- GLORIA (10/5): Soggiorno molto rilassante - Pulizia giornaliera della stanza e cambio asciugamani. A circa 10 minuti a piedi dal porto, fuori dalla confusione. La struttura ha un piccolo bar/ristorante sulla spiaggia dove si fa colazione e si può mangiare con lo sconto. Sono stati tutti gentili. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

- hardip (6/5): - The property is very well located 450m from the ferry port and in the main shopping areas. Bars and restaurants are numerous. Our villa was tucked away to the rear of the property so there was no noise at night. The property had a small pool ideal for a dip. It is located 30m from the beach. The villa is basic and ok for 2 nights. If you're staying for more than 2 nights and have a family, then you may want to look at other places. The breakfast was good and the chef rectified any problems. The staff are friendly but not very attentative although when you explain the issue they helped. What was anniying was that the wifi was not working. When asked initially why, the syaff said it was an island wide issue, while actually all the other restaurants were working fine. One of the friendly night staff connected us to the staff network which was kind of him although this was not a stable connection. This is an average villa and was ok for our 2 night stay.

The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable enough. The not so good. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. They serve chemical made orange juice - there is no natural fruit juice on offer. The fruit choices are limited and meagre. The coffee is instant. The ordered breakfast was very average.

Big plus is, they dont use small plastic bottles, they have a filling station for drinkable water, and it is free. Good breakfast, not great, I was maybe waiting for More fresh wedgetables. - Tejal (10/5): Perfect location - Great location and the staff are really friendly. Very walkable (5mins) from the ferry port and right on the main strip with all the bars. You can sit on the sun lounger and spot turtles...so perfect.

- Louise Såby (8/5): - Samba Villas ligger rigtig godt i den rolige ende af “hovedgaden”. Der er dejlig strand lige foran med gode snorkel muligheder. Store rummelige værelset, hvor morgenmaden serveres uden for ens dør. God morgenmad. Der er ikke mulighed for anden spisning på stedet, men der ligger mange restauranter lige ved siden af. Poolen er meget lille og ikke specielt indbydende. Hvis man skal dykke ligger dykkercentret Gili Scuba næsten ved siden af og det et virkelig et godt dykkercenter med erfarede instruktører.
- Shah Z (6/5): Good hotel at beachfront - Room was good except for the toilet. Toilet needs thorough cleaning. The shower head was rusty n dirty..n there were worms on the bathroom floor which is really shocking. The wc looked old n dirty with very slow water flow. Hotel standard seems to have dropped compared to our last visit about 4 years ago. Massage is good but spa facilities hygiene need to be looked into. Do look into the overall cleanliness of the hotel as it has great ambience..friendly staffs..n good massage. It only need sone real good maintenance for the hotel to be back at the top. Overall...good hotel.
- wassy (8/5): good hotel! - 賑やかビーチ沿いのホテル！ 船着場から少し離れていますが、穏やかに過ごせるホテル！ スタッフ対応はよく、日本の方でも、ひとり旅でも不安なく過ごせます。 問題や困ることは… 洗面やシャワーを使いはじめるとき、褐色水がでますので、洗うときや洗濯のときは、まず流し続けてから使用してください。 また、部屋はガーデンに接しているため、蚊は多く、虫除けはあったほうがよいと思います。 (ギリの他のホテルより気になりました。) エステは島内のなかでリーズナブルであり、パフォーマンスもgood! おすすめです！ あっ、朝食は期待しないでください。 パンとシリアルとドリンクのみ…。 スクランブルエッグやサラダ、その他いろいろオプションになります。 近くに美味しいパン屋さんあります！ かなり良いですよ！ ホテルではランチ利用がオススメです。 カレーは美味しかったです！ ナイトマーケットは船着場あたりなので、少し離れていますが、夜道も不安なく散策できますし、ところどころナイトパーティーで盛り上ってます。 ホテル近くのナイトパーティーは0時くらいに終わるので静かに過ごせますよ！
- Cory (10/5): Good location! - Great villas! Super clean, spacious, and comfortable bed. My second time to Gili T and I would say this is the best location. The nicest beach and swim area right infront of the hotel and right at the end of the busy street, so it’s a little quieter in the evenings but still in the action. Staff were very friendly, they give beach towels out, and the breakfast is decent.

- Asbjørn (8/5): Nice stay, disappointing breakfast - Pros: Bean bags outside room, large rooms, clean, full minibar, short distance to beach, far enough from the busy and noisy south still not too far, good service Cons: Breakfast was disappointing. One day there was cold food, another day they ran out of almost everything. Went elsewere for breakfast. Swimming pool in the reception area and no hangout chairs by the pool. Go for the beach. All together a nice stay. Hopefully they will improve their breakfast. Would come again.

- HJ (10/5): Unsere beste Erfahrung auf Gili Trawangan - Das Hotel liegt am Strand, Frühstück am Strand, sehr angenehme Einheimische im Service. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer, das Internet, die Umgebung sind sehr ansprechend. Nachts total ruhig und doch nur wenige Gehminuten von den Restaurants und Bars entfernt. 24-stnden-shops direkt in der Nachbarschaft. Der Strand ist im Bereich vor dem Hotel am schönsten auf der Insel, das Wasser flach zum reingehen und wirklich glatt; weitestgehend ohne Wellen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht zu toppen.

The staff were friendly, reliable and made a real fuss of our 2 children. The kids loved the pool. The room was perfect for the 4 of us with a lovely partly outdoor bathroom.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and would do anything for you. We cycled around the whole island and the best beach by far was just outside the hotel so you wouldn't have to go far
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good Hotel. Good Price - Good Hotel. Conveniently located as just up from the main strip of entertainment but away from all the hustle and bustle. The nearby mosque can make for an unwelcome wake up at 5 am but the whole island would suffer from that so no fault of the hotels. Breakfast was pretty average but prepared well. Only problem we experienced was our room not being ready on checkin and as we had already arrived 2 hrs before check in being made to wait another hour wasn't welcome yet the manager was very apologetic even going to prepare the room himself to assist housekeeping get it done. One very welcome thing was after a very large rainstorm half the islands power went out however the hotel had a generator they ran which basically made the effect of the blackout negligible. Overall a good place for the right price.
