- June (10/5): This hotel was a convenient location for us and it met all our expectations based on the info. - The breakfast was excellent with a lot of hot and cold choices. We were able to check in to our room early. The front desk employee politely provided a list of nearby restaurants when we asked about restaurants for lunch. We were happy with everything.

- Melisa (8/5): Very good - I liked the space, and the lady who was cleaning on Sunday was very efficient—the one on Monday, not so much, though, of course, she seemed to have less enthusiasm. To be honest, I didn't like the sound of the air conditioning—or rather, it was the fan; it made a loud noise that made it difficult to sleep. I also found the breakfast a bit uninspiring; perhaps there could be more variety. The coffee—the kind from a dispenser—wasn't very good either. I'm suggesting better quality at breakfast; I mean, it can still be budget-friendly but more appealing—for instance, offering fried eggs or whole fried eggs to provide some daily variety, or perhaps oatmeal every day, which is inexpensive and tastes good. Maybe just a bit more variety without spending extra—simply changing things up a little. The internet was a problem; it didn't work at all—it would connect and then drop out—that sort of thing. I thought the price was fair, though perhaps it could have been about $20 lower. Maybe there could be more special offers or promotions—and perhaps a more exciting, appealing atmosphere at the bar. Instead of just soft background music meant for relaxation, maybe add a touch more "chic"—something subtle to draw people in, but without being vulgar or over-the-top.

- Edward (10/5): A true hidden gem - I stopped counting the number of times I’ve stayed here, however, in all those times there is one word for this hotel, consistency! Consistency in its cleanliness, its kind staff and the daily breakfast. They have installed new carpet, added nicer seats in the dining area and the housekeeping staff are like lightning cleaning your room! I’m happy to say that stay number whatever was amazing yet again. Honestly this hotel may be out of the way for most of you, but it is so much looking into. Thank you BW Team. NOT ONE THING
- sasa (10/5): A professionally run hotel with outstanding staff who handle every situation with care and integrity - I had a great experience staying at Best Western Plus. The staff were extremely professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my visit. What really stood out was how calmly and efficiently they handled stressful situations, everything was managed smoothly and with a high level of professionalism. I especially appreciated a moment during breakfast when a small dispute arose. The hotel owner (an Italian gentleman) personally stepped in, handled the situation with professionalism, and stood up for the restaurant staff. That kind of leadership and support for employees is something you don’t see often, and it speaks volumes about how the hotel is run. It’s clear that the entire team is well-trained and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. Their positive attitude and problem-solving approach made my stay comfortable and worry-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

- Brianna (5/5): No wifi - The hotel is in a good location and it was clean with a great breakfast in the morning. The wifi only worked one night during our stay (Thursday evening), it didn’t work at all Friday, Saturday and still wasn’t working upon checkout on Sunday. As we aren’t from the USA this greatly affected our data usage, I’ve emailed the property manager but haven’t received a reply yet. I don’t think they should list free wifi as an amenity if they don’t get it fixed when it goes out.

- Mary (9/5): I would def recommend and stay again. - The room was great, comfortable and clean. Front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. The real standout was the bar area. I was staying mid week and getting back to the hotel later. The bartender was friendly and the conversation at the bar was welcome after a tough day. The food was good too. Nice to have it available. They were redoing the floors and using the fitness area as a storage area and it was closed. I really could have used some time on the exercise bike.

On the surface, it is a good facility where you'll have an enjoyable stay. My room was quiet and comfortable and my stay was generally fine. However, when you dig a little deeper, it seems clear that management is not striving for excellence. Some of the staff were friendly, others clearly seem untrained and were not. Walk into the business center and you'll find two computers running Windows 7, an OS that came out in 2009! I went down there to print out one page but the printer didn't work. It's this lack of concern for "the little things" that make me reticent to stay here again.

- Agnieszka (9/5): Dobra baza wypadowa na południe Florydy. - Hotel spełnił moje oczekiania. Duży czysty pokój, przyjemne śniadanie - lepsze niż w niektórych hotelach w podobnej cenie. Możliwośc robienia gofrów na śniadanie co bardzo spodobało się dzieciom. Woda w basenie raczej nie podgrzewana, ale i tak skorzystaliśmy. Ogólnie wszystko na +, dobre miejsce wypadowe jeśli kierujesz się na południe w stroę Key West czy Everglades.

Mijn pogingen om te communiceren waardeerden ze zeer. Schoon zwembad, douche bij het zwembad. Voor ons de ideale locatie (10 minuten rijden van familie. In America moet je wel alles per auto doen: de afstanden zijn enorm. Ruime kamer, goede airco. Koelkast en coffeemaker op de kamer( je kan geen thee zetten ermee). Ontbijt wordt op wegwerp borden met wegwerp servies geserveerd. Dat was voor mij persoonlijk even wennen(!) Bijkomend voordeel is dat iedereen ook een bordje eten kan meenemen naar de kamer en/ of een coffee-to-go. Niemand kijkt ervan op en het geeft je weer wat om te eten rondom lunchtijd. Ik heb nog geen ander hotel meegemaakt waar dat wordt toegestaan. Hotel voelt veilig: ik was vaak alleen daar omdat mijn man andere afspraken had en ik voelde me helemaal OK daar (dat heb ik niet overal). Sommige mensen komen in pyjama ontbijten, dat was voor mij echt een cultuurshock. En er kan geen raam open op de kamer; heel jammer, ik houd altijd van frisse lucht. Verder is het ontbijt voor Amerikaanse begrippen zeer uitgebreid, maar ook heel Amerikaans; enkel witbrood en veel suiker en vet in (bijna) alle producten. Ik ben elders op zoek gegaan naar volkorenbrood ( o.a. Walmart verkoopt full wheat Cuban bread voor een heel redelijke prijs).

Todo estuvo excelente en líneas generales, solo recomendaría que en el área de la ducha pusieran, en la medida de lo posible, puertas correderas para evitar que se moje el piso del baño. Igual, me volvería a hospedar de nuevo ahí de darse la oportunidad de regresar a Miami y lo recomiendo ampliamente, pues la estadía fue muy grata. - Yamile (5/5): Podría ser mejor - Solamente la ubicación del hotel Calor en la habitación el aire se apaga, cable de la ducha de mano está roto, puerto de enchufe para cargar teléfono no funcionan, se escuchan los portazos y movimiento de habitación continúa porque se puede convertir en doble por lo que tiene una puerta interna que permite comunicación, algunas paredes necesitan pintura, habitación 205.

- ruben (9/5): BEST WESTERN PLUS ES THE BEST - Este hotel tiene un personal muy comprometido con la necesidad del cliente, lo que necesitas estan dispuestos a atender, tienen un excelente desayuno, muy completo y amplio estacionamiento gratuito. la pase excelente. Lo unico que reportaria como incomodidad lo es el baño que no posee puertas y por ende se desborda el agua cuando uno se baña. por lo demas todo esta excelente
