The pillows are too soft - hope there could be an option to switch to firmer pillows.

The weight scale service at the check in lobby is a great idea, since most of the flights to Jeju are small planes. The shuttle bus to Airport works till 12pm only, that’s not very convenient for travelers with afternoon or evening flights.

- Elizabeth Cheong (8/5): Older hotel where you need to pay for the pool - This was a key pickup location for many klook day tours so it was very convenient. There were also a lot of restaurants, gift shops, convenience stores and Paris baguette nearby, making it a very convenient location. Room was quite spacious, with enough space on each side of the bed to fully open a big luggage. Toilet also had a very big and spacious bathtub! There was a cafe at the lobby with 1 for 1 Americano at just 5000 won too. The Lotte department store did not have a food court unlike other Lotte malls and it was overrun with PRC. Even the staff were all from China. Neighbours might be noisy if you love here as it was quite rowdy on our floor that night despite the relatively good soundproofing. Hotel was also a bit old and staff didn't prepare any drinks or perks despite indicating it was our honeymoon stay. This contrasted with all other hotels that tried to provide a drink or small perk. The pool was also chargeable at 12000 won per person for entry, despite being a hotel guest. The pool was so small so it was quite expensive and very surprising that it wasn't even opened to guests.

- Alice (10/5): It’s a hotel we would choose to come back to in the future. - Location was superb - for the latter part of our stay in Jeju, my family and I were searching for a convenient hotel to stay at and this place was near to everything including food and restaurants, shopping and souvenir stores. Breakfast was decent, and beds were pretty comfortable. Triple room was spacious enough for all our luggages. The hotel staff were all friendly and readily offered help when we required assistance.
- Anna (10/5): - Nice hotel, close to the airport as well as public buses to get to the rest of the island. Good for a solo traveller who does not drive a car or for an aviation geek, as you can see the runway from the hotel. :) Mugs instead of paper cups would be nice...

- Elena (8/5): - Хорошая прачечная (стиральные и сушильные машины). Вид хороший - что на горы, что на аэропорт и море. Было очень душно в номере (+28 градусов, хотя на улице было +5), кондиционер вообще не работал. Окна не открываются. После обращения на ресепшен сказали что кондиционеры нигде не работают и ничем не могут помочь. Очень и очень сомнительный ответ. Раньше не заселили.
