Guest Reviews
- Susan (4/5): - This hotel is in a great location but is very tired otherwise. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, could feel the springs. Walls are paper thin, can hear people talking. Shower hose couldn’t lift and lower on the shower rail so couldn’t even put head under to wash hair. Need to give key in to reception when you leave each day which is not a good process. Stated for security but it would just be wise to de-identify so guests could have their own key. Was a horrible musty smell in the room. Would choose somewhere else to stay next time.
- Meesha (4/5): - You can book this property as a cheap option just to come crash but we probably won't book here again.
- Mark (2/5): - The entire unit
- Hossein Ghaffari (4/5): - My room smell like sewage system! There was for sure some problem!!!!!
I did not have time to file complain and ask for refund yet
- Michael (8/5): - The hotel is in a great location in regards to transport, attractions and restaurants. While very basic the staff were very helpfull and all the facilities were very clean.
- Michael (10/5): - The hotel is very centrally located. My room was spacious and comfortable. I would stay here again!
- martin (8/5): - .
- Steven (10/5): Top place - Great buget hotel
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great price for the Location - Great location, friendly staff, cheap price for the location although bring earplugs as the room walls are very thin.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good location and value - Great location and low price.
But, you get what you pay for. The room was a little cheaply finished, slightly shabby in places and just big enough. It was clean though, and the bed was comfortable, though slightly firm. The bathroom was similar, bath tub with a plug was welcome though and the water was hot.
The breakfast was basic but enough for my needs, juice, fruit and toast for €5.
Decent value for a reasonable price.
- kelly osaro (8/5): - The location is very nice
- Verified traveler (4/5): Nope - I rarely complain about rooms but I will because the cost of the room was so disproportionate to what I got. The room looked nothing like the images displayed on hotels.com. It was absolutely tiny; the shower was broken; walls were paper-thin; staff weren't particularly welcoming; the TV remote wasn't working; the bathroom lightbulb kept flashing so I had to take it out and the only charging points are either in the bathroom itself or on the floor near the door. Your staff (or perhaps it was automatic, I'm not sure) said I checked in at 8.01pm which isn't possible, as I was still on the train. Listing me as having checked in means I couldn't request a room change via the website. The only good thing about the room was the location.
- Maria (10/5): - Very good stuff!
- Hemant Kumar (4/5): - Toilet flush was keep running water noice condnot sleep.
Looking for compensation.
Thanks
- Jason (2/5): - I hate this hotel. It’s overpriced, the amenities are terrible, wifi barely works, the rooms are small, the bathroom is even smaller - I cut myself drying after a shower on the edge of a sharp toilet roll holder - and most of all the staff are very rude and dismissive. Especially the guy at the front desk with the beard called Matteo. I wouldn’t stay here again if the rooms were free or if you paid me to. I would rate this 0/10 if I could - avoid at all costs.
- ROSANGELA (4/5): - Prostitution around, air conditioning noise, other bedroom’s noise, parking lot not easy accessible
- Darren (8/5): - Awesome staff, great value buffet continental breakfast. Quiet room with good aircon but smaller than it looked omn the pictures. Would stay again, great value compared to others around it. 5 min walk to train stations and old town.
- Seunghyeon (10/5): - En general, estoy satisfecho :)
- Mit (2/5): - This place is worst I would not stay even for free. We had three rooms booked, all had some or the other way water leaking in washroom making noise whole night. If some one uses washroom in any room you listen noise of water. Staff is rude and doesn't help in anyway. Once you have paid you are in a fix.. Never ever book this hotel.
- Mitchell (6/5): - Excellent location, staff and cleanliness. Room and bathroom are incredibly small and noisey. If you have only one suitcase it may workout. If you have a phone charger, you may have to disconnect the TV or plug it into the bathroom.
- Avneesh (8/5): - Nice and affordable place and easily walkable to the city.
- Edgar (10/5): - Location, nice breakfast, and great for a week or weekend visiting Valencia. Close to Nord train Station and city centre.
- Caroline (4/5): - Nothing to like
- Brian (4/5): - This property is not the one shown in the pictures. It is more of a private room hostel than a hotel. The rooms are small but clean and adequate. The price is excessive for the condition of the property. Arrived at the time of check in 2 pm and the room was not ready. There are no do not disturb signs for the door so the cleaning staff cleans every room. The WiFi works but is not great.
