Super recomendo!! - Hotel é bem localizado, funcionários super atenciosos e disponíveis para ajudar, estrutura boa e condizente com as imagens (quarto é amplo e confortável, piscina é grande, bonita e limpa) O ar condicionado não dava conta do tamanho do quarto. Deixei ele ligado o dia inteiro e no segundo dia o quarto ficou gelado.

Staff is professional and helpful (a special thanks goes to Kim) Location was perfect for us because is nearby Angkor Wat. Wifi connection is poor

The pool was clean and the provided breakfast was also good 😊 We didn't have any issues with the amenities provided. For the price listed, our 3-nights booking was really good value 👍 The location is further away from Pub Street, so we didn't experience any noise disturbance nor crowded street. The overall stay was very enjoyable. P.S. Cute cat! The only "complains" we had were: - One room had difficulties locking the door from the outside (I think the lock was a little loose). - The other room's AC wasn't working as strong as the other. It was that bad but when we asked the reception to change rooms (still okay though).

On a tout de suite réglé le problème et on m’a même offert un cocktail en guise d’excuses. La piscine est un gros + surtout au regard du prix compétitif de la nuit dans une chambre solo. Cool le petit déjeuner offert. J’ai même eu un petit déjeuner à emporter pour ma visite à Angkor qui m’a obligée à me lever à 4h du matin. Une délicate attention. Moins glamour en vrai qu’en photo cette petite chambre.🫣

Don (10/5): A great place to stay to visit the famous temples. - Our stay at this hotel was marked b the exceptional welcome and service provided by the staff who were always trying to provide the best possible support. The pool area and the bar/restaurant were a tonic after a busy days sight seeing. In general, the breakfast offered was very good and prepared quickly as were other meals when we used the restaurant at lunch and suppertime. Again great value for money. The controls on the room ventilation could be improved. Getting a hot cup of tea needed some perseverance! But they always tried their best.

Soit on est dans le noir, soit en vitrine. En plus, les femmes de ménage ouvrent systématiquement les rideaux ce qui fait que vos affaires, votre intimité sont exposées aux yeux des personnes à la piscine ou celles qui passent devant pour aller dans leur chambre. Le mobilier aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement et les draps rapiécés remplacés Matelas très durs

Par contre, étant donné le peu de différence de prix, prendre la catégorie au dessus. La chambre est minuscule avec une toute petite lucarne. Une amie qui avait une chambre au RDC pour 3 euros de différence par nuit était superbement installée dans une suite face à la piscine La petite fenêtre et taille de la chambre qui n'était pas celle annoncée. On a dû me prendre pour le guide ou le chauffeur je pense.

The rooms are clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The pillows are soft and cozy, which made my stay even more relaxing. The rooms are huge, clean and they have BLOCKOUT curtains! So you don’t get woken at 6am because everything is so bright! And the place is QUIET!❤️ there’s NO roosters!!!NO barking dogs!!! NO karaoke!! You could actually sleep! The hot water was good, the a/v was good. Had a fridge which is excellent!!! Remember this is SEA-so the rooms are full of mosquitos-but a spray from the corner store and spray the room before settling in. ❤️Pool-lovely clean and very very relaxing! ❤️Food-food was ok. Free breakfast was appreciated. ❤️ Staff-So helpful, lovely and genuine!!!! They were able to help with everything! Also they speak English well. Everything was fine!!! Only issue I ever had was SELFISH LOUD FOREIGNERS parting in the pool till late!!! These people think they’re the only people in the world-everyone else was trying to sleep, but these guys stayed up blasting music and screeching. Thankfully management asked them to turn the music down 🙏

We loved the big, bungalow-style rooms and the nice swimming pool. It’s located right near the city centre but is still very quiet. The food was delicious, too! Unser Zimmer was groß, sauber und alles, was man brauchen könnte, war vorhanden, TV, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher. ... Der Pool war außergewöhnlich schön und sauber, mit all den Pflanzen rundum haben wir uns gefühlt wie im Paradies . Khim und die anderen Mitarbeiter , deren Namen ich leider nicht kenne, waren super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir waren meist morgens unterwegs und ab Mittag am Pool, was sich bei 37° sicher anbietet. Insgesamt haben wir 6 entspannte, wunderschöne Tage hier verbracht, danke. Da gibt es überhaupt nichts

