• GILLE-DECAMP (4/5): Une description qui ne tient pas ses promesses - Le lieu est beau et riche de son histoire. La chambre est mal entretenue. Il y avait un nid d'oiseaux dans la chambre (vidéo à l'appui). Les services proposés en ligne ne sont pas les bons. Le spa était fermé le dimanche de mon arrivée et lorsque j'ai demandé pour un soin on m'a répondu que le spa était finalement ouvert mais que la responsable était fatiguée.

• Youssef (8/5): Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. - Très bel établissement avec un excellent accueil et un personnel particulièrement disponible, aussi bien à la réception qu’au restaurant. Mention spéciale également à la gérante pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Le hammam a été un vrai moment de détente partagé avec ma sœur et ma fille — un grand merci à Zainab pour cette belle expérience, exceptionnelle du début à la fin. Petit bémol toutefois : les importants travaux à l’entrée de l’hôtel n’étaient pas signalés lors de la réservation, ce qui est regrettable. De plus, la piscine extérieure n’était pas chauffée, ce qui paraît difficilement acceptable pour un établissement 5 étoiles.

• Melek (9/5): The hotel was a great introduction to the aesthetics and comforts of Morocco. - The breakfast was pleasant with prepared omelettes. We came in a quiet time when we did not see many other guests, so the pool and the ground floor restuarant looked great but we did not partake. We ate on the top floor restaurant with a terrace that was a greaet place to sit after dinner to see the sun set. The construction in the adjacent lot was not ideal. There noise was not an issue for us, but travel in the immediate vicinity of the hotel was affected by the significant construction activity.

• Wolf (5/5): Wegen grossem Baulärm zur Zeit nicht zu empfehlen - Sehr freundliches Personal. Bequemes Bett. Das Hotel, ist eine Art Palast-Riad mit zum Teil schönem Deko. Doch es ist sehr alt. Das Badezimmer war größtenteils renoviert. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Medina. Zum Hotel gelangt man zur Zeit unter Schwierigkeiten nur über eine riesige Baustelle. Für meine gehbehinderte Frau ein grosses Problem. Diese Baustelle macht ab 8 Uhr bis abends riesigen Lärm und Staub. Auf der anderen Seite des Hotels sind sehr runtergekommene, slum-artige Häuser. Es gibt für Hotelgäste in einiger Entfernung einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Aus unserer Sicht ist es kein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Es gab auf dem Zimmer keun Trinkwasser, kein Kaffee oder Tee. Der Preis war viel zu hoch. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht korrekt Zur Zeit riesige Baustelle direkt am Hotel, schwer begehbar. Baulärm

• irina (10/5): para escapar - Me gustó muchísimo mi estancia en el hotel. En primer lugar, me encantó la entrada al hotel, que causa una excelente primera impresión. En la recepción nos atendieron de manera muy amable y cordial, nos explicaron toda la información con detalle. El personal de recepción es súper amable y agradable. En la habitación nos esperaba una gran bandeja con frutas y una botella de agua, un detalle muy bonito. El hotel está decorado en estilo marroquí, lo que crea un ambiente especial. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y cuidadas. Pequeños detalles, como el bordado con las iniciales del hotel en las toallas, resultan especialmente agradables. La cama es muy cómoda, la ropa de cama es nueva y limpia. La habitación consta de dos espacios, con sofás y una zona donde se puede sentarse cómodamente. El restaurante por la noche es maravilloso: la comida es deliciosa y de excelente calidad. Además, hay música tradicional en vivo; una orquesta toca música nacional y crea un ambiente muy agradable. Los camareros son educados y atentos. El desayuno es magnífico. Nos quedó la mejor impresión posible. También nos explicaron todo sobre la ciudad, nos recomendaron un guía y buenos lugares para comer. Dos días pasaron completamente desapercibidos. Sin duda, volveremos. Cerca se esta construyendo un hotel. Los trabajos no se escuchan, pero los accesos están bastante sucios.

Отель старый, работает не все - в одном из санузлов бочок не работал, в другом душ брызгал во все стороны. В целом ощущение недомытости в санузле. При заселении нас провели в неубранный номер, который заменили сразу, но во втором номере былр холодно и пришлось ждать пока он нагреется. Завтрак обильный но это спошные углеводы за исклбчением омлета и пары кусочков колбасы и сыра. Рядом, у входа в отель, стройка и, соотвественно, грязь и шум. В номере было тихо, т.к. окна выхрдят на противопроложную строну.

Hotel qui meriterait un relooking. Pour une formule chambre et petit dejeuner avec escapades quotidiennes l'hotel est reposant. Mais on n'a pas envie de s'approprier les lieux...dommage!