- Alesha (10/5): - The location is great, walk everywhere. . The staff is friendly and helpful
- Ines (10/5): - Excelente
- Ruben (4/5): AC did not work - Our first night was fine, On the second night, we return to around 8:30 PM, find out the AC was not working. It'd been 34-36 (95F), but the room felt much hotter. I went down to report the issue 5 times. The girl at the front desk, could not make it work, and told me her co-worker, arriving at 11 PM might know how to solve the problem. At 11:15, I went down again to report the issue. The guy at the front desk told me he was busy, and he'd be checking the issue. Finally, around 11:30, he showed up, and could not fix the issue. I was provided with a small fam. It was an uncomfortable night to say the least.
- Celeste (6/5): - The staff was friendly but every day you had to give your room key to reception before leaving. Then you had to retrieve it when you returned in the evening. The elevator barely fit 2 small women. The ac wasn’t great in that it would be too cold so then it needed to be turned off to get the room warm which wasn’t hard since it was 35c daily. Room was very small not as in the advertised picture. It was clean though and quiet. After long days of walking it was disappointing that you couldn’t soak in the tub because it was about 2 feet in length and 1.5 wide. It didn’t have much of a ledge so you couldn’t sit safely to just put your feet in to soak in cold water. The positive was it was close to the main plaza, city hall, restaurants, buses, and metro. It was also about 10-15 minutes to the train station. The receptionist was very helpful at holding and returning water shoes to my tour guide since they were forgotten in my backpack after a hiking tour. This was very appreciated.
- Wendy (6/5): - This hotel is in a perfect location for walking around Valencia. I booked a single room and the room size was fine. The room and bathroom were clean. The shower had great water pressure. I felt safe there, traveling alone. Staff were helpful. My only complaint is the bed, which was as hard as a rock, so I could not sleep comfortably. My back suffered all 3 nights there.
- Paul (6/5): - Basic but central.
- Nicholas (6/5): - It would be nice if the staff were to actually look up and greet you when you are checking in, and not make you feel like you are interrupting their important work. I had just walked in the heat with my large bags, it was 6pm and I had to knock on the door to get them to open it, and then she wouldn’t even look up from her paperwork and acknowledge me. Not a good welcome at all.
- Heather (2/5): Very budget, awful breakfast - It definitely budget. The room was fine.
Staff not overly friendly and breakfast awful. The breakfast is not worth what you pay for it. You can get something fresh for half the price nearby.
- cynthia (6/5): - Good stay. Has all the basica
- Verified traveler (8/5): In the heart of Valencia - Sadly, I have to confirm that the reviews stating how loud it is there (thin walls, ceiling, etc.) are true and it was impossible to get a good night's sleep there. The noise level was so loud, it seemed like it was coming from inside the room. People have full conversations loudly, slamming doors, moving furniture, you name it. It was very frustrating & to be honest, the only down side to this hotel. The room was fine & the bed was super comfortable. The staff was extremely nice & helpful. I don't speak Spanish & was having issues with my phone, yet no matter who was at the desk at the time of day or night, they all helped me with directions, etc. So huge shout-out & thanks to the staff! The hotel itself is located in a great part of town with tons of places to visit all within walking distance, even the Metro is fairly close-by. The only thing preventing me from giving this place a glowing review is the noise level at night & it preventing me from getting a good night's sleep during my entire stay. I really wish they'd address the noise level concerns, as enough customers have brought it to their attention & doing so would make this place a preferred destination for people wanting to stay in the heart of Valencia in affordable fashion.
- Luis Manuel (2/5): - De las habitaciones más reducidas en las que he estado
- Abel (6/5): - Excellent location. Property felt more like a hostel than hotel. Would not mind, 30 years ago but not now.
Clean but beds were hard and uncomfortable. I have sleeping issues, so would not recommend. Very rare for me.
- Marga indraswari (10/5): - A bit of a walk to the train station but not impossible. The bed is a bit on the hard side but that’s what I prefer for my back anyway. The room is a bit small but it’s still ok.
- keith (2/5): I know it was a 2 star,,,,but - Not the hotels fault but there was construction going on behind my room in another building. They could have let me know and i could have booked somewhere else. My window faced a small area where other buildings faced. One of the units was under construction...a metal grinder at 0800. I asked to change rooms...even though the new room would only have a single bed. Went up to the new room after waiting for 4 hours for it to be ready. Well the room faced the same open space with construction. So I went downstairs again. The front desk begrudgingly did some arranging and gave me another room. There was one outlet to charge devices. The light above the single bed was hanging off the wall..it didn'teven work..the bathroom was so small the plastic toilet lid bent against the sink when closing it. The AC/heating unit was disfunctional. None of the rooms had a security lock....and forget having a safe. I had Continental breakfast. The oranges were rotten and yougurts outdated. Great location...hopefully the larger rooms facing the street were better.