David (5/5): Pour ne pas rester longtemps - La chambre spacieuse et relativement propre, lit un peu dur, pommeau de douche « HS » fuit partout . La piscine est un plus mais comme le reste vieillissante L’établissement manque cruellement d’entretien. Limite sale dans le hall d’entrée avec une attaque de moustique 🦟 en règle.j’ai réservé avec Booking j’ai payé par CB mais on m’a fait payer 1€ de plus pour les frais 😡. Les photos sont très anciennes et ne reflète pas la réalité. La cuisine est bonne mais chère pour l’endroit, le personnel est habillé comme à la maison, pour le critère serviable, lorsque vous voyagez au Cambodge les personnes sont toutes serviables donc ce n’est pas un critère pour cette établissement, le welcom mis à l’envers à l’entrée incroyable 😂🤣😅. Je dirais pour des jeunes en vadrouille avec le sac à dos c’est bien avec une valise c’est les montagnes russes, en colère car les photos ne sont pas actualisé
Cédric (8/5): Je recommande si vous rester quelque jours à siem reap - Personnel gentil, proche des centre d’intérêt en scoot, petit déjeuner bon Certain endroit on l’air de ne pas être très entretenu comme la piscine… il y’a avait un trou dans le plafond de notre chambre et l’eau coulait les jours de pluie mais le personnel nous à aider pour trouver des solutions, la climatisation était très bruyante la nuit.

pierre (10/5): Absolutely would book again. Don’t hesitate to book if you’re looking for a great place and a bang for your buck - Fantastic all around. Great pool, good breakfast with lots of choices, Huge room and friendly staff. Clean and so peaceful
Ana (9/5): - Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Prana Hotel. Unser Zimmer hatte eine tolle Größe, war sehr sauber und auch der Kühlschrank war sehr praktisch. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hatte immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und war jederzeit hilfsbereit. Besonders Khim ist uns in Erinnerung geblieben – ein sehr aufmerksamer und engagierter Mitarbeiter. Aber auch das gesamte Team war herzlich, professionell und immer bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut und völlig ausreichend. Die Matratze war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart, aber das ist natürlich subjektiv. Ansonsten war wirklich alles TOP. Wir würden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und jederzeit wiederkommen.

Spencer (8/5): - It's a very tranquil place. Relax, and enjoy your time at this delightful hotel. If you've had a hectic time travelling this is a perfect place to unwind, and revive your inner peace and harmony. Healthy beverages brought to you by the pool as you listen to birds singing. Fantastic. If I'm being absolutely honest, it's the fact that I didn't book to stay longer. There is a lot to see, and do in Siem Reap, and I was so comfortable by the pool that I hardly saw what it had to offer. More time next time.

Diane (9/5): - Chilled vibe, just out of the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was large, airy and very clean. Staff were helpful, arranged bicycle hire for us and we hired a scooter directly from reception, so very easy. Use the grab app for cheap rides into town or the park. The sun loungers need new pads as they were a little tired, but I'm being picky. Also note the pool area is surrounded by trees, which you'll be thankful for. This means the leaves and petals fall constantly, the staff do a great job of keeping it clean and tidy, don't think it's not clean just because of this.

Emma (10/5): - The room was beautiful, overlooking the pool with a balcony. Huge room! Massive bed! Really comfy bed. Clean. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is included and good! Lovely pool area. Great laundry across the road, honestly use her she's great! I like the general look of the hotel it's very boutique colonial style. I actually came back and stayed here again which after 2 months of travelling I've never done! It's quite not too much outside noise The air con wasn't really up to much, because of the size of the room and the slight disrepair of the AC unit. Still, it's fine and better then nothing. The fridge is insane, don't put anything in there! It freezes in just an hour or two, ruined my drinks in there as in they were frozen solid. A few more hangers would be handy. Also don't get an in room massage, she's very good etc it's not her fault but she is not provided with any equipment, I sort of assumed she'd have a mobile bed or at least a special face pillow but no, you just lie on your bed and have your face squished into a pillow so you can't breathe or have to crick your neck to the side to breath, basically really unpleasant.
Charlee (4/5): - Looked pretty, the room was very nice apart from the dead flys all over the bed. When we checked in there was dead flys all over the bed, the lady said it was where the cleaner had sprayed and they had died she then just sweeped then away with a brush and did not changed the covers. Ended up having to pay a parking fine as they didn’t explain we couldn’t park for the food market and then made us pay a fine to the motorbike company they rent off because THEY didn’t get us a receipt or any documents that we rents the bike from them. Very bad service. Was not our fault so they should have paid the fine. They didn’t have any money in the till so couldn’t changed money. Had a few problems and they couldn’t really help because they didn’t speak English.
Emma (6/5): - I've written a previous review and all the good points still stand. However....... I stayed here before in a large room with a balcony and absolutely loved it, so I came back. However the only rooms they had available were singles so I took it, only £2 less per night but the standard difference is insane. It's like staying in a different hotel, room wise. Not as clean, awful smells from the bathroom, noisier from the road. Bugs and frogs in my room, I'm fairly certain there's something living in the mattress I can hear scratching coming from inside! So basically the hotel is absolutely wonderful just don't stay in the single rooms they are not good at all!
