Lovely breakfast and could be either in terrace or room. All was good. We would have eaten there more if there had been another veggie option so only ate once in the 3 nights

We had other plans otherwise we would have tried the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, it smelled so delicious! It was a very cozy room with a nice indoor and outdoor seating area. For us personally, we cannot sleep in a room over 22 C, and the temperature was easily close to 30. And for a Thursday night, the noise and partying went much later than I expected (midnight).

- Solenne (6/5): Un emplacement magnifique mais des services décevants - La vue est magnifique et l’établissement très propre Les services n’étaient pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles : le personnel est assez nonchalant et ne donne pas toutes les informations concernant l’établissement à l’arrivée (accès piscine, spa, restaurant, etc.). Dès notre arrivée, nous avions fait part de notre volonté de réserver un soin au Spa, mais comme la personne à l’accueil semblait débordé, elle nous a demandé de revenir plus tard. Et plus tard, elle nous apprend que le Spa est fermé le dimanche. Rien ne l’indiquait sur le site internet, alors que nous avions réservé en partie pour le Spa. Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas très bon et mérite une nette amélioration dans les produits proposés et leurs variétés. La chambre Ovalie est beaucoup trop bruyante ! Dès 4h du matin nous avons été réveillés par le staf. Je déconseille vivement cette chambre.
- Eric (1/5): - J ai oublié mon blouson le 12 janvier après un séjour à l hôtel Après avoir proposé de payer les frais de port ( la poste 18 dinars et post express 70 dinars), et après de nombreux échanges, le 4 mars on m’a annoncé qu’il me faut payer 85 euros pour envoyer mon blouson… malhonnêteté et « jemenfoutisme » avéré Quand à mon séjour, correcte mais le dîner était triste à mourir… Bref je ne reviendrai pas et vous déconseille egalement que pour leur manque de grâce et de service … 5 étoiles ?? 😢

- Joyce (9/5): Outstanding place to stay but plan ahead for access. - Our room was incredible. A super cool domed ceiling in the oval bedroom with a large balcony overlooking the golf of Tunis. The location in Sidi Bou Said is perfect for exploring the town and water front. Food was delicious as well. The property is very challenging to access. We had a rental car and it took us several hours to figure out how to navigate past the multiple road blocks and gates. We called the property for help but they just kept sending us the location and telling to come on the road with the cemetery but the cemetery was on the other side of a gate that the attendant would not let us through. After the fourth call to the property, they finally understood our situation and spoke to the gate attendant to get us through. I would definitely arrange for hotel pick up outside the closed area for your stay. While our room was lovely, it was right next to the kitchen so it was loud in the morning when they prepared breakfast.

La colazione, sufficiente ma non entusiasmante (ad esempio una omelette la si deve pagare...28 dinari (circa 9 euro). Il ristorante e` di buona qualita` ma con menu` ``povero`` e sicuramente caro.

When we came back the room was cold but we were too tiered to ask to change the room so we slept in the cold. Same with the bathroom with no heater !

- hooor (10/5): 💙 - الموقع رائع .. أمام البحر مباشرة كان شروق الشمس مذهل تستطيع التجول في سيدي بوسعيد من موقعك .. لا تحتاج لسيارة كل المواقع بالقرب منك الطاقم بشوش ومضياف (فريال) في الاستقبال كانت رائعة ومتجاوبه لطلباتنا تناولنا غداء متأخر في مطعم الفندق .. كان لذيذًا جدًا أشكر الشيف وطاقم العمل سأكرر التجربة بكل تأكيد الفطور لم يكن متنوع وكمياته قليلة .. قد يناسب بعض السياح .. لكني تمنيت لو كان يحتوي على بعض الجبن والخضروات يتم إعداد الفطور عند طلبك تتناوله في غرفتك أو في شرفة الفندق لايوجد ميني بار بالغرفة وهذا أمر مخيب بالنسبة لي (قد يحتاج أحد لهذه المعلومات ) لكني كنت سعيدة جدًا بكل التفاصيل

La suite ovalie, à côté de la réception et du restaurant, malgré qu elle soit très belle avec une vue exceptionnelle, est très bruyante, je ne la conseillerai pas.