- Robert (10/5): - Small, but good price, clean, and good staff. Only reason I didn't stay longer was the lack of kitchen and fridge.
- Emi (6/5): - Affordable, great location, no frills, it’s just a place to sleep. The room was small, which was not an issue for me. However, I could not find any outlet in the room. So I could only charge my phone/watch/tablet in the bathroom. You would think there’s an outlet near the bed. There wasn’t any. That was very inconvenient.
The location is wonderful. Easy walk to landmarks.
- Samantha (8/5): - Location was absolutely perfect. Right beside city hall and a busy town square with lots of restaurants nearby. Max 15 min walk to all the big train stations and tourist attractions. Hotel was basic but very clean and quiet. 24 hour front desk and luggage storage room was great. Breakfast included some prepackaged pastries, toast, yogurt, and drinks (coffee, juice, milk). For what we needed, it was simple but a great stay.
- Viviana (2/5): Terrible people - Completely unresponsive and frankly without a heart! Never again.
- Christine (8/5): - Room was small
- Verified traveler (10/5): Best bed, worst WiFi. - Bed was very comfortable. Location is fantastic.
WiFi was poor, but managed to connect to get what I needed.
The room was decorated with Michael Jackson, so if that is a problem for you let them know when you book.
There seemed to be breakfast available, so check when you book or check-in. We weren’t offered it.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very nice
- Verified traveler (10/5): Central location, clean and comfortable - We stayed here for one night in July 2023.
Room was basic but clean and comfortable and air-conditioning was great!
Very central location right in the heart of Valencia.
I would recommend and also come back again.
We also opted for a continental breakfast which was also very good.
- Kelli (10/5): - 24 hour front desk!
- P A (8/5): Good value central hotel! - Two excellent nights in this quirky central hotel. Can walk everywhere in beautiful Valencia & less than 10 mins on foot to train station and metro (direct from airport) so incredibly convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful and room was clean and comfortable. What more can you ask for? Ticked all my boxes and will definitely return.
- Phoebe (6/5): - No laundry facilities although the website says it has
- Graeme (8/5): - Great position - few minutes from the station and just short walk to Cathedral, shops, bars... and great price!
- Mark (6/5): Great location but basic - Hotel is in a great location and gave us easy access to everywhere we wanted to go.
Overall its basic and rooms are somewhat cramped.
Bathroom was a struggle due to tiny size and air con was installed but had no power.
Lack of available plugs for charging phone / devices
- Jordan (6/5): - Very friendly and accommodating staff. Small rooms but worth the price.
- Eve (6/5): - Staff are friendly, hotel is in a central location.
- Drury (8/5): - We enjoyed our three nights. It is a modest hotel, no frills, and a good lower cost option.
- Chen Che (8/5): - convenient
- peter (8/5): - The people at the front desk and the lady in the breakfast room are very friendly. We like every day the clean towels. The room was oké, there was only one folding chair and the room was rather noisy.
- Gonny (6/5): - Ik had een zeer kleine en donkere kamer zonder stopcontact. Voor €73,= per nacht zonder ontbijt vind ik dat te duur.
Het ontbijt van €5,= is karig.
- Rebecca (6/5): Decent location, terrible room - The only good thing about this hotel was the location. Right in the city center, walking distance from most important landmarks, restaurants, transportation. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable it felt like sleeping on the iron springs. The room also had a terrible smell, and even after informing the staff it did not change. I was pretty disappointed with our stay and would not come back to this hotel.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - A very basic hotel!! Staff could definitely have been more friendly
A great location though
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Convenient location..5 to 7 minutes walk from the station to town.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Cleanliness , convenience and friendliness of the staff
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location, good AIr conditioning also
Great location, good AIr conditioning also
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good place to stay for a night only - The rooms are very small and do not have much space for the luggage. If you were to stay one/two nights, it would be totally okay as you wouldn't need to unpack much. However if you stay is longer, it would feel a bit uncomfortable. The bathtub and shower are positioned in a not so convenient way because the shower head is located in the middle of the bathtub. Also you need to leave the key at the reception every time you leave your room. We got a room deal that included breakfast but unless you are okay with just cornflakes and croissants, there won't be much choice. We had 'breakfast' at the hotel and then went and ate at the cafe an hour later. Overall the hotel location is great and close to the train station which was the reason we booked in in the first place.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Not the most musical inspired hotel, just a picture on the wall . Very close to the station.
