Verified traveler (10/5): - Stayed in a cabin beacuse it was more cost effective than the hotels with the pet fees. I and my two adult children knew there would be no wifi, but they gave us an option to buy it seperately. It worked on one device for about an hour, so I wouldn't do that again. Overall its a nice place to stay when I'm visiting family in the area. Although I don't really need more than a bed, shower and coffee pot. My kids did enjoy the pool table and hot tub though.

Sarah (8/5): - The cabin was nice and very well equipped with dishes and things. The park was very nice. I like that the cabins have grills and trees for parking shade. Great amenities in the park. Unfortunately it takes forever to the park bc there's 100 roundabouts between there and town and a 5mph speed limit through the whole park adds to an already long trip. There's barely cell service at the cabins and no wifi. Also the ac cannot keep up with heat so it was 86° in the cabin during the day.

Mark (6/5): Nope - We stayed in a cabin. I can say two positive things about this place -1) the gate guard was friendly and 2) the parking was convenient. The free WIFI was only available at the lodge. The tv was part time only after the gate man got it working (he wasn't sure how he did it) and it wasn't working again in the morning. The cabin was extremely cramped. The shower stall was small as well. The shower head couldn't be adjusted so the water hit me in the neck. If I turned the flow down I could get it to hit me in the upper chest. Not for me.
Kevin (10/5): - From the day we checked in and noticed a electrical problem, we called. Many of the appliances we not working properly the microwave the fan and light in the front room and the front room plug ins. We had to track down the cleaning lady to have her get ahold of the maitance man. he came and spoke to me as i were a child. he reprimaned me for reflipping breakers and unplugging micro wave. It lead to my diagnosis of the breaker being bad per the repair man. The bed needs replaced glad we broght sleeping pads. The toilet wobbles when you try to use it. The grass is half dead. I have worked as a electrician for over 47 years and felt like he didnt belive me. other than poor fishing and the creek being over used by Kayakers it was ok at best.
Sudeep (10/5): - I can't say enough good things about this tiny home that we stayed in. Peaceful, quiet...just lovely. It felt like home, and we will definitely be coming back. If you have more than 2 people in your party, get the larger tiny home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, one that everyone should try!
KAREN (10/5): - The Verde Valley cabin that we rented perfect for our family of 2 plus a fur baby. The cabin was clean and well equipped for an overnight stay. The campground was clean and quiet. There were lots of trails and other amenities available for use. We enjoyed our night under the stars and around the campfire!

CRAIG (10/5): Wonderful place! We’ll be back! - The property is lovely; we stayed at a dog friendly cabin and it was very clean, comfortable and quiet with a lovely view. It had a little patio with a barbecue grill and an above ground fire pit for wood which they sell there at a decent price. A very nice and helpful fellow named Kim checked us in and made us feel welcome- he also gave us all the further information we might need for our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Jason (10/5): Family stay for Sedona - Bunk beds are small, but good for kids. Pull out bed is not the nicest for two people to sleep on. Bed is nice. Two TVs with DirectTV is nice. Bathroom is small. Shower is hot, but shower head could be nicer. The main lodge without the pool is nice. Mini-Golf needed to be swept to get the rocks off the holes. Pool and hot tub are getting renovated. Looks like it will be nice when done. Advertised for Sedona but about 25 minutes away.

Carly (10/5): Great property!! - Really nice location! Huge property with RV and camping spots and some mini cabins. Fun things to do on the property too. We got a pet friendly cabin that sleeps 4 but with two average sized adults, 11 year old and medium sized dog it was very cramped in the cabin. Would have been comfortable for just 2 people or one person with a dog in my opinion. Very clean and welcoming. Everything else except the size of the cabin was great!

The different people we have to deal with at the front gate with with were amazing and they really love what they do. Don't hesitate to ask question, they want to help you. Brett (4/5): - We rented a cabin for one night. Pros: Quiet, clean, and grounds were well kept. Cons: The sofa bed desperately needs a new mattress. The mattress was broken down to the point that you could feel every spring within it. The vinyl sofa itself had been repaired with brown duct tape. Hopefully the mattress(as well as the sofa) will be replaced ASAP. It is a bare bones cabin with potential. A little updating would go a long way, but as it stands I would not recommend.

As a first time cabin dweller of 5 days, it seemed like the long term RV campers are first priority and their comfort is more important than the one-timers like my family. I will still come back.

Lisa (10/5): - I wasn't sure what to expect when I found these accommodations. Cottonwood was sold out of hotel rooms and the cabins at the rv park was my last option. So glad I found this place because the service at gate was helpful and super welcoming, the cabin was clean, quaint, easy to find and exactly what I needed. I was in town for the wine festival so did not use any of amenities offered on property but it's 2 minutes up road from the Alcantara winery that I highly recommend to visit (definitely try their Malbec). I plan to return with my family for a camping trip, the kids would love this place.

