Breakfast, included, was budget but good to start the day. The Dewi Sri allow too many troublemakers into the rooms. Whilst there, 2 weeks, 2 drug induced people were allowed in. 1 was kicked out for being too much trouble. 1 was taken to hospital being on magic mushrooms. We've stayed many times at this hotel and it is getting worse each time. This time being to the point we wont go back. Felt intimidated, every day, whilst there.

• Arkadiy (9/5): Хороший отель,, отличное соотношение цены и качества. - Хороший отель,, останавливаемся 2й год подряд. Хорошие завтраки,, комфортные номера. Уборка каждый день,, горячая вода с хорошим напором. Нормальный бассейн,, лежаков достаточно. Хорошее местоположение,, до молла и пляжа ~15 минут пешком. Когда лежали на шезлонгах у бассейна другие гости прыгали в воду поднимая много брызг и шума. Брызги попадали и на тех кто лежал,, администрация не реагировала и пришлось уйти в номер. Было бы здорово перейти на смарт тв в номерах.

• Mariesha (8/5): very happy with the stay, it was great value for money - the pool was open until 11pm, bar open 24 hours, could order food also. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The massages on site were awesome, price on par with salons. for what you pay, its a really good experience There was no kettle in the room or hair conditioner, our terrace was a joint terrace so a little less private than I would have liked. The breakfast could be improved with bacon and salad.
• Layla (10/5): Fantastic - It was in a quiet alley way, the felt very safe day and night- easy to get down with a car no problems. A mini market was right next door. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. We were in a standard room on the second level away from the pool and it was perfect, clean, cold and basic ammenities- I would have hated being any higher as the stairs were quite steep. The rooms around the pool I think would get quite noisy as the crowd and music are right there. The pool with swim up bar was very convenient. The pool got quite warm during the day.

Definitely good value for money, only thing that annoyed me in this stay was that my eye mask stained the pillow unbeknownst to me and instead of leaving a note or informing me after the first night they accumulated the pillow case and made me pay for them all, which I did. Just think it would of been nice if they had of informed me the first night so I stopped wearing it. Felt like a bit of a money grab.

There was no safe in our room and we were offered a lock box which was in the front reception office. We left immediately

• Anne (10/5): A great relaxing and fun holiday. - The location is excellent close to all amenities, shops, food and the beach! Location is very central and easy to get to anywhere! The staff are the best and all the staff there are truly amazing, friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were super helpful Ketut and Made were super friendly and helped with any queries I had. Devi from the bar and restaurant was super amazing, she really knew what I needed and made great suggestions for orders which were made to perfection! Ratna, Bagus, Dewi, Daisy and the rest of the hospitality team provided amazing daily service. I have to say the buffet breakfast was really a delight to wake up to each morning having different options each morning to enjoy. Last but not least a big thank you to Noni for being soo helpful and friendly with any reservation queries. The room was cleaned daily to perfection and thank you to all the amazing team at Dewi Sri you always deliver on hospitality and service.

Only 1 staff member made us very uncomfortable, mr cranky pants. He appeared not too like my son and made it very obvious. Noted he responded to other kids similarly.

Plenty of sunbeds and surrounding chairs. The rooms were very spacious with very comfortable beds. We even accidentally snapped the key in the door quite late at night and within 15 minutes it was sorted with absolutely no issues! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Short 10/15 minute walk from the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops around too. Amazing value for money. Nothing at all

• Howard (10/5): Got to stay at this place near the beach - It was a large property at the end of a street with a guard shack keeping everyone safe. Relatively close to the beach. We walked to go surfing. There was also parking available for our car. Close to many restaurants and shops. The price was unbeatable. Check out time was a generous 12 PM. The pool was great, but we didn’t use it. They provided a very large room and a comfortable bed with great sheets and pillows. Everything was great

And understood my sign language from the poolside ❤️. Also her knowledge of the English language is above average. The people at the front desk and housekeeping are wonderful, and a shout-out to the men that handle security. Always so friendly ❤️. Will definitely be back for a 4th time. Nothing really

Bed was also very comfy The room was very clean fresh linen and fresh towels always smelt beautiful everyday. Breakfast is your standard buffet breaky with not a whole lot of options, but what us there is delicious. could of been more options at buffet breaky and the pool needs shade. maybe a shade cloth over the top of the pool or something like that as the sun is on it all day when its daylight.

• Sharna (5/5): It was comfortable, clean & no big issues. The multiple small ones just made it a disappointing return - The location of the hotel is fantastic a short walk to anything you need. The pool is also great & very clean. Bathrooms that I’ve had at both stays were always clean and no mould etc around. Since a change of management the ball has been dropped a little. There is no more charging of drinks/food at the pool to the room. Must pay then. Which small but can be a pain. The wifi is crappy. Cut out and slow in certain parts of your room or the hotel. Of the 7 days we were there we had to ring and ask for fresh towels 4 times. Some days multiple times and the room phone barely works. We also requested lower level floors as we had a young child and the stairs are all diff heights and steep there.. they gave us a top floor room. The anxiety of walking a little kid down the stairs daily was horrible. Breakfast needs improvement. It’s small, less than basic and boring.

• Joanne (8/5): - Staff were friendly and accommodating. Resort grounds were lovely. Food was cheap and nice. Location was easy waking to lots of shopping and great restaurants. Towels and linen weren't always the cleanest. Some of the guests were quite loud late at night.
• Nargis (10/5): If I go to Bali again, I would definitely stay there again. - Breakfast was extra, so I did not bother since I do not need a full breakfast. The eating area was right by the pool and very nice. There was live music one night a week. The pool had a poolside bar. The whole area was very well kept up and definitely good value. The location is just off the main road, and it looked a little sketchy the first time I walked there, but after that it was just fine - just normal people running their little stores. No complaints at all.
