La cocina tiene un uso muy limitado. necesita al menos unos tenedores y otros utensilios. Y no vendría mal un microondas y recipientes para él. Buen desayuno y la posibilidad de interactuar con otros pasajeros. La wi-fi no era buena. Ni en la salita/cocina común.

Per quanto riguarda la colazione brioches e merendine confezionate,ma buone. Unico neo: un po' poche stoviglie, e si dovrebbe responsabizzare gli ospiti su come lasciare tazze e pentole. Comunque da consigliare,se non si pretende una location pluristellata, e considerare il prezzo che viene richiesto, posizione buona e tranquilla, comoda x gli spostamenti ( noi avevamo l' auto). • Christian Michael (2/5): - Unseriös! Zwei Tage nach der Buchung, Zahlung und Bestätigung der Zahlung durch Expedia kommt die Bekanntgabe, dass man noch zusätzlich Reinigungskosten bezahlen muss. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass alles, bis auf die Tourismusabgabe, bezahlt ist, wird einem mitgeteilt, dass der Zutritt zum Zimmer verweigert wird, so man nicht diese dubiosen Reinigungskosten im vorhinein bezahlt. So etwas ist mir noch nie passiert, ich kann von dieser Unterkunft nur abraten.

The breakfast isn’t a breakfast, therefore it’s not really a B&B. It was very noisy, especially inside the hotel (which is an apartment with rooms).

Every accomodation must clean and such extra charge is not normal.

• Johan (4/5): Pas un hôtel mais un appartement avec des chambres - Nous avons effectué une nuit, il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel. C’est un appartement dans lequel nous avons eu une chambre. Le reste de l’appartement est en partie commune. Pas vraiment le top pour la tranquillité et l’intimité quand on est en vacance. L’appartement est vraiment dans un immeuble d’habitation classique je ne recommande pas
• Massimo (8/5): Soggiorno una notte - A 700 metri dalla stazione in una struttura condominiale, in una zona non molto curata. Camera spaziosa, pulita con bagno privato. Lavandino "artistico" poco funzionale, c'e laTV e l'aria condizionata, non c'è l'asciugacapelli. Area in comune con altre due camere, attrezzata a cucina con tutto il necessario per la colazione. Custodia bagagli gratuito.

When I arrived, they charged me a fat check in € 30 and I showed up at 6 pm.They charged me € 10 per person per night for cleaning, so for three new € 60 and a residence tax of € 9. So I paid € 100 more than necessary. The manager is a fraud, he only thinks about money, a very bad person.

• Bryan (8/5): 만족합니다 - 저렴해서 선택했는데 사진보다 좋았어요. 5층인데 엘리베이터가 있어서 편했고 위치도 비교적 안전하고 걸어서 시내까지 이동하기 편한위치고,공항가는 버스정류장도 가까운 곳이어서 좋았습니다. 청소비용은 원하지않아도 지내는 만큼 내야해서 당황했는데 사장님이 친절하셔서 주변 정보도 주시고 편하게 지냈습니다. 다만 인포에 사람이 늘 있는게 아니라 체크인 시간이 늦으면 미리 연락해야하고 추가비용이 있어요. 간식종류가(조식대신) 늘 구비되어 있어서 언제든 먹을 수 있어서 커피도 마시고 이점도 좋았네요. 다만 제가 사용한 룸은 침대가 동그란데 키가 큰 사람에겐 짧을거같았으니 참고하세요. :)
• eric (4/5): - B & B bevindt zich in een rustige straat vlakbij centraal station en centrum. Was effe zoeken naar de juiste deur. Bij inchecken kwamen er nog extra kosten bij (€45)! Gang zag er goed uit maar, kamer helaas niet. Hadden het pas na 1e overnachting door. Niet alle lampen waren voorzien van lichtbron. Toilet bleef doorspoelen, schimmel doch-wand en de vloer van badkamer nodige tijd niet goed gereinigd. Gen centrale sleutel voor alle deuren. Receptie NIET tijd 17:00 uur aanwezig. Voor ons deze B & B nooit meer.