- stephen (8/5): Excellent small hotel - Excellent location, everything on your doorstep, rooms small but clean, everything worked, shower really good, basic breakfast but fresh and everything was nice, limited seating though which was an issue at breakfast, would stay again
- Roderick (10/5): Good Value Budget Option - Great location in the city centre, this is a good budget option if you're looking for a basic but comfortable, clean and safe Valencia hotel.
- Miguel A (8/5): If you have a left leg - First the bad news. The toilet is flush on the wall. If you have a left leg then you have carefully land in the toilet then point your legs away from the wall. The elevator will not operate if one of the doers on another floor is left ajar. I saw the hotel clerk have to race up four flights of stairs to manually close the naughty door. Still, we enjoyed our stay.
- Victor (2/5): There are more hotels, keep looking! - Sadly this is my first bad review. I got to the hotel a little before 9:00 AM, hence asked if I could check in early, the guy in the reception told me that I couldn't, but that I could leave my bags and come back at 2:00 PM. He barely looked at me and didn't even offer to help with my bags, he just pointed at a room. I came back at 2:00 PM, asked if the room was ready and was sent upstairs with keys only to find that it wasn't ready, actually pretty dirty. I went back down again, the same guy just told me that check in is between 2:00 to 2:30 and that there was nothing else available. He again did this without taking his eyes from the computer. I waited for the room to be clean, but when I finally saw it and sat on the bed, I just got my phone and found another room in another hotel. The furniture and bed looked really old, not to mentioned the bathroom, the decor was just not what the pictures in the site let you to believe. I had to wait before, but at least I get a descent room, this was more like a bad youth hostel. I would not recommend it, there are other well price hotels in the area.
- scott (10/5): - Very nice stay. Location was good on a fairly quiet side street and close to the train station. Desk was very helpful and the room was clean and new looking. I would definitely stay there again
- Shweta (6/5): - The rooms are very small. The bathroom even smaller.
- Charles (10/5): Para mi perfecto - Small but perfectly adequate, simple but tastefully decorated. Very helpful polite and informative staff. Close to metro, train station and city centre. Cleanliness exceptional, firm comfortable bed with crisp comfortable bed linen.
This has to be my first hotel that doors cannot be slammed. Congratulations and sincere thanks for making my stay in Valencia enjoyable
- Antonio (10/5): Cool Nice Place - The hotel was clean and nice. The room was just right for a solo traveler like me. The staff were very approachable but they need to smile more. All in all, superb management.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient, good location - Good experience , close to all tourist sites. Lots of nearby cafe and restaurants
- Verified traveler (4/5): Okay-ish - Very old hotel, with small rooms and small dining area. The hotel is located in a good area within walking distance to most sights. Wouldn't stay again, but was okay for a few nights.
- Robin (10/5): Lovely Hotel - Excellent hotel with friendly staff and great location.
- Patsy (8/5): Perfect central position - Hotel perfect position in centre. Hotel back street, lift to 4th floor. Floor in lift not level with floor on exiting the lift 6 inch height different, husband fell flat when leaving lift very dangerous could have broken a limb. Room small but adequate for just sleeping, window view onto the street very noisy at night with traffic, louder if you left window open. On entering room terrible smell not sewage but nasty smell, did not sleep well because of noise and smell , you could also hear people in next room also water running and toilets flushing. Reported to the man at desk in morning about the lift husband falling made nothing of it, also about smell said there were 3 rooms with this problem and would sort it out. But never did. At night people using lift the inside door of lift is like a Metal l cage so when outside door opens the metal cage door clangs open then clangs shut making a noise can hear through the night. We liked the hotel because of the price and central, might return if we have a different room with no smell and noise.
- K (8/5): Cosy hotel with excellent location - The location is excellent. Most sites and landmarks can be reached within walking distance. Lovely city atmosphere and scenery. The hotel is very basic but will fulfill your needs for a good nights sleep. Excellent value. My room had a private bathroom. I think all rooms have a private bathroom. Contains a toilet and shower.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Funky and fun little hotel in the city center - Needed a cheap and central hotel for Christmas shopping, this popped up when I did my search. The Hotel is part of a themed chain, this one is Music, Very pleased with my small but compact "Rolling Stones" room. Really comfy bed and lovely powerful shower. Will use again without doubt.
