• BRANDON (10/5): Wow, that'll do! - Front desk staff was great upon arrival and at check out. Kitchen staff was friendly and constantly cleaning and refilling. Maintencne man/housekeeper in the blue polo was polite and professional. Absolutely fantastic stay. The pillow top beds are amazing. Suggestion for the future upgrades, app friendly TVs so we can sign in to YouTube, etc. The price, the value, the service, the comfort, 10 minutes from Six Flags, pickle house next door, convnience store with gas station immediately available and open 24/7, everything was great. Nothing. No notes.
• Jeong (4/5): - The staff members I met in person were kind, and the room itself was clean. I did not use them personally, but the hotel also offers a pool and complimentary breakfast. There also seemed to be many families with children staying at the hotel, which gave the atmosphere a warm and welcoming feeling. I tried to request a courtesy cancellation right after I made the reservation. Even after 24 hours, I didn't get response so I first called the hotel, but the staff member I spoke with over the phone did not seem interested in helping resolve the issue and told me to contact Booking.com instead. So I contacted Booking.com, and they told me that the hotel would need to cancel the reservation on their end. Later, I was informed that because my card was saved as a digital card, the hotel was apparently unable to process the cancellation themselves. It took about a week and several phone calls back and forth to finally get this explanation. I understand if the reservation ultimately cannot be canceled, and I have no problem accepting that policy. However, the situation where Booking.com kept telling me to contact the hotel, while the hotel kept telling me to contact Booking.com, was extremely frustrating. Because of this unresolved situation, I was unable to finalize my travel plans until the day before the stay. The stay itself was not bad overall. However, the curtains would not fully close, so the bright parking lot lights coming in from outside were very disruptive at night and made it difficult to sleep. It also affected privacy, to the point that I had to change clothes inside the bathroom to avoid being visible from outside.

• redmanfloridapvb (8/5): GREAT CHOICE - On our road trip to New York we were just too tired to continue and decided to stay in Robbinsville. Priscilla at that front desk was excellent. As a lifetime Diamond member we received an upgrade which was very much appreciated. Room was clean and quiet. Easy to reach from highway. You won’t go wrong at this Hampton.
• Roseann (9/5): Very clean hotel very nice staff. The breakfast was OK. I would definitely stay there again. - It was very clean, which was a big thing for me. The bathroom was very clean and I even used the little coffee pot in the room. I liked that you had coffee and take 24 hours and the staff at the front desk is the only person I had any contact with during the day. He was so personable and wonderful. My only thing which would not make me not stay there, but I think this is where you need to be better. The breakfast was not bad but the problem was one waffle maker and it didn’t work. We had two teenagers with us. That’s what they wanted so they brought in a new one and it took a very long time. That and their scrambled eggs and the potatoes were cold. Muffins were and they’re scrambled eggs and the potatoes were cold. Muffins were good yogurt all of that was fine.

• Celeste (6/5): Just Ok. - It was a good location for the activities we had planned. I noticed the floors around the elevator were quite dirty. Also, the first room we were offered was awful. The only chair on the room was very dirty and there were scrapes in the paint on the wall behind the chair. It was a sub standard room, which was disappointing. We requested and were provided with a different room.

• Ruth (6/5): Mixed - Manager on duty was very good I am appalled at the $75 fee for having a dog. I can understand a deposit. My dog slept on a bed that we bought. He didn’t get on the furniture. We put a dog diaper on him in case of the unlikely chance that he might mark. He didn’t not have coffee or breakfast. This was TOO MUCH. Not even a dog treat. His stay was more expensive than it was individually for me and my husband.

• Celeste (7/5): Pleasant Stay - The location was good and the lobby was warm and inviting. My only complaint is the pillows, they were awful, making it difficult to get comfortable .
• Vanessa (6/5): Adequate Facilities - Location was good for what we needed (easy access to 95 & sports league fields) Our floor absolutely stank of cigarette smoke (covering up weed smoke). Fortunately, it didn’t get into our room but it made leaving the room pretty unbearable. There were no smoking signs everywhere so I blame inconsiderate guests

• stevenbD6169VT (10/5): AMAZING ROOMS FOR OUR GUESTS - We booked a block of rooms, with Patricia, for my son's wedding, and she was truly AMAZING! She was there to help me every step of the way. If there were any questions or concerns about anything, she always responded promptly. Patricia and all the staff that I came in contact with at the hotel were great. The rooms we booked were perfect for our stay and very clean. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn & Suites for any travel need you may have.

Traveling with children and our flight was delayed, the extra hour that the sign in the room says would of helped. A few outlets in the room didnt work for charging items. This place needs some attention in the rooms and signage brought up to date

• Rachel (10/5): Family fun for all in a clean and large facility. - Literally everything. The little area a ross from it to sit at and the kids played with the mini golf and the big chess pieces. We all played some corn hole. It was so nice to just sit out there. The pool was really nice, if I could only change one thing they would also have an outdoor pool. Breakfast was great and our room was so nice! We travel a lot as competitive cheerleaders (my daughters). We stay in A LOT of hotels. This is def one of the nicest for the value. Needs an outdoor pool also.