• Pierpaolo (6/5): Forse…ma anche no. - Struttura accettabile ma con alcune cose da migliorare, prima di tutto la colazione. Il nostro soggiorno era solo per una notte, prenotato e pagato con largo anticipo. Abbiamo avuto una camera al primo piano e non al quinto dove è la parte principale del b/b. Per quanto ci sia un cucinino la colazione è fai-da-te e questo potrebbe andare, ma le uniche cose presenti a disposizione erano crackers, fette biscottate e 4 minuscoli mini cornetti. Niente marmellata o pane, gli unici 2 yogurt, una volta aperti erano muffi, delle 4 buste di latte, una solo era chiusa e al mattino dopo era stata usata. Non c’erano neanche tazze, solo bicchieri. Alla richiesta di almeno un po’ di marmellata, ci è stato risposto che non avendo trovato le monodose dal fornitore, dovevamo comprarcela da soli. Altro punto dolente è il lavandino in bagno, minuscolo e in pietra, per niente igienico. Di balconcini come nelle foto dell’inserzione, neanche l’ombra, forse erano al quinto piano, noi probabilmente siamo capitati in quello sfigato. Altro mistero sono i 13€ che ci sono stati chiesti all’arrivo pur avendo già pagato on-line per la notte. Forse la tassa di soggiorno di Palermo era improvvisamente lievitata per i romani. Insomma non ci tornerei.

• Vasilis1970 (2/5): Try to find another one... - Only it's location worth it! After that the chaos!!! I don't know how to start. Beds were broken, so the owner kept the outside as a decor and is using a platform inside for the strom. But this makes it very noisy. We asked for a blanket and they brought us a piece of GFB without even a cover. The shutter broke after a couple of days and we couldn't open it and close it. And here comes the best. We'd charged 10 euros per day for housekeeping and heating, but this wasn't clear when we did the reservation. The answer was "we send you an email the day before your arrival"!!! I can keep writing but I don't want to spend more time for this crup...

Small print after booking 24 hours ahead states you must make plans to enter at least 72 hours ahead!!! Luckily, after panicking upon arrival to the ‘hotel’, and getting no answer from ringing the buzzer, we phone the numbers on the poster by the building. After 1/2 hour, someone called back and we were let in!! Place is good though, and staff very friendly/helpful.
• 763ildim (10/5): 7 nights in Palermo - The room was clean and the ladies came to clean out our room every day. We had also air conditioner in the room and it was very useful. The staff is nice and kind and if we had any question they could reply to it immediately. According to the trip advisor reviews, the breakfast is on the spot and all You can eat but we had to walk 5 minutes to a nearby bar and we could pick up one pastry and one coffee. It was a bit comfortless but the staff was very nice there as well.

Room is so clean and cute. otobüs ve tran istasyonuna çok yakın, odalar çok sevimli ve temiz. Ayrıca tesis sahibi çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. son derece memnun kaldım ve tavsiye ederim.

Letto confortevole e bagno pulito. Sebbene la struttura sia complessivamente sufficiente, il punteggio che le viene attribuito dalle recensioni, appare molto generoso. Poi ci sono costi aggiuntivi poco visibili ma incisivi.
• Marcello (10/5): Semplicemente perfetto - Ho soggiornato al b&b per una sola notte, purtroppo, ma mi riprometto di tornarci appena possibile. Il posto è pulito e accogliente, e lo staff è molto gentile e dispinibile. La camera assegnatami era spaziosa e silenziosa, e il letto comodo. Strategicamente perfetto: a due passi dalla stazione dei treni, dal mercato di Ballaró, dal centro storico. Non ho mai avuto bisogno di prendere un mezzo pubblico, fatta eccezione per il trasferimento da e per l’aeroporto. Consigliatissimo. Grazie per l’ospitalità

• Grzegorz (6/5): Skromnie, ale w porządku - Pokoje za niską cenę, ale niestety wcześniejsze opinie narzekające na dopłatę "za sprzątanie" są prawdziwe - cena istotnie wzrasta przy zameldowaniu, o czym na hotels.com raczej brak informacji. To główny mankament, choć po dopłacie cena nadal jest atrakcyjna. Obsługa jest sympatyczna, a śniadanie adekwatne. Wi-Fi działa bez zarzutu. Pokój ogólnie niezbyt duży i skromnie wyposażony, ale w porządku. Trochę przeszkadzał niezbyt przyjemny zapach (jakby ktoś w pokoju podczas wcześniejszego pobytu palił papierosy). • Desirè (10/5): Hotel pulito ed economico, ogni confort - Il prezzo di una camera presente sul sito verrà incrementato di piccole tasse inerenti la pulizia, il riscaldamento e la tassa comunale, pare che i costi aggiuntivi siano menzionati in qualche scritta microscopica in basso alla pagina. Per il resto l'hotel è pulito, accogliente, carino ed economico, ricco di confort e servizi : Wi-Fi, TV, frigo, bagno pulito e moderno, phon, arredo semplice ma carino, accogliente, riscaldamento o condizionatore. Personale disponibile e gentile. Luogo ben servito da trasporti pubblici e alimentari.
• kostasicebar (8/5): Good choice for a cheap price - We booked it because it was cheap and close to central train station.we inform the time of our arrival and a girl waited us outside.this hostel located in the 2nd and 4th floor of a block of flats(something common now in Italy).the room was big with free wifi and LCD tv.plain room not nothing special but we didn't mind.good size bathroom.location very close to central train station and not far from the center,just 10min walking distance.the girl in the reception was very helpful with instructions about the city and the last day she let us print our boarding passes...