- Sergio (10/5): Great location near from the center. - Nice and helpful staff in the cafeteria and front desk.
- Stephen (10/5): Weekend break - Hotel is excellently situated for exploring the city and close to all public transport. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Great value and would definitely use again
- maria (8/5): Good location - The hotel is super central. 5 minutes walk from the tube station(xativa), central market amd old town. You don't need a travel card apart from going to the beach and the oceanographic (buy the 10 journeys top up card). It's not very luxurious and the Air conditioner was old as hell but it was super easy to get everywhere. You must go to the mamasdelicias cafe which is opposite the hotel. It's amaZing! Try the dulce de leche cake!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Run away! - Horrible place, one of my lifetime worst hotels. The room is an OVEN with just a tiny super loud fan. The window opens onto a tiny tunnel courtyard which is capped at the top: only warm baked air seeps in. Staff is uninterested and not friendly at all. They confiscate your room key each time you want to step out: makes me feel very unsafe I've been taking all my documents with me everywhere. Tiny weird room, cleanliness suspicious. Worst or all, don't try to invite a friend or a colleague. I had a friend drop by from another hotel (smart guy) and the front receptioninst yelled at him "no, no, no, you can't come in, no guests", we had a strange hostile conversation where he basically accused me of bringing in a hustler. So humiliating for him and I, I feel like this was an act of homophobia. They wouldnt let me cancel of course, even though I clearly explained how this hotel was below my standards. Walking tour guide today laughed at me and said that any positive reviews are paid by the owner. Perhaps this review will protect someone like me from making the mistake I made. Run!
- Mark (8/5): Ok but smell was off putting! - Check-in was surly. Location great on paper but room smelt (seemed from outside maybe and works were in progress). Breakfast was included and quite basic but ok for the price. Value was good.
- PJ (4/5): Dorm Room or Youth Hostel - 1 person elevator. TINY room which was more like an old college dorm room or youth hostel. Hardly room to turn around in bathroom. Bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. Creepy neighborhood which was dirty and graffiti covered. Car parking close at 17 E for over 12 hours, but lots of free motorcycle parking right in front. May be good for backpackers with little luggage. Old & outdated with mattress on a frame. Outlets in odd places, like near door by the floor and a foot from the ceiling over the TV. Breakfast was decent with a couple breads, 1 cheese, 2 meats, cereal, milk, coffee, & a pastry. HOT & finally got the AC to cool the place down to tolerable after 2 hours. Outside cafes fairly close, but no real restaurants. Would never choose this place again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): The smallest room ever - Yes it is cheap. Yes it is central . BUT The rooms are so small l was walking into myself every day. Spend the extra even on yourself and book a double room for 1 person. Note to Expedia and all money taken from my account prior to my arrival no cancellation fee or refund if room is like mine unsuitable. Good note is the Science park and Cultural centre is a must
- Susan (10/5): Small but perfect for a city break - Valencia is such a lovely city and you really don't want to spend lots of time in your hotel room. this was perfect for us, well priced and warm rolls or toast or croissants for breakfast. No hair dryer or coffee making facilities but the coffee in the room would never match up to the very reasonably priced and numerous shops around. Great position for arriving at the metro or station and for sightseeing. If you want the beach this may be a little too far into the centre for you but a bus or tube is possible, or hire a bike. Lots of cycle paths outside of the old city.
- Ceci (6/5): Great location - Nice check in and check out.
Room a bit tiny but conformable.
Location is key.
- Bogdan (6/5): Nice location. - Nice place not far from everything) Shopping Street, Train station, downtown.
- Len (8/5): Good budget hotel - The hotel is really clean with friendly staff. About as good as you'll get for a budget hotel. Close to the station and the historic town centre. I would stay there again. The downsides are small bedrooms (mine was anyway) and a basic breakfast.
- Brian (10/5): Good hotel - A very nice and comfortable hotel
- The mattresses (8/5): Cheap, good location, good staff, bouncy beds - Came to the hotel and realized we had only gotten one bed, rather than the two I expected. All other rooms were taken for the night, but we were offered to trade the next day when one opened up. We picked apart the bed and I put the matress on the floor. It was super bouncy, and lunged me across the room without problem. There was no need for walking as the matress provided me with a better, more fun, alternative. Matress gets 5/5, I wish I had 13 of them and I could build a fort.
