Guest Reviews
- Jose (8/5): Stay here if you want to save or don't have option - The room was good clean and recently remodeled. But the rest of the facilities need a lot of TLC. The service desk personnel must change their Hindu way of doing business. In america you've to smile and be courteous when providing customer service. The attendant was stoic and robotic when checking me in.
- Michael (8/5): Could be better but was good for our needs - Everything was good few things little awkward were broken toilet seat and some how smoking smoke was able travel through exhaust fan (wasn’t cigarette smoke either). Luckily if we kept door closed and fan running it wouldn’t permeate the room . Other than that location was good wife and I spent our anniversary site seeing Houston not whole lot of time spent in hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Perfecto para un viaje de negocios - Estuve por tres noches, esta muy bien para viajar de negocios, descansar, duchas y seguir adelante.
- Verified traveler (4/5): scam - When I arrived the guy was telling me that he was not going to honor my reservations and I needed to call hotel.com to figure what else to do.... he wanted more money. I ended up just giving him more money to avoid the hassle..... rediculous!
- jason (2/5): sucks - Horrible.just horrible
- Robert (2/5): Junk - The hotel looked decent at first but with enough makeup you can make a pig look like a prom queen. My room was labeled as a non-smoking room but there were cigarette burns on almost all of the furniture and more than one burn per piece of furniture. The parking lot was barely large enough to fit my pickup truck. If it were not for the fact that I was on a very slim and strict budget I would have canceled my reservation and found another hotel/motel.
- dkarapil (4/5): Bad choice at all - An old dirty hotel... Also it has bad breakfast. Not recommend at all
- Verified traveler (4/5): Bring thongs - Carpets filthy and bedspread dirty
- David (8/5): pleasant stay - clean hotel, pleasant staff, nice breakfast, good tv.
- Jeff (2/5): Don't do it! - First they told me they didn't have a reservation for me through hotels.com. They booked me a room anyways. The room was horrible. The furniture had burn marks and stains all over it. The bed was rock hard, and things were falling apart. I looked up images of what the room would look like and it was NOTHING like that there. I would not suggest you stay there.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good for the price - For the price, it was worth it. Desk help and cleaning crew were helpful and friendly. There were only a couple of negatives. One negative was the TV was a bit outdated. The TV worked fine, but had no HDMI port to transfer data from computer to TV screen. The hotel was also on a very busy street. However, being on a busy street, there is plenty around such as eating establishments. There is even a grocery store across the street, just in case you left something behind.
