The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. We booked a room with breakfast included. The breakfast was buffet style, with a large selection and very good. - ginben (8/5): A great stay! - We have just ended our four nights in Florence, staying at Le Stanze del Duomo and we had a terrific stay. So central to everything and we had the added bonus of seeing (and hearing!) the Duomo from our window, a real bonus! Our room was very spacious as it had a double and single bed in it even though there were only two of us. There were coffee and tea making facilities which was terrific, and our bathroom was a generous size. My only complaint however was that the beds were so hard! That aside, the rooms were cleaned well and replenished with a generous number of towels. Breakfast was not on the premises, but around the corner at a local cafe. Not a problem for us but could be an issue for someone less agile/mobile. Overall, we had a very positive stay here and would recommend! BTW, great service, being able to store luggage if you check out and still have time to kill before you leave!

Everything was spotless. - The en-suite room we were allotted on checking in was very spacious and airy, with large windows and airconditioning. I am used to both a rain shower and a wand in the bathroom and the bathroom here didn’t have a wand, so I asked if we could change to a room that had a bath equipped with both. The staff were really kind and said that a room that had a bath with both would be available in a couple of days, and that we could move there. It was an upgrade! Newly refurbished with 2 balconies. We loved it! We want to thank the staff for their kindness and the wonderful service they extended to us during our whole stay with them. Had really good interaction with the two young ladies working there during our stay. We will most certainly stay with them again and recommend the hotel to all our friends. ❤️ Everything was great! We have no complaints. We had a very comfortable stay and will certainly stay here again.

So many of them through the night.Also the sirens from the police and emergency vehicles was bad. The room needs more hooks in the bathroom. Also a loner counter or better desk. The breakfast venue which is off site and a good 5 minutes walk from the property. Only opens at 7h30am which is a bit late when you have booked the first slots for David and Uffizi. The quality and variety of the breakfast could be better.

- WILLIAM (10/5): We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. - Very good location. It was hard to get a taxi ride (usually much cheaper than Uber) in the vicinity of Duomo, but if you are willing to pay black Uber, then getting a ride is not a problem here.
- Alin (7/5): Great view. Noisy nights. - It’s a nice property with a lovely view. Central location close to everything. Really noisy from outside, the sound proofing it’s nonexistent. If you enjoy quiet and peaceful nights, forget it. The parking is not free. Very slow WiFi.

- Amaris (10/5): An exceptional experience - This is the second time I’ve stayed here while visiting Florence, and once again the experience was exceptional. The staff is always incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. This trip was especially meaningful because we came for our honeymoon, and they surprised us with such a lovely detail for newlyweds that made our stay even more special. On top of that, they upgraded our room, and it was absolutely wonderful spacious, comfortable, beautifully clean, and with a charming little balcony that we truly enjoyed. Everything was perfect, and the attention to detail really stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. ⸻ Questa è la seconda volta che soggiorno qui durante una visita a Florence e, come sempre, l’esperienza è stata eccezionale. Lo staff è incredibilmente gentile, accogliente e attento, facendoci sentire a casa fin dal primo momento. Questo viaggio era ancora più speciale perché siamo venuti in luna di miele, e ci hanno fatto trovare un pensiero davvero bellissimo per noi sposi, che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più memorabile. Inoltre, ci hanno fatto un upgrade della camera ed era fantastica: grande, comoda, spaziosa, pulitissima e con un balconcino meraviglioso che abbiamo adorato.

Escolhi a acomodação principalmente por causa da localização, sabia q o prédio era antigo mas o quarto reformado foi uma surpresa maravilhosa. - Guillaume (9/5): Très bien - très bon emplacement dans le centre historique de Florence, à 2 pas du Duomo, de la basilique Santo Lorenzo, du ponte vecchio et des transports (15 mn de l'aéroport en tramway et 10 mn à pied de la gare). Logement agréable pour 5 personnes (2 sdb). Personnel sympathique. A noter la cuisine est équipée de 2 plaques de cuisson, d'un petit frigo et d'un micro ondes. Appartement situé au 4ème étage (ascenceur dispo) et vue sur les toits de Florence le bruit, mais qui est certainement dû à l'emplacement, prévoyez des boules quies pour la nuit si vous êtes sensibles au bruit