They also had breakfast ready in the mornings with non stop coffee and more. There are however no mattresses in the dining room.
Staff was good and friendly. You had to leave the key at the door, which never was a problem as someone was there all the time. And they were very patient with me running in and out every five minutes for smoke breaks. Grabbing and leaving keys.
It had a great location for a great price, in the middle of old city, near buses and trams and foods and stuff. I'd stay again
- Solo Traveler (8/5): Perfect location! - I loved my dorm-like room, perfect for me, as a solo traveler. Television was great...wifi was perfect...great hot water...nice, ironed sheets...outlets galore! And, the location was perfect: 10 minute walk to Valencia Estacion Nord, the cool cafes, and great shopping...near the cinema. I'll go back!
- anthony (6/5): Great city - The hotel is in the middle of town which puts you close to everything. But it very small rooms,no English TV, and no parking which I knew when I booked it. The walls are thin and the room is small, but you get what you pay for and for the location you get a $150. Room for much less.
- Jose (10/5): Impressive quality/cost ratio at a great location - Can't beat this hotel in quality/cost ratio. It is a 2-star hotel, don't expect much luxury. But the hotel is clean, the people are friendly, the breakfast is good ... and the location is outstanding. Plus, they have interior quiet rooms.
- OLUKAYODE (4/5): Pros and Cons, Baked Beans & Sausages :) - Positive:Nice Friendly Staff Members,Good Location(Right in the City, Close to Everything),Clean and Decent.
Negative:The Noise Level From Other Guests Room was Unbearable(The Rooms were too Close to Each other, No Sound Proof,So If you have a Noisy Guest Next Door,Having a Decent Sleep Can/Could be a Problem)Someone Was Smoking in his/her Room too, so For a Non-Smoker, it wasn't Nice...The Noise from the Lift too is a Nightmare,The Noise from the Cleaners too is an Alarm/Wake up call lol So if you Fancy a Lie In...No chance lol The Breakfast is Just Basic Too,Don't Be expecting Baked Beans, Sausages or Fry up lol Furthermore, I went to Valencia to see the City and Meet up with a Friend, i was astonished when i got told i can't bring a Guest(who is not sleeping/staying anywyas)into my Room???....Furthermore,You Have to Leave Your Key Too at the Reception Everytime you Leave the Hotel(Even for a Minute)...Lastly,For me, there was No Ambience for Guests to Meet Each other and Share Stories(Just My view, But What do i know lol )
- Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect place for a short stop over - For the price, the location was very good and convenient. The room was smaller side but it was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, air conditioner was very efficient and the staff was nice and friendly. I need to visit Valencia from time to time and I'll be happy to stay here again.
- Daniel (8/5): City Centre Hotel in Valencia - We stood a few days in this nice hotel, which is situated right in the old centre of the city. Everything is in short walking distance, train station, market, restaurants and old visitor buildings. Because of the location, it is not very quiet, but our room was on the upper stories and was not a problem. The hotel is in an older building, but it had a facelift recently, the decors are simple, but it is comfy enough for a nice city break. The breakfast is simple, but good for a hassle-free start of the day.
- jason (8/5): Good location and very good price. - No free parking but good location for everything. The room was ok we had the beegees, but the toilet seat was broken and air con wasn't working. Good breakfast and price. We dropped off our bags and just parked the other side of the old river bed for free and walked into town on the way back.
- Alan (8/5): Modest hotel near the beautiful station. - Perfectly convenient, clean and comfortable. A couple of blocks from one of the most beautiful train stations in the world.
- Bob E (6/5): Nice location - Two things set this one apart from hundreds of similar hotels. Firstly, the location. Easy walk up to the market, old town and cathedral in one direction. The main square, Pl Ajuntamiento is even more close. In the other direction is the main rail station (with the bullring next door to it, if that takes your fancy). The second is the décor which is sixties and seventies music. Vinyl albums stuck to the wall in reception, electric guitars and other instruments dotted around the walls. My room was Beatles themed - Abbey Road cover in silhouette and a yellow submarine. Otherwise, it is on of those tall, narrow places so often to be found in European cities, complete with miniscule rickety lift and a view out to enclosed courtyard from the back rooms. Comfortable enough though, and the rooms are scrupulously clean.
