Nous avons réclamés à la réception mais il nous à été répondu que la chambre proposée correspondait à la photo de votre site. • Natalia (9/5): - The hotel was beautiful and very clean, with a lovely Balinese atmosphere that made the stay truly relaxing. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and always attentive. When there was a power outage, they handled the situation professionally and quickly arranged our transfer to a newer hotel, which we really appreciated. Overall, great service and a very pleasant experience. There was a rainfall shower in the bathroom, with no option to use a handheld shower.

• Saldanha (8/5): Für den Preis absolut lohnenswert - Ruhige Lage, eingewachsene schöne Anlage mit großem Pool. Die Bungalows bzw Zimmer sind schon älter, aber sauber. Die unteren Zimmer haben etwas modrig gerochen, aber ich konnte sofort ein oberes Zimmer mit großem Balkon beziehen.
• Andi intan (8/5): - The property was nice. Initially, we were given a ground-floor room, which was convenient because it was right in front of the pool and close to the restaurant and reception. However, the room smelled quite moldy, so the staff kindly moved us to a room on the second floor, which was much better. The staff were amazing, and the hotel’s location is excellent.
• Shawn (10/5): YES, highly recommend! - Loved this place! The room was huge, the shower was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the view + the pool + the serenity: absolutely amazing! It was also a short walk to Jln. Monkey Forest where there are many shops / bars / restaurants, and also where the entrance to the Monkey Forest lies. The staff were also incredible and so friendly. One night, due to heavy rains, their power went out and they put us in their sister hotel just down the road free of charge! Very considerate of the team and very happy with their service! Would definitely recommend staying here; not too far from things-to-do, but also just far enough where it's quiet, serene, and away from the all the busyness! The only issue my partner and I had was that the walk to the main area (Jln. Raya Ubud) was pretty far (about 20 mins). We knew about this when we booked and didn't think much about it, but when you factor in the humidity and heat, It felt like a solid workout! So be ready if you are a walker just like my partner and I (or just take a scooter, much more fun)!

Otelin iç mekanı aşırı güzel ve huzurlu, ses gelmiyor, gayet sakin, ayrıca personeller çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Tam bir fiyat performans. Odam temizdi, havlular temizdi her şey güzeldi. Otel ayrıca Ubud merkezde, isterseniz motor kiralayabilirsiniz otel içinde park yeri var zaten. Yada grab ile de ulaşım aşırı kolay heryere. Personellerinizden biri olan çok tatlı bir hanımefendi olan Koming e çok teşekkür ederim. Çok özel bir durumum oluştu tatil esnasında ve bana yardımcı olabilmek için elinden geleni yaptı. Buraya gelirseniz mutlaka onu bulun :) Balkonda oturmak keyif yapmak biraz zorlu olabilir baya bir karınca oluyor ama rahatsız olmayan için bence oda bir problem değil :)

Kamer was zeer ruim en hadden en mooit uitzicht over het tweede zwembad en wat natuur. Verouderd sanitair. Geen goede straal uit de douche en de kitrandjes zijn wat verouderd echter zie je dit vaak in Azië.

Non hanno il servizio di affitto scooter ma davanti l’entrata ci sono vari chioschi che lo offrono quindi non è un problema. Pulizia assolutamente da migliorare, al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto chiedere il cambio degli asciugamani e delle lenzuola perché sembrava tutto usato.

• Fatma (6/5): - We were in the first upstairs room, near reception. The views looking out onto the garden and pool were beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately the toilet bowl was broken and unstable, which staff already knew about. Also, it was quite noisy in the evenings as a club is next door apparently so there was music/bass until 4am and around 5.30am men talking loudly near the room. Sadly we barely slept those two nights as a result. Otherwise, eating breakfast overlooking the pool was lovely and healing, and the staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly.

• Merve (8/5): It was quite good - The hotel was exactly as shown in the photos, and our room was the same. It was very spacious and sufficient. The hotel’s garden and pool were nicely designed. There was no noise or any disturbance, and we were able to park our motorcycle in the area where the reception is located. The hotel’s breakfast menu was a bit limited, with no sandwiches or similar options, so we always had our breakfasts outside. Sometimes there were yellow stains on the sheets; although they were changed daily, the stains remained, which were probably permanent marks.
