Also can be very noisy if on front on a weekend as your facing canal st with all the screaming girls at 3am. Though this really isn't the hotels fault Also. - David (8/5): Was okay - Very nice room, need more milks for 3 peoples wasn’t enough. There is dusts on skirt boards everywhere. We went out drinking in canal street the door locked we couldn’t get in because we are deaf couldn’t hear intercom they never mentioned to us. We were stuck outside for 5 mins. When lady was came down stairs then straight to reception I knocked on window door. Next time if you see deaf guests let them know if they do provide PIN number to get in, in future. Need more deaf awareness. I am housekeeper supervisor myself.
- Robert (3/5): Low budget experience for too much money - Central Location With your cases on the floor there was hardly space to move. Broken shower head and cubicle doors not fitted correctly. Metal toilet roll holder right in front of your forehead! One bedside table. The other side had a stained put-u-up bed. Had go get out of bed to turn the ‘bedside’ lights off. Added to by an inconsiderate noisy and drunk neighbour. Hotel says you should let them know - what at 2.30 in the morning! Unfortunately we were delayed arriving and had no time before we had to head out, otherwise we would have discovered the issues.

- Maciej Bajerski (7/5): - Dobra lokalizacja. Pokój był przestronny jak na tego typu obiekt. Cena niższa, niż innych obiektów w okolicy. W nocy jak było dość chłodno, działało ogrzewanie. Szkoda, że nie było małej lodówki w pokoju, choć przyznam, że nie sprawdziłem tego podczas robienia rezerwacji. Łazienk była trochę brudna, oraz pod prysznicem nie było słuchawki, jedynie stały natrysk z góry, co jest nieco kłopotliwe, gdy chce się ustawić temperaturę wody, bez nachlapania w łazience. Okolica jest dość imprezowa i w nocy na ulicy bywa głośno, gdyż pijani ludzie chodzą i się wydzierają.

- Peter (3/5): Better value for money can be had elsewhere. Stay here only for the location - Staff exceedingly helpful and friendly, tried their best. Good location too. And bed was comfy although only one pillow per person. The rooms feel more like a hostel than a hotel. The last time I stayed in such level of "wipe clean" accommodation, it certainly was not nearly £150 for the night for a super basic room. And the deluxe rooms for an additional £45 were a little more spacious but still very poor value for money. Furthermore, everything about the rooms was tired. Flooring (lino) was just about acceptable, extractor fans in the bathrooms didn't work, so didn't clear steam or odours. One of the showers while great and plenty of water drained too slowly so if you were avoiding flooding the bathroom you had to turn it off every minute to allow the drain to catch up. Windows hadn't been cleaned in years and a good number of cobwebs in the rooms too.

- Anthony (2/5): Le Ville Hotel, more like Le Vile Hotel , if they just take an L away from the title of the Hotel then it would suit it - The location is ideal especially if visiting Canal Street or nearby areas, takeaways and bars and shops nearby and a nice park to relax in if the weather is nice The property is dirty. We was placed in a basement room with no window. It smelt damp and mouldy. We actually had a deluxe room because it had a pullout sofa bed that’s what made it deluxe a shabby old single pull out chair that turns into a bed, it was dirty it was ripped. The room wasn’t cleaned professionally at all dust everywhere hairs in the bed basic standards not Met. I’ve stayed in budget hotels before that have been a lot cleaner but this isn’t a budget Hotel we may have got a good price at night but other night the charging up to £200 if not more to stay in this Grot hole, we did complain and they moved us to another room which was just as dirty, when I was trying to get to sleep there was a bright green light coming from an emergency light above the bed shining right down on me. It was super bright not just like a red light on the telly but a bright green light shining down on us. The furniture was pretty much non-existent. There was a lot of noise coming from outside dogs barking people shouting till all hours.

Shower head was gushing out water and the shower door didn’t close properly so water went everywhere. Also go woken up twice by people shouting on Canal Street.
- Richard (2/5): In over 800 hotel stays the issue with the bed sheet and cover is uniquely bad. - Location is in a noisy area with many people still awake and rowdy at 5am. The bed sheet was too small to fit under the mattress and had to be positioned every few hours. The cover for the eiderdown was for a double bed and hence was much too large for a single bed. Lots of loose material. The cover was also torn. Could not understand that the staff who made the bed allowed these very obvious glaring faults.
- Kevin (7/5): Decent hotel let down by deposit hassle - Nice, clean room and perfectly fine for a short stay. It does what you need it to do and is comfortable enough. The £100 deposit policy is unnecessarily frustrating. I understand the need for a deposit, but taking the money outright and holding it for 3 to 5 days instead of using a pre-authorisation is inconvenient. Most places simply hold the funds rather than removing them from your account, so this feels outdated and a bit excessive

- Dr. Adnan (6/5): Disappointing Hotel in unpleasant area - The room was spacious. The bathroom was clean. It was a dingy hotel. Position - of the hotel was in canal street area, which did not feel safe a night. The front staff was ok though the desk was empty when I reached the hotel for check in. And there was no safe place to leave my luggage when I checked out. The room did not feel clean. The furnitures were stained. There was no handwash or shower gel in the toilet. No easy commute. Had to walk at least 5 minutes to get to the bus stand. There screams and loud noises in the hallway over the night. Should.not be rated as a 3 star hotel.

