- James (10/5): The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and great location. - Their location made it very easy to commute to the major attractions. Many of which was only a 15 walk. Staff members were very friendly, and always ready to help with whatever we needed. In particular, Farouk, Omar and Moda were exceptional and went out of their way to accommodate us. Nothing really to speak of.

On the rooftop bar, the bartender was so friendly and helpful. Our “welcome drink” was free. The appetizers were excellent. After a day of walking miles, the multi-jet jucuzzi was so relaxing. The rooms were very clean , with refrigerators and coffee makers. I can’t say enough. I would stay here again, and HOPE to stay here again. We loved it all

Perfect location for seeing everything and close to lots of restaurants. Staff were exceptional, in particular Hoda, the relationship manager who was truly outstanding and could not do enough for us, available anytime from before we arrived until the end of the stay. All other staff were warm and helpful, in particular Faruq who was very good

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Every team member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The location, amenities, and overall atmosphere were all excellent, and we would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience. Rooftop bar was a great way to unwind after the day. A special shoutout to Hoda and Faruk for wonderful service.

- Aiga (10/5): Most likely will return if we come to Rome again :) - The location is amazing, all the landmarks are in a walkable distance. The furthest we had to walk was for Vatican - about 40 minutes. The closest is the Pantheon - less than 10 minute walk. We were also able to take great early morning pictures there without the crowds. There is also a nice coffee shop and a farmacy right next to the hotel. The staff is extremely forthcoming, especially Hoda. You can reach them 24/7. There is a small rooftop bar available, we got free welcome drinks. The room was very clean and comfortable, getting a room with a bathtub was a good decision - great way to relax after long walks. All hygiene products provided had a very strong smell, think Tom Ford unisex perfume. I liked them, my partner not so much. The towels are put extremely high - I am close to 170, my partner 195. I could barely reach them. For the most part it was very silent during the night, but one morning street cleaning did wake up my partner. The breakfast is a bit of a hit and miss - the omelettes, croissants were great, pancakes and cakes of the day - not so much. The coffee could be better.

Alltid med samma glada leende trots alla vindlande trappor och trång hiss! Hela personalen – med Hoda, Younes, Umer och nämnde Faruk i spetsen – förgyllde vistelsen. Hotellets läge är alldeles oslagbart. Kan inte komma på något som jag inte gillade. Möjligen hade dert varit bra om hissen hade gått till våningsplanen och inte mitt emellan (på några plan).

- Evgeniya (7/5): Great staff and location, but cleanliness and comfort need improvement. - The staff were very kind and attentive and we were warmly welcomed and seen off. Breakfast in the room was always served on time. The gentleman handling breakfast and luggage was especially professional and always punctual. We also like breakfast. Communication via WhatsApp was easy, and any requests were handled quickly. The location is excellent and one of the main advantages. The street lamps were directly outside the windows and shone into the room all night, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There was visible dust under the bed, as well as on the furniture and in the bathroom. The stairs inside the room were not very convenient, especially as they had to be used frequently to access the shower. I nearly slipped once, and this could be unsafe, particularly for older guests. On the second day, I also noticed an insect under the duvet. It did not appear to be a bed bug, but it was still unpleasant. We were offered a bottle of wine for 6 eur ( I did not take it) and a late check-out of about two hours, which we appreciated. However , this did not feel proportionate to the overall price of the stay (approximately €1300 for junior suite 4 nights) Overall, the place feels more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel.

In every interaction we had with the staff we felt like very valued guests. The Guest Relations Manager, Hoda, and our steward, Faruq, were very attentive, pleasant, and eager to help. The location is within walking distance of all the major sites in Rome, and Trastevere is a 10-minute walk away. Also, the breakfast was delicious! Don't hesitate to book a stay here! Nothing!

Staff where so friendly and helpful, special shout out to Faruq who brought our breakfast each morning and always had a smile on his face. We would definitely stay here again.

Across from the cat sanctuary on a main street, it's near the ancient ruins (including outside the door!) and an easy-enough walk to St Peters. The hotel is small but has what you need, including comfortable beds and interesting decor making every room special. Service is amazing, including the in-room breakfast and a lovely rooftop welcome drink (we included breakfast in our room rate, but didn't anticipate having it be in our room! added bonus and tasty). Faruq, who helped with luggage and brought breakfast in the am, was so helpful and was a hotel highlight for his service. only thing to note is if you stay in the room closest to the front desk, you will hear all the activity and chatting between the attendants at night. That aside, it was a good location to start our trip.

