It was mandatory to leave a deposit of 500 THB in cash, they didn't say it in advance and I didn't have cash when I checked in.

• Barry John (1/5): - I liked the Souffle in the restaurant nextdoor. I didnt like that they advertise a balcony but they have erected bars and locked the door so you cannot access the balcony. It is old and run down nothing like the pictures.

В целом номер соответствует изображениям, есть все удобства кондиционер, фен, микроволновка, холодильник, на втором этаже бассейн и тренажерный зал но мы не пользовались. Тихий район нет шума. Отель удалён от городского транспорта от станции метро, если вы будете пользоваться такси то в принципе нормально.

• Cecile (7/5): - Good value for money. Shops and restaurants nearby. Cleaning ladies are efficient and friendly. Good size room. Easy to get a taxi to most places/nearest BTS. It was a good base to explore from. We did not spend a lot of time at the hotel - the pool looked nice but there was not much space and it didn't get any sun. My son had an ear infection otherwise we would have used it. Free washing machine and dryer if you can get your timing right. The one lady at reception is very unfriendly. She definitely does not understand the term 'hospitality', She did not make a good first or last impression.. She could maybe crack a smile once in a while. The rest is relative to the price you pay. No knife in the kitchen (very basic/limited - not suitable for cooking) and you cannot use the balcony, it is locked. They really should not list it as a feature at all - false advertising.

• Claudia (8/5): - The apartment was very large and had plenty of space. There is a kitchen, but you can't cook because there are no pots and pans. There's also a balcony, but you can't go out on it because the door is locked and there's a gate across it. I often woke up at night because you could hear the people in the next room very clearly through the thin wall, even though they weren't really being loud.

Zimmer ging die Toilettenspülung nicht - es ist nicht gestattet den Balkon zu benutzen. Die Türen werden abgesperrt und dahinter ist zusätzlich noch ein Gitter. - man fühlt sich nicht willkommen - sehr unfreundliches Personal, außer die Putzkräfte und die Köchin, die waren sehr freundlich. - Haustiergebühr 500 THB pro Tier & Pro Tag. - Pool wurde nicht gereinigt & wird nicht gepflegt.

I liked the fitness room, the machines were loud so I didnt use them, but yoga mats were nice Property photos look better than the actual facility, so you go with high expectations and this creates some disappointment. The air wasnt so fresh inside the room and the facility, better ventilation would be good.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super. Pool sehr kalt und nur ca. 80 cm tief (wenn wärmer gut für Kinder - für Erwachsene ???), Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Ist: Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Esstisch und Küchenzeile mit Kühl- und Gefrierschrank (groß).

The rooms felt very dated. I felt like it was worn out, and the pictures looked a lot nicer. The location was also a little far out.

• julianie (9/5): Très agréable séjour - C’est un endroit calme et sécurisé suite très bien équipée . Le personnel est agréable. Il y a tout à proximité. J’ai adoré L’accès à la piscine ( 1 m de profondeur mais assez grande en surface) n’est accessible que jusqu’à 19h c’est un peu tôt .

• Te (5/5): Sathorn apartment - Having option to have breakfast on-site was helpful. Replacement of towels was helpful. Initially we were given 2 separate rooms ... staff willing to place us into a family unit as we had a child. Minimal communication with staff overall. Access to supermarket and Central Mall was handy (within 10 mins walking distance) TV - only acces to local TV ...no access to Netflix etc. Shower areas need some work ... broken down tiles. No knives in room, no toaster, no actual cooking facilities except for a rice cooker and microwave. Pool was cold.

Location was a bit secluded from the city. Bath tub overflow drainage doesn't work. TV had only 1 channel. The AC unit right above the bed was a bit of an inconvenience as it gets too cold during the night.

• Ann (2/5): - The woman who checked us in with extremely rude, not friendly with a nasty attitude. I book this place because I thought that their indoor pool was nice for my kid even if it was raining they can still use them. From the pictures on the web it looked nice. Once we checked in and our kids wanted to go relaxed at the pool, they were hit with a big disappointment. Their pool looked dirty and bugs was all over inside the pool. Looked like no one took care of the pool and the water was gross looking. If you are looking for convenient in food or things to do then you are really limited. For food you have to walk like 10min. and this place is in an ally. There isn’t much to do in the area for family with kids. I booked a family 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. It was a good size unit a pretty clean. We took the master room with some cabinet to put our clothes and the kids took the other room with two twin side bed and literally no cabinets space at all know where to put their clothes. In that room there are no place to put there clothes. The kitchen has dishes, cups, some utensil, a microwave, no cooktop and a sink, refrigerator and balcony that you cannot even go out for fresh air it’s locked. If you’re looking for a place to stay for a quick 1-2 night for a business trip then this place is for you without thinking about going into the pool, but if you are a family with kids, literally avoid this place at all cost! I won’t be returning back for sure, not a good experience!!!!

• alismsaltubaikh (2/5): Not recommended at all - I checked yesterday 29  to the hotel sathorn and the location was in alley and I find the hotel not my style totally you get to a gate  building ground floor is car parking and one side elevator to lobby in second floor and one counter one person and I checked in fast because nobody even you see in the hotel and when you want to smoke you go to the garage and as I request a towel and the security guy brought it In the next morning I change my mind to cancel myself booking But as usual when try to take room they show it as great but any cancelation no way to get your money they take also i lost 4 nights payment worth 450usd for a place doesn't also they take 500 baht as a deposit for a plastic card and when you lose it you lose it you will lose the 500 Not recommended at all