Susan (2/5): - Cabin was advertised as Queen and 2 twin beds, it was a Queen and Bunk beds. Not suitable for 3 70 ladies. To add insult the bunk beds were not even made and only 1 set of sheets were provided. Big disappointment.
Tracy (10/5): Cozy - We were supposed to be in the cabin with a bunk bed set up but they ended up upgrading is to the bigger cabin with a queen bed and full kitchen. The bed was comfy and the place had all the comforts of home. We would stay here again!

Verified traveler (10/5): Super cute cabin - The cabin was so cute and very clean. We were very pleased! Very quiet campsite. Pool and hot tub were great. Checking in was pleasant and friendly. Only wish there was wifi at the cabin. Other than that A+.
Verified traveler (6/5): Disappointed - I expect more for $135 a night for a small cabin Pros: Nice and quiet, pretty scenery, privacy Cons: our cabin floor was filthy upon arrival, needed to be swept and mopped. bed and pillows old, need replaced, very worn out. We went to Walmart and bought our own pillows. We wanted to play horseshoes and pingpong but the balls and shoes were not there. The hot tub was luke warm, not hot. Mini fridge in room didn't get very cold.

Patricia (10/5): - Loved the roomy tiny home for 5, bed and separate couch, Tv, kitchen supplies, Stocked enough supplies for a week. Not crammed, outside patio with bbq and firepit. Nice hot tub, no pool as it did freeze each night for January
rebecca (10/5): Cozy Cabin stay - We enjoyed this property so much. Very beautiful grounds, well maintained and spacious. Our cabin was stocked with all kitchen & bathroom supplies needed. It was a pleasant surprise that a firepit, camping chairs and picnic table were included...Perfect for eating meals outside, making smores or viewing the night sky (SO many stars!) Note: this cabin is similar size to a tiny home, 3 people fit perfectly. This resort is a very large property with lots to do on site - nature hiking, river access, mini golf, table tennis, basketball, pool/spa, foosball - to name a few. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Cassandra (10/5): Sweet little cabin - The camping grounds are very well kept and the people on the grounds are very friendly. The cabin is almost perfect, minus the beds being a bit uncomfortable. The queen bed was very "springy" and lumpy so im pretty sure this is one that needs to be replaced! but other than that, everything was amazing!

Matthew R (10/5): A Fun Experience - The Finn Tiny House was adorable and had pretty much whatever you could need. We used the BBQ for dinner and enjoyed sitting and eating outside. The view was really pretty and the house is located on the very back edge of the RV Park on a bluff above the river. We were amazed at how quiet the area was and slept quite soundly even with the windows open. The location is within an easy driving distance to some small towns with shops and restaurants, several wineries and of course Sedona. There is also a winery next to the RV Park which offers horseback riding. We made reservations and went riding near the river which was very nice. Our first stay in a Tiny Home, and yes it is very tiny but a fun experience!

Verified traveler (10/5): We'll be back again.... - My family has stayed here more than once. Its clean and quiet. The mattresses on the bunk beds were a little thin and not very comfortable for my early teen kids. I'll remember to pack better bedding! That said, we love the amenities.
Carolyn (6/5): - Beautiful location - excellent access to 4x4 trails and other Verde Valley attractions. However, we rented a cabin and the furnishings were old, uncomfortable and unsafe. The bed practically folded in on you when you laid in it and there are metal bars from the frame that stick out. With with less than a foot of walk path in the room, I banged and scraped my ankle bone on my first night and it ruined my hiking for the trip. The shower head was not adjustable and the spray was so hard, it flooded the bathroom with each shower. There was also broken glass, cigarette butts and bottle caps all over the patio area and the toilet was dirty when we checked in. I would say if you brought your own RV and camped it would be great, but the cabin we stayed in was very much need of a good cleaning and refurnishing.

Jamie (10/5): Verde Valley Campground - It was an amazing stay as always. first time in the "FINN" tiny house and we can't wait to stay in one again. Cool and cozy. Spent the days hiking it up in Sedona and the evenings cooking out and enjoying the campfire. The front gate guys were hilarious!

Tammy (10/5): Big fun in a smal space. - The space didn't feel small and we loved it. The amentities of the park are a little dated, but they had signs that they were going to be improving. The pillows on the beds were flat and old, and it appeared that some sweeping didn't happen around the bed. But we just picked up the broom and handled that. We wished there were swiffers to clean up after ourselves. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here!