- Robert (9/5): Delightful and characterful boutique hotel in prime spot in beautiful village - Spacious, characterful room in beautiful setting, perfectly positioned in this charming village. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff all friendly and helpful. It’s a genuinely delightful boutique hotel I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Also, no problem accommodating a late check-in after late night flight. The only small criticism I can think of would be that trying to order a drink in the evening is incredibly slow: on one occasion almost half an hour from sitting down to the drink arriving. But given the hotel’s other charms that feels very minor.
- Tracey (6/5): Décevant , ne correspond pas à un 5 étoiles . - L’emplacement de l’hôtel avec vu sur la mer, le charme du petit salon et le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse , le petit déjeuner était correct . Nous avons été reçu avec bcp de nonchalance . On a essayé de joindre l’hôtel à plusieurs reprises pour avoir des indications mais personne répondait . Le numéro sur le site de Booking.com est erroné . La receptionist ne s’est pas excusé . Quand on voulait prendre un apéritif dans le petit salon c’était à nous d’aller chercher le serveur . Ensuite ils n’avaient ni gin, ni Schweppes ni vin mousseux pour faire un aperol. Ils m’ont offert un autre apéritif pour s’excuser . Nous avons réservé la suite “ Prestige “ car c’est tout ce qui restait . Elle n’avait rien de prestigieux , on aurait dit que les meubles mal assortis venaient d’un magasin de meubles d’occasion ! Autour d’une des piscines tout était en désordre à cause des travaux , de ce fait on ne pouvait pas s’assoir . Généralement il y avait du débris de carrelage etc etc etc sur les terrasses . Dehors n’est pas soigné . La télévision ne marchait pas et les prix dans le restaurant étaient très élevés et nous avons dîné à l’extérieur . Très décevant .

Friendly welcoming staff. - Breakfast selection was varied and well presented The suite required improved sound proofing, noise from the crowds gathering outside in the evenings and chairs being moved across the floor of the restaurant. The outdoor areas were tired and could do with some TLC. The area is surrounded by trees which naturally drop their leaves with the wind, outside areas could be swept and hosed daily.
- Thomas (5/5): Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen, abgesehen davon ist der Stadtteil wenn man mal aus der Hauptstrasse rausgeht, vor allem - Die Aussicht aufs Meer war wirklich toll… das war es dann aber auch schon Ich hatte bei einchecken schon gefragt, ob ich nach der zweiten Nacht vor Abreise ein kleines Frühstück am Morgen haben könnte, da mein Flug schon um 6:30 ging. Die Antwort kurz und knapp „Nein, nur einen Kaffee“. Bei einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse mit 5 Sternen würde ich mehr erwarten. Ich hätte kein Büffet um 3:00 morgens erwartet, aber wenigstens einen kleinen Happen. Am Abend entschied ich mich das Hotel-Restaurant aufzusuchen. Das Restaurantpersonal war sehr freundlich, der Fisch war sehr fein, der Couscous war fade und hatte keinen Geschmack. Am nächsten Morgen beim Frühstück gab es kein Buffet, ich wurde nur gefragt ob Kaffee oder Tee. Dann servierte man mir einen Kaffee, ein kleines Croissant, 2 Abschnitte eines Baguettes mit Butter und einer Nusscreme. Erst nachdem ich reklamierte und fragte, ob man irgendwo in der Nähe etwas anständiges zum Frühstück bekäme zeigte man mir so einen Karton-Tür-Anhänger zum ankreuzen (die man für gewöhnlich vors Zimmer hängt für Frühstück auf dem Zimmer). Das nächste Pärchen was kam bekam diesen Pappanhänger direkt überreicht als sie an den Platz kamen. Die absolute Frechheit fand ich dann als fertig mit meinem „Frühstück“ war kam ein weiteres Pärchen, dem man direkt eine richtige Frühstückskarte reichte. Nach der all diesen Erfahrungen hatte ich schon überhaupt keine Lust mehr mich für eine Massage anzumelden, da ich von ausging, dass diese genauso herzlos von statten gehen würde wie der restliche unterirdische Service in diesem Hotel. Ich war am zweiten Abend wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel auswärts essen, um einiges preiswerter und mit einem viel Besseren Service und das Essen schmeckte auch um einiges besser. Das Hotel war sehr hellhörig, Personal und Hotelgäste trampelten die Treppe hoch und runter. Auch wenn angeschrieben war, dass man nicht ins Wasser springen soll und Rücksicht nehmen sollte hatte ich zeitweise das Gefühl mein Zimmer neben einem Planschbecken zu haben
- salma (5/5): Ça ne mérite pas plus que 4 étoiles pour son prix - L’emplacement était parfait mais très broyant le soir Ça manque de beaucoup de choses comme la machine à café thé eau les basiques pour un cinq étoiles au petit déjeuner l’eau si on la demande pas on l’a pas la piscine beaucoup de chlore et sale le personnel moyen mais très aimable
