Chiew wai (4/5): Rooms with transparent’ walls - Rooms have ‘transparent’ walls and doors. Doorbells rung in neighbouring rooms sounded like doorbell of my room. Woke us up in the night and morning continuously. People talking in the corridors were also as it they were in the room with us.

The toileteries should've been better of quality since they claimed to be a 4-star hotel. One or two of the counter staff could've been more friendly.

Vincent (5/5): Not suitable for international tourists! - Nice landscaping with pool area. Complimentary water with room service. Spa and gym. Had to change rooms twice due to things not working. All three bathrooms did not look at all like in the pictures, very old and not comfortable!! WIFI sucks - keeps losing connection and not stable / reliable (I only used mobile data for my whole stay!). Restaurant food was not good at all. There were construction works going on, sometimes only in the morning?? People were smoking in public areas. But most importantly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for international travelers since many of the staff did not at all or speak VERY limited English.

A (7/5): Good - The houskeeping staff response is fast, when there's a dirty towel set up on our arrival, I asked them to change it and they said sorry before they gave us a new clean towel. The receptionist person isn't really friendly, seems like our key was deactivated so we couldn't open the door, so my brother went to the receptionist to ask them to fix it and when my brother said thanks, she didn't even respond nor smile at my brother just give him the key and ignore him. Really not good.

Jae (1/5): unpleasant - friendly staff the room is old, worn out, and dirty. the shower’s water pressure is very low and I do not get hot water 90% of the time. the toilet is grimy and strands of hair were found everywhere. stains were also found on pillows and bed sheets.
Kartini (6/5): Pleasant - The grounds are beautiful and wide and open, with a beautifully landscaped pool and gardens. Try to get a room with a balcony. Mine did not have one, and a lousy view, but the room itself was good - cool aircon, everything worked well, it was clean, strong wifi. No complaints, as I was there just for one night. The proximity to Mataram Mall didn't make much of a difference, since most shops in that mall seems to have closed. Not the hotel's fault, just something to be aware of, if you wanted to stay here because of the mall.

James (7/5): Good - Comfortable, modern hotel in central Mataram, with large size rooms and a nice pool. Staff are terrific and offer great service: I had large bag of laundry returned in 2 hours for a very reasonable price. Mataram Mall is across the road if you need to do any shopping. They had live entertainment for 3 hours at their outdoor restaurant, which was at a very loud volume. Not ideal if you wanted to relax in your room.

From the 1st day stay, staff is not really friendly, only one staff that smile at us while check out. Toilet is dirty, water heater is not working, no iron in the room, have to request several times.

Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible - We booked a deluxe room from Hotels.com and when we arrived, they "upgraded" us to a family room. However, it seemed like it was more of a downgrade than an upgrade. I felt utterly cheated! This wasn't the first time that my room looked nothing like what I booked on hotels.com. 1. The room looks nothing like an upgrade of our deluxe room. The room in our book looks classy with better furnishing. The family room on the other hand had a very old toilet, with taps that squeak when we tried to turn them on and was dusty with cobwebs in the furniture. 2. The toilet was faulty, giving off unbearable noises that sounded like cars horning every 30 seconds. How unbearable was that? An upgrade huh? 3. I couldn't turn the taps on and off properly. That was how ancient the furnishing was 4. The kettle looks disgusting on the interior, as if nobody had washed and used it in a long time 5. The call for prayers start loudly at 5am and 7am and we couldn't get a goodnight's rest! 6. We called the reception to fix our bathroom and they took 1 hour to come back to us because they couldn't understand English and they kept sending people to check without fixing the issue! 7. There were so many people at breakfast that we couldn't even get a seat! If I could give a negative one rating of this property, I wouldn't hesitate to. I felt cheated because my room was nothing like what I saw in the booking and seriously? An upgrade? Doesn't seem like it!

takanori (4/5): 朝食バンザイ - ９月３日より８日間宿泊しました。このホテルは既に何回も利用していますが、６階建ての新館が出来てからの宿泊は初です。けれども新館ではなく旧館のいつものコネクティングルームの片側のダブルベッドの部屋に案内されました。冷蔵庫の強弱ツマミがなかったり、ACリモコンの電池が切れていたりと、様々な不具合を見つけて、「旧館だからしょうがないか」と以前の情景を思い浮かべて納得してしまいました。宿泊者の大半がインドネシアの方々なので、廊下や中庭や駐車場にはいつもゴミが散乱していて残念でした。朝食は以前よりも種類が豊富になっていましたのでかなり満足しました。

Det virker som dette hotellet er populært for de lokale, menyene er ikke oversatte og frokosten har ingen vestlige innslag. Ellers var treningsrommet som ble reklamert for på annonsen "under construction". Gode priser på massasje i velværeavdelingen. Svært hyggelig staff.

Reeve Y (4/5): Extremely dated. Mixed ratings. - Room was extremely dated. Toilet was somewhat grimy, shower had low water pressure. Most features in room were discoloured. Aircon took some time to cool but even then it was not cold despite lowest setting. That said, bed was OK, and the hotel was located next to the Mall. Breakfast was average but sufficient. Would not stay again unless I really want access to the Mall.