Hay que destacar entre otras cosas, como te acogen y te trata el personal de este encantador hotel...Fatima, Kenza y Mohamed responsables de que todo este a nuestro gusto.. No hay palabras de agradecimiento de lo bien que se han portado con nosotros. Dispuestas a resolver y a informarte de todas nuestras necesidades. De una profesionalidad digna de personas que hacen su trabajo con mucho amor y de una generidad inmesurable. Y termino dando las gracias también a Zineb del Spa, la masajista de este hotel, que con toda mi experiencia de masajes, ha sido el mejor masaje que me han dado en un hotel. Can you imagine that beans' coffee was missing from the breakfast every morning, and half board dining on the new year eve was not available pretexting that the restaurant was taken for celebration forcing you to pay an extra of 2000dh to be served? • Murielle (10/5): Belle expérience dans un lieu authentique - L'emplacement aux portes de la médina. Le jardin, la terrasse, la piscine. . Le personnel très attentionné (mention spéciale pour Fatima et Mohammed). Nous avons eu 2 massages offert. Excellent petit-déjeuner marocain avec différents types de crêpes, fruit, jus d'orange pressée, viennoiseries... Hotel un peu vieillissant (infrastructure) qui demanderait une renovation. Travaux un peu bruyant dans un autre hôtel à proximité (nov-25).
• JG Italo Catalanes Asociados (9/5): Ottimo hotel appena fuori della Medina…a 15 minuti camminando - Struttura ampia e con un ottimo servizio, camera spaziosa e letto comodo.. Sicuramente siamo stati in un periodo di bassa affluenza, ma la struttura da la sensazione di un leggero deterioramento e scarsa attenzione ai particolari. Tipo….terra del ristorante al 4 piano con pavimento nn perfettamente pulito e vasi con piante veramente tristi….nulla di che, ma la sensazione è di leggero abbandono.
• James (9/5): Perfect for our visit to Fez. - This is a beautiful old grand dame of a hotel, and the staff are incredible. The location is at the back of the medina but is very accessible by car, making it a good place to stay to have both access to the historical souks etc as well as easy access in and out by car. The restaurant has great food and drink (including wine etc.). Our two suites were on the ground floor next to each other and were quite large and comfortable. Mine had an actual hot tub (not bath tub) in the room. The couch and chairs in the living room were comfortable. Nothing - great stay.

Y a t’il un directeur dans cet hôtel qui semble être heureusement tenu par le professionnalisme de la réceptionniste et du maître d’hôtel?

Nous sommes arrivé le jeudi 2 octobre au matin et elle était là. Elle est le principal atout de cet hôtel. La décoration était originale Pas de menu pour le room service dans les chambres

• ho78 (10/5): Amazing room and very attentive staff - We loved the hotel. The hotel is well located in the old city of Fes. It was so well decorated with the andalousse style. The staff was amazing and very attentive. The breakfast was really good. We had our room upgraded from senior to ambassador. The room was so well decorated,very clean with two bathrooms. One of them even had a hot hub. I really recommend this hotel. It would have been good to have a couple of water bottles offered in the room, especially in summer.

El personal se distingue por su amabilidad y profesionalidad, trabajando en perfecta armonía para ofrecer una estancia inolvidable. En especial, quiero resaltar a Kenza, cuya atención y trato son excepcionales. El desayuno es variado y exquisito, con un servicio impecable por parte de los camareros, siempre atentos y respetuosos. También tuve la oportunidad de disfrutar del restaurante Martoqui, donde cada plato fue una verdadera delicia. Sin duda, deseo volver y revivir esta magnífica experiencia.

In fase di prenotazione consiglio di richiedere stanze ai piani bassi, chiaramente nella stagione estiva. La piscina è speciale, da utilizzare la mattina in preparazione della visita pomeridiana nella medina...posizione strategica, 50 mt dall'ingresso delle mura, comodo al parcheggio. La colazione preparata al momento fresca, abbondante, con prodotti di qualità. Tutto ottimo, consigliato al 100% Suggerisco un controllo maggiore dei lettini in piscina.

• Adele (10/5): Exceptional and comfortable - Excellent quiet location. Bed was very comfortable and the room was incredibly quiet. I made the reception staff aware of a medical condition, and they were more than accommodating and incredibly kind. Dinner in the restaurant was very good.

