Badezimmer hell und freundlich. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt bzw. kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Es gibt in der Dusche keine Ablage für Seife oder Shampoo und Antirutschpunkte auf dem Duschboden, wären super.. Frühstück ist einfach, aber mit allem was man braucht. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt und die Dame an der Rezeption war super nett und hilfsbereit.

Fruehstueck auch gut, netter Chef und nettes Personal. Der Kaffee morgens ist leider nix, Typisch Deutscher waessriger Filterkaffee. Das koennte man besser und staerker machen !

- Jochen (1/5): Kein Check-in möglich, weil unbesetzte Rezeption und fehlende Kommunikation - Das Hotel sollte die Kommunikation mit den Gästen und Organisation des Check-ins überdenken. Wir buchten Wochen im Voraus 3 Zimmer. Bei Ankunft war während der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption niemand vor Ort, um uns einzuchecken. Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer war ebenso niemand zu erreichen und im angeschlossenen Restaurant konnte uns auch niemand helfen. So warteten wir fast 1 Stunde in der leeren Rezeption während wir immer wieder versuchten anzurufen, bis wir schließlich die Buchung zum letztmöglichen Zeitpunkt storniert und ein anderes Hotel gebucht haben. Im anderen Hotel angekommen werden wir plötzlich zurückgerufen und uns erklärt, dass die Schlüssel doch in den Schlüsselboxen parat liegen würden. Diese Information inklusive der Codes für die Schlüsselboxen wurde jedoch niemals an uns kommuniziert.

- Viviane (10/5): Tolles kleines Hotel, sehr sauber und freundlich geführt. TOP, sehr zu empfehlen. - Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war neu eingerichtet, sehr sauber und frisch renoviert. Das Hotel hat einen Kaffeeautomaten mit Kaffee, Latte M. und Cappu frei. Weiter war ein Snackautomat vorhanden. Parkfläche war vorhanden, Personal war sehr nett. Mir fehlte nur eine Wolldecke, habe ich aber auch gesagt. Personal hat freundlich reagiert.

- Rita (4/5): - Die Lage war gut und fussläufig sind Restaurants zu funden Wenn man das Zimmer betritt, kommt einem ein unsäglicher Duft von Raumspray entgegen. Den man dann die ganze Nacht einatmet. Das Geräusch der Heizung, die keinen guten Schlaf zulässt. Die Klobrille war nicht fixiert. Der Fernseher funktioniert auch nicht Beim Eingang zum Zimmer die Aussenlampe defekt. Schwierig das Schlüsselloch zu finden.

- Melanie (10/5): - Die Beschäftigten waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, wie neu. Ich kann es weiterempfehlen für eine Zwischen übernachtung zur Durchreise oder für Messebesucher. Mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle liegt am anderen Ende des Ortes, also wahrscheinlich 15 min Fussweg und man erreicht in kurzer Zeit Hannover Innenstadt. Es war alles gut.

Hotel 3km von der A7 entfernt, nachts absolut ruhig, so dass wir mit geöffneten Fenster schlafen konnten. - Majken (8/5): Godt ophold - Vi fik simpelthen verdens bedste service, receptionisten gik 110% det ekstra skridt for at vi havde den bedst mulige oplevelse. Værelset var rigtig fint, sengene var lidt ringe men rigelig fint til en enkelt eller to overnatninger. De har en rigtig fin babyseng man må låne uden beregning.

- Sonja (8/5): - Ich war auf der Durchreise und suchte spontan wegen Autobahnsperrung eine Unterkunft für 1 Nacht. Das Hotel ist nah an der A7 und günstig. Für Durchreisende also richtig gut. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber, das Bett war bequem. Das Fenster geht direkt zum Parkplatz und von dort zieht leider der Zigarettenduft anderer Gäste rein. Lässt sich vermutlich nicht vermeiden, war dennoch störend. Zudem war es auch recht laut. Leider war kein Parkplatz am Hotel frei, aber in der näheren Umgebung (Wohngebiet) ließ sich dann doch einer finden. Beim Auschecken konnte ich keinen MItarbeiter finden und hab nach etwas Wartezeit einfach meinen Schlüssel auf den Tresen gelegt. Hat dann auch geklappt. Als Fazit: solides, kleines Hotel ohne Schnickschnack, aber saubere Zimmer. Gut für eine Nacht, aber ich würde dort vermutlich nicht länger bleiben.

- Anna (4/5): - Beskrivelsen af stedet er ikke OK og navnet Kaiserhof indikerer noget andet! Ingen muligheder for hverken aftensmad eller morgenmad. Kun et sovested! Lukket restaurant. Det er ikke i orden, når beskrivelsen angiver at der er restaurant. Efter en tur fra Schweiz skal, der være et hyggested , så man ikke skal køre ud for at købe ind og spise! TV fungerede ikke. Ellers var værelset - omend kedeligt og gammeldags i orden! Pænt og rent.

The hotel has everything what you need if you traveling and want to have a break . It’s absolutely spotless. Big rooms - there is no air condition but even it was a hot day when we arrived - room was cool and had fans. There is big, safe car park and area for smoking . Within few hundred meters there is a great bakery , and few supermarkets . Amazing Greek restaurant - food is perfect . The hotel is great for his value and we will be staying here again . Nothing