For families/couples, I will look for more comfortable options Nothing specific. It's good value for money but nothing spectacular expect location and proximity to Piccadilly station

The stay was good value for money and the hotel is conveniently located. Despite the fact that I stayed on a Saturday night, it was very quiet and I wasn't disturbed by outside noise at all.

- Natalie (1/5): Dirty and liars. - Hotel check in woman was friendly. Room was dirty. Bed is a tiny double for 2 people. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned from last people. Woken up by guests above us at 1am. Woken again by staff in cabinet next to our room at 7am. Left a phone behind on top of the wardrobe. Staff deny having it and i have made a police report due to this as I have tracked the phone to that location.

I’m not convinced the bed was even changed between guests and the pillows are so far beyond their use, covered in stains, and need replacing or soaking in a tub of industrial strength bleach! I woke up with a rash on my legs. The dust under the bed and on the bedside table looked like months worth. The bathroom was gross and has had all the mould covered over to try to hide it, and months and months of hair and bodily fluids clogged in the drain cap. It stunk of mildew. I was a lone female and had nowhere else to stay due to the football matches, so had to pay an extortionate £120 for one night in this vile place. Horror show!

- Trina (8/5): Perfect location, Perfect Staff, Perfect Price! - Very friendly staff, great location, nice room, great shower, pedestal fan in room helped with stuffiness once windows were closed due to noise, double windows helped reduce noise outside, very comfy bed. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again! Nothing to dislike! Just be aware of doof doof bass from nearby clubs, the windows being closed helped a lot, but still needed the noise of the pedestal fan and earplugs to sleep.

- SIMON (6/5): Good location, upgrade was misleading. - Well located Apparently we had a room upgrade included but from what I could tell we just had a tiny storage box type pull out bed in the corner. Booked the room with the room upgrade in mind and would have expected extra space so very misleading to make us make the booking. The lady in reception was very pleasant and helpful though.

Wouldn’t accept the basement room if I was offered it again. - Central location Unfortunately we had to book this hotel for our weekend participating in the Manchester marathon. It was a good location for what we needed but very basic and we stayed in the basement room that did have a strong smell of damp, the hotel had clearly tried to remedy it with multiple fans etc. objectively this hotel would be satisfactory for people intending to have a good night out and just have somewhere to crash after, without too many other requirements. For us it was is unfortunate that we were charged an absolutely extortionate amount of £650 for 4 people for less than average accommodation due to demand in the area.

Rooms are clean, bed was ok. Bed linen wasn’t particularly well made and not great pillows. Central location is good but no soundproofing? Expensive considering very little sleep

- Nathan (5/5): - Good Location,Quick check in and It was very clean! Was very cold however when you ask front desk they will put the radiator on for you. Was put into a basement room when clearly booked a twin room. This room had a double bed in and a sofa bed which the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on at all so was disappointed with that! Totally not worth what I payed for just one night!
- Josh (3/5): not deluxe but adequate - The "deluxe" room that I booked with Ville that promised either or both views of the city or canal turned out to be located in their basement, almost directly below the hotel reception. The only window in the place was a thin horizontal panel directly above the bed, from which you could make out the feet and ankles of the crowd that like to enjoy that part of Manchester until the early hours of the morning. While the room was large, I could not understand why the additional space between the bedroom and bathroom was completely empty. I think that was where a sofa was supposed to be located in order to add the the "deluxe" experience. I should have requested a room change immediately after checking in, but I made the mistake of not doing this and instead at checkout I informed the staff that I wasn't satisfied with my stay, who didn't appear to be all too concerned and suggested that I send an email to management (no address given). I did do this and to date I am yet to receive a reply. I guess that you get what you pay for and this "deluxe" room was some special offer at the time, but it certainly was not deluxe. The noise from the hotel reception (voices and footsteps) above the room was very noticeable, as was the street noise from outside, even though the single window into the below ground room was a slit above the bed. The drapes that covered this "window" (you could not open it or get out if there was a fire) hung so low to the bed that they almost touched the pillows, so it was neccessary to fold them up on themselves before going to bed. Also, I was glad that I inspected the inside of the kettle before being tempted to use it in the morning, which I decided for health reasons to not do.