Every major attraction in Rome is within a 15–20-minute walk. Breakfasts: a wide selection and very tasty. - samgec (8/5): Great Stay! - We stayed at Torre Argentina Relais, and it checked all the boxes for our family trip. The most important things for me were connecting family rooms, good showers, a reasonable price, and easy access to the major sites—and this hotel absolutely delivered on all of those.We chose the breakfast-in-room option, and let me tell you, it was completely worth it, especially when traveling with kids. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. You place your order the evening before, and it’s delivered fresh and hot right at the time you request. This made our mornings so much easier because we could wake up, get ready for the day, and have breakfast arrive right to the room.Housekeeping did an excellent job and was very accommodating with our requests. Anything we needed could be arranged through the concierge, either by phone or with a simple WhatsApp message, which was incredibly convenient.The hotel can also arrange round-trip airport transportation if needed, which made the whole experience even more seamless.I have to give a special shoutout to Faruq—he is truly a rockstar! He seemed to be a jack-of-all-trades at the hotel, doing everything from helping with luggage, serving breakfast, bringing towels, and even fixing the shower when we lost hot water (which happened twice, and he fixed it within a minute both times). Anytime we needed anything and reached out to Faruq, there was never any delay or hesitation. He truly made us feel comfortable and welcomed.Every employee we interacted with was kind and helpful, though it was sometimes hard to keep track of names since so much of our communication was through WhatsApp. That said, Jake and Daniella, who helped us at check-in, were also wonderful.The only downside of the hotel was the noise. The windows are not soundproof, and if you’re a light sleeper, this could definitely be an issue. With so many restaurants nearby, the area stays lively—and sometimes loud and obnoxious—until around midnight.

We loved our stay and the only negative for us was that we had to leave. I honestly can’t say I disliked anything about the hotel or the staff.
- Deanne (9/5): - It was in the perfect location. We looked out the window at the place where Caesar got killed and I stepped back in time imagining Rome 2000 years ago. Wowsa. Comfort is only because of my physical capabilities. The hotel does have an elevator but I decided to take the stairs and I have stage 4 lung cancer. It is quite an effort for me to do any stairs, but I was proud of myself and invigorated that I could do that! And walk 15,000 steps the day we stayed there.

The hotel staff were really friendly and couldn’t do more to make our stay special. Little touches like a free welcome drink on the roof terrace were lovely. The beds were large and really comfy, (this included the sofa bed for my son, who said it was better and his bed at home!), the best nights sleep I’ve had in ages. The location is perfect, within walking distance of all the main sites of Rome. We’d highly recommend staying! Thanks to all who made our trip so great.

The hotel is in an excellent location for walking to all the main sites and to some lovely piazzas for restaurants etc. Our room was clean and a good size with a comfortable bed - crucial when you've been walking for miles. The rooftop area was lovely for a quick drink before going out for dinner. Would def recommend.

- Iman (7/5): Great location and stay - could be better value for money - The location was amazing, and the room and hot tub were great, which made for a really enjoyable stay overall. However, for the price, I do feel the value could have been better, especially as breakfast wasn’t included and there was an additional tourist tax charged separately. There was also an issue with the taxi arranged by the hotel, which was booked for five people instead of two. As a result, we paid €50 for a 20-minute journey to the airport, which felt unnecessarily high and could likely have been avoided.

Marta, Hoda and Farouk were outstanding. The room was incredibly small. The bed was a split mattress that was very lumpy and uncomfortable. No hot water for morning shower. I believe the staff would’ve fixed it after I reported it, but I had a flight to catch.

Best breakfast i have ever had in my life! Restaurants and shops within walking distance. We walked to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. There isn't anything I didn't like about this place.

- patrick (10/5): great city, great hotel , lovely staff - The views from the room were excellent on to the ruins and site of Julius ceasers assassination. The hotel was in a brilliant posiiton for exploring and central to the historic centre. The breakfast each morning was delivered to the room and on the 2nd day we started really early but still we got a coffeee and cake to start the day. Excellent service at all tiems from Faruq including complimentary drink at the rooftop bar when our room was being cleaned. The only improvement would be to have extra wall handles or supports when entering and exiting the jacuzzi bath. Mainly for health and safety needs.

- Benjamin (10/5): Lovely boutique hotel in a centre location in Rome - It was a birthday surprise and all the staff (giving Hoda a big shout ,thank you Hoda ) all went out their way to make the stay special and memorable for my partner, from upgrading us to a free drink for happy hour to decorating the room and supplying one of the freshest birthday cakes I have ever eaten (and I have had a few in my time ). I cannot fault the service and staff . The location was epic practically 20 walk in either direction and you are at some of the most famous sights in Rome. Taxi tank right outside if needs be .. If your time is short in the city then this is location is the place for you ..