• Pierre (8/5): Très bon rapport qualité-prix à Palerme - Ce bed&breakfast propose des chambres confortables et très propres aux étages 5 et 8 d'un immeuble avec ascenseur. C'est un excellent camp de base pour découvrir le centre historique de Palerme et ses trésors. Ne vous laissez pas impressionner par le quartier et foncez : les automobilistes pourront garer facilement et gratuitement dans la rue, les usagers du train sont à 2 pas de la gare centrale et tous pourront déguster les glaces à tomber de la gelaterria Ciccio sur le boulevard des Mille (hummm !). Concernant les chambres, celles du 5ème sont plus petites (ce sont celles proposées en priorité sur Expédia) que celles du 8ème (vendues plus chères sur Booking par ex.). Elles disposent d'un petit balcon avec table et 2 chaises. L'insonorisation vis-à-vis de la rue n'est pas des plus performante, mais le traffic est vraiment réduit en contrebas. Le petit-déjeuner buffet servi au 5ème est assez complet, avec jus de fruit chimique ou frais (oranges à presser soit même), fromage et salami, yaourts, salade de fruits, pâtisseries fraîches ou industrielles... très bien vu le prix. Attention ! Bien regarder votre heure d'arrivée qui donne lieu à un surcoût après 19H. C'est la 3ème fois que nous retournons à cette adresse, et nous ne sommes jamais déçus.

• mir0ljubs (10/5): Excellent Bed and Breakfast right in the center of Palermo - Antadia is one of those places you want to return to. Rooms are very spacious with high ceilings and ours had a small terrace. Bathroom was very big and every day towels were changed. We stayed for 8 nights and every morning we had different freshly baked home made cakes for breakfast delivered. Excellent cakes we did enjoy them so much. The first thing we would do in the morning was to check what cakes were served. There was also a coffee machine and a selection of breakfast food in the fridge. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the place. Every day we saw it thoroughly cleaned, so no wonder it was spotless at all times. Location is excellent, located right in the center of the town in the peaceful street. Within the walking distance to the train station, tram, the old town it is really a fantastic place to stay.If you are flying I would recommend you to ask the owners to collect you at the airport. For a reasonable price the owner will wait for you at the airport, help you with the suitcase and during the drive give you all information you need. We certainly enjoyed our stay in Antadia and hospitality of the owners. Regarding the price we got far more than we paid for. If we return to Palermo we will certainly stay in Antadia.

• carmine (8/5): BeB posizionato vicino alla stazione centale. - un buon BeB posizionato vicino stazione centrale e poco distante dal mercato ballarò. i gestori sono delle ottime persone pronte a darvi indicazione di come muovervi su palermo. devo anche dire una cosa molto positva che mi è stato scalato il tardo ceck inn. unica pecca è che non fornisce anche una minima colazione e se fai a pagamento al costo 7 euro persona è molto eccessiva. per il rtesto lo consiglio.

The toilet has 2 doors, one by which we could enter and then another door into someones else room - we were afraid to have a shower as we couldn't lock the other door! €10 late fee is a bit steep! Area was very dirty, didn't feel safe! Would not recommend this to anyone!

Walking distance to most of the attraction and the two ladies who were helping in the hotel were super nice:)
• Philip (8/5): Decent simple b&b - This is a simple and nice b&b near the station in Palermo. The staff are very friendly and the room is decent and breakfast simple but tasty. The area around is ok but Palermo is a chaotic and dirty city seriously lacking in decent local governance. Therefore as with most of Palermo expect rubbish in the streets, unkept buildings and clearly high unemployment mixed with wonderful architecture that deserves so much better care.
