasn't noise levels just music at pool area for ambiance.

The room's cleanliness is not good. We had to request towels,toilet paper and water at 7pm at night as we still hadn't had our room cleaned. Not acceptable for a hotel of this size. The buffet dinners are overpriced & not of an international standard lacking variety & flavors. The restaurant across the road is 1/4 of the price with the best Thai food around. Fridges are tiny don't work properly & with no freezer so you can't buy ice then expect it to last. Wouldn't stay here again plenty of choices of better hotels in the area. We are regular visitors of Thailand so we were pretty disappointed in this hotel.

• Nick Joel (4/5): Disappointing experience, including pest issues - Restaurant: The restaurant was definitely the highlight of our stay. The staff and service were far above average. They consistently asked for feedback and made a real effort to improve the guest experience. For example one manager noticed that we left the bacon because it was too greasy and personally ensured it was perfectly crispy on the following days. Special thanks to Nadi and the entire team for the great experience. The buffet selection was good to very good for a 4 star hotel. Room: Our room was spacious and modern, just as shown in the photos; what you don’t see is that there is only a very thin connecting door between rooms. You can clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room, which can seriously affect your sleep if your neighbors are noisy (this happened to us for a couple of nights). Housekeeping: Cleaning quality varied from day to day. Some staff did a good job, others les. What was extremely concerning was that during the second week we were repeatedly woken up at night by scratching and movement noises coming from behind the bed and ceiling. This strongly suggests a pest problem, which is absolutely unacceptable. Hotel shuttle: On our second day (during Songkran), we booked the hotel shuttle to Patong (Jungceylon Shopping Center). We specifically confirmed with reception and also later with the driver, that we would be picked up at the agreed time especially given the holiday traffic. However, the shuttle never showed up. We waited for two hours in 35°C heat with two elderly guests. When we called reception multiple times, we were told the shuttle was “almost there,” but no apology was given. Instead we were indirectly blamed for booking the shuttle on a holiday. End of the story: we had to take a tuk-tuk back, arriving at the hotel completely exhausted and soaked… Guests / Pool area: Pool rules were not enforced. Children were often unsupervised. One child (around 12 years old) who had already been splashing us on previous days, threw a leather ball at my girlfriend’s head with full force while she was asleep. He ran away laughing and my girlfriend had a headache for the rest of the day. Not things you want to deal with while on holidays.

Kevin went above and beyond, I truly can’t express in words how incredible he is and how fantastic the room decorations turned out - it was beyond anything I could’ve even imagined! I felt like he truly cared about making everything perfect, I felt like I was talking to a friend who shared in my excitement about making everything special for my girlfriend. 10 out of 10 experience. Kevin honestly deserves a raise, a promotion, and some paid time off for how wonderful he was to deal with!

What truly stood out was how they supported us during an unexpected situation—we had to extend our trip by an extra 10 nights due to the Middle East conflict, and the hotel staff handled everything with kindness, flexibility, and professionalism. They made a stressful situation feel manageable and even enjoyable. The location is perfect—close to everything you need, yet still peaceful and relaxing. Whether it was exploring the area or just unwinding at the resort, it struck the ideal balance. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made it easy to feel at home for an extended stay. • Ana (10/5): Perfect stay - We liked everything about the hotel. The fact that the swimming pools rest opened until quite late compared to other hotels (9pm) was the best part. The breakfast is also very good and rooms are big Maybe a bit more diversity for the fruits for breakfast. We only had melon and dragon fruit.

Clean. Breakfast had lots of variety and fresh/ hot food. Friendly staff. We only ate breakfast at the hotel. We had a cheaper room which meant that we had a large A/C unit on our balcony. This made the balcony very hot and noisy. It didn't keep us awake at night though. The higher rate rooms didn't have the A/C on the balcony. The A/C in the room was quite nosy too. The rooftop pool was a bit worn - tiles missing. In the room with door to the shower and toilet were frosted glass so not loads of privacy.

• Maite (5/5): Très déçus - Pas grand chose. La piscine sur le toit a des carreaux cassés. Les parasols sont vétustes. La pataugeoire pas toujours très propre. Nous avons eu une coupure d’électricité pendant toute une journée. Bref, cet hôtel est beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations proposées et son emplacement (il faut traverser une route très empruntée et dangereuse pour accéder à la plage.)
• Jure (10/5): A great stay with a spacious and very clean room, direct pool access, a good location close to the town area, and very f - The room was very clean and spacious and we especially loved having direct access to the pool from our room. The location is good, just a few minutes from the town area where there are restaurants and things happening. The hotel manager Mrs. Wan, was very kind and helpful, and the rest of the staff were also friendly and responsive. Breakfast was good and had everything you need to start the day. Nothing to complain about-we had a very pleasant stay.
• Ashwin (10/5): Amazing place - great value for money - Location is fantastic, away from the noise and amenities are within 2 min walking distance. The staff were simply amazing - courteous, professional and polite. Always willing to go the extra mile. Everything was fantastic- will definitely come back to this property again!