• Ruud (7/5): Warmest hospitality, premises need work. - This hotel gets full marks for its excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful...! Lots of overdue maintenance, poor plumbing etc. Some rooms little or no daylight or view. Overall, does not meet 5-star standard. There is plenty of construction going on around the hotel which really compromises its location, both visually and practically. Staff attitude & excellence save the day, as does the excellent restaurant with great food and wonderful traditional live music.
• Fabiana (9/5): Two days in Fez. - It was a very pleasant staying. People were friendly and willing to support. Unfortunately there is a huge restoration of a nearby hotel going on and everything around is a little messy. Breakfast was very good and pretty various compared to the standards in Morocco.
• Katherine (9/5): Superb - The staff absolutely went above and beyond; my 9-year-old daughter got a little hurt on our vacation, enough to need some medical attention, and the amazing woman at the reception helped us arrange an appointment with a doctor to get the medicine she needed and had a porter travel with us to the clinic. Everyone was so sweet, I was so so grateful!! Also the rooms are huge, the location is very central and close to the markets, the view from the terrace is fabulous, and the breakfast was quite good. We visited in februrary so it was still a bit chilly out, and unfortunately could not use the pool, a heated pool would have been lovely! Also the cold water source for the hot tub in the room seemed to be broken, so the hot tub only filled with burning hot water. This made it difficult to use.

• Ali (9/5): Excellent for a stay near old Fes - The room is really clean and spacious, and they serve a decent breakfast with a nice view on the city. Excellent service, the team work really hard as a family to satisfy the customer. Special thanks to Eman for her continued support! I may be nitpicking here: The toilets needs bidet (shatafa), an additional trash bin in the room would be great, a central heating system for the room would be great, and a bigger TV. The location is near Guissa Gate, which is a bit far from centre of Fes, but it is quiet and a walking distance from the old market.

• AEPat (8/5): A Riad in Fes - Loved this hotel. Had the best nights sleep here even though there was a thunder and lightening storm I didn't hear anything. We only stayed here for 3 nights. Our room was large and quiet thanks to Fatima. This hotel does have a pool but we did not go in. Breakfast was continental. Dinner was set as we were with a small group. Would stay again.

The suite is beautiful and spacious, Very good location and good view of the whole medina city at the restaurant,enjoy the sunset . Hotel room is better than the pictures shown here. From the gate to the parking lot,When you arrive , call the hotel, the traditional well-dressed bell-boy would take you to the parking lot and help take your luggagel . At the Reception，Fatima is absolutely helpful and friendly and happy, And also the manager. They impressed me a lot. I will surely come next time. They are all happy person. We even make friends LOL... thank you all
• Silav (10/5): The riad had beautiful views of the city, a huge pool, wonderful rooms, was in the best location and most importantly, h - We loved everything about the property. The location was minutes walk from the old city. Breakfast was served upstairs with an amazing view of Fez. The staff were all just so wonderful. There was nothing that’s we didn’t like. All amazing.

• Pensionerplus (8/5): A very good hotel for a short stay in Fes - Overall a very good hotel. Our room was impressive, spacious, comfortable everything worked. So traditional, the room was inevitably dark. Staff eager to please, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but fresh and comprehensive. Close to the heart of Fes. Would certainly recommend.
• 797SusanB (8/5): Authentic Accommodation - loved it! - This Riad in Fez was great – I loved the 2 bedroom suite I had with the sitting room with home baking. Just delightful. The pool was small but freezing, just the way I like it and the staff were also delightful – despite me having to go down and ask them to turn off the music in the hamman at 11.30pm which was right under my room as it was being piped through the air vents at full volume! We had drinks on the rooftop terrace on night and the manager was lovely. Breakfast was not so great – only continental which was plated up in advance – being veggie, I asked for a separate plate of cheese – and the waiter just lifted the meat off the plate and placed fresh cheese when the meat had lain. Not great and we only had bread on the first morning with sweet pastries on the second.
• Neil91 (10/5): Lovely hotel with massive rooms - It’s a lovely hotel and our ambassador suite room was very spacious. There were 2 bathrooms! The decor was very nice and the bed was really comfortable. The sitting area was large and beautiful too. The windows overlooked the pool area, which was quite. The shelves inside the wardrobe was dusty and the lighting was poor near the dressing area. We stayed for 2 nights and found the staff very helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast was average and didn’t have much Moroccan food. The salmon for dinner was nice. The desserts were delicious too. Highly recommend this hotel.

• clairemC5031KQ (10/5): A lovely property - A lovely hotel about ten minutes from the Medina in Fez. The rooms are spacious. I had a lovely bedroom looking out on the pool area, and a sitting room with a couch and several chairs. As in many places in Morocco, the tile work in the bathroom and sitting area is exquisite. There is a small bar and nice restaurant on the 4th floor, where in a Muslim country you can actually get alcohol. The restaurant has two menus, one with Moroccan dishes and the other with Continental items. There is a trio playing local music, which was great. The bartender, Yussef, was a terrific host.
