• Madison (1/5): terrible service, disgusting - nothing was good. happy to have a "bed" to sleep on i guess. i wouldn't book here again. disgusting rooms, unpleasant super hard bed, just overall not great. we came back to our hotel at 1am and the key didn't work so we had to wait in our car for 30 minutes because the hotel staff wasn't even there he was out and about driving off somewhere doing his own thing while we had to sit in the cold and wait while we were extremely exhausted and tired from a super busy day. wouldn't stay here again. stay if you want bad service and only care about cheap rooms.. they also slapped a 20$ service fee on my card i wasn't aware of.

• King (1/5): - I didn't make things reservation and he charged me 70 + A 30 deposit and did put my 30 dollar on my card and turned around and took 69 more dollars for a room I didn't make reservations for i hand that man my phone to show proof of my first reservations and he charged me for a new day I'm in a room for 50 a night right now why would I pay 70 for a dirty room and I'm really home less on God and heaven Nothing

• Katarzyna (2/5): DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! Steer clear - First of all, they didn't return my 20$ deposit to my card!!! Smell from cement plant nearby ;( Our assigned room was disgusting. Bathroom was not cleaned, there were hair in the sink. There was a fridge part that made me want to vomit. After requesriny a room change we got something slightly better but i still chose to sleep under my own towel. The provided towels looks dirty, the floor was not vaccumedm and in general the motel looks like its best days are far gone. Not a pleasant stay, you can get better options in Victorville in the similar price range.

• Christopher (1/5): Worse stay ever. - I was not satisfied and I did not like the property I was very disappointed, the hotel could do better. Nothing else to say wont ever be booking a room here again. It felt dangerous and the room was horrible, the room had many things that were broken. The door Security Guard on the main door of the room was broken and not screwed in correctly and there was no point to lock the door because someone could’ve broke in easily while we were asleep. The property is next to the fwy and it’s very noisy I couldn’t sleep well. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to book a room here, worse hotel ever. Do your research and look at the reviews before booking because that’s something I should’ve done but my time was limited.

• thomas (1/5): Rude and roach infested - I liked the availability and the fact they had smoking rooms The fact that they lie to you I booked the room overnight checked in at 1 am and had to leave by 11 am and that's not overnight

• Samuel (1/5): Imagine going to a place where only drug dealers tweaker and meth addicts go to party and orgy and kill eachother all da - I didn’t like anything about this property the ads and pictures was miss leading and the room bed was broken the bathroom shower was dirty the toilet was dirty the sink was broken down and water damaged and falling apart to a point you could see the detail of the build up of all the years of filth you could see the mirror was dirty and the ceiling light barely worked and was taken apart the tv had no good channels they didn’t even have a guide the only thing that was clean was the mini fridge because it had looked brand new the room carpet was stained with red dots and black patched like more blood was on the floor including the walls too and back to the bed it was super uncomfortable and only springs with no comforters the blankets was stained and I asked the man about what should I do if there’s blood stains he told me that I myself had to clean the sheets because something like that would be disgusting I went a whole day running back and forth to my brothers house just to get clean sheets and in the morning when I had to check out the next day the didnt give me my deposit back they charged me 130 for two days they took my 40$ deposit and they ended up telling me that they wanted to charged me an additional 80$ on top of that because they had to throw away the sheets which was not my fault but was exponentially my problem, Every single underlying detail
• Kimberly (1/5): I was visiting here for work and family and I was here for a couple of days. I thought the hotel was actually supposed t - I didn’t like anything about the property. It was drug infested. People have been affected with notes all on the windows curtains hanging out out the window just look like a drug and forced placed. I have plenty of pictures. I did not like anything about the property. It was floated with drugs.

The floors are not coming apart. Room had a horrible smell. Furniture is scratch everywhere & falling apart. Carpet was not vacuumed.

Didn't No container to get ice, mini freeze door didnt close properly had to put my bag in front.no pets allow. I had my to dogs mini Pins. Not a good place for my family. Lots of homes less people got there at 8pm & got full charge for the room not good. They were knocking on the door at the door at 10:30 am we were packing are luggage to leave I have not ever had a hotel knocking on the door like that. Look around the parking lots. The hotel parking had 5 car in there lot. I didn't say anything to the clerk
• Latrell (2/5): - Once you get there the sign only says Inn no Suite the first room was dusty and the sheets were dirty, they moved us to another room only one light would work, the pillow cases and towels and wash clothes were dirty looking it looks like they wash their white laundry with no bleach

Asked for another room, was told no other rooms available even though it was a slow night and there were only a few cars parked outside. The worst: my husband's car's front licence plate was stolen during the night (Gone when we put our luggage into our car in the morning). Avoid this place!

• John (1/5): DISGUSTING. - NOTHING--THE HOTEL WAS AWFUL. THE SHEETS IN BOTH ROOMS WERE DIRTY WITH BLACK STAINS AND HAIR ALL OVER; THERE WAS A LITERAL RATHOLE IN ONE ROOM, AND THE TOWELS WERE DIRTY AND USED. THE GUYS DID NOT TAKE A SHOWER BECAUSE THE STATE OF THE RESTROOMS WERE DEPLORABLE. BOTH ROOMS WERE DUSTY AND DIRTY. WORST PLACE WE HAVE BOOKED ALL YEAR.

The carpet look. Like it was donated no wonder the price was 60 bucks a night

• Jackson (3/5): Don’t let the pictures fool you it’s nothing like what it looks like on the pictures - There was nothing around but one food place and a gas station The room was half clean the sink and countertop was nasty it felt like something was crawling on me I couldn’t go to sleep until this morning and check out is at 11 it was holes all in the curtain like somebody burnt holes in it or something I had to wait forever for someone to bring me a remote because someone stole the remote out the room and on top of the dresser it has stains of juice and Lord knows what I would never recommend anyone to go there

• Marsha (1/5): Bad - TV and air conditioner worked Theft protection on the door is missing on both doors. Dirty carpet, lighting, chair... I have pictures. I have more pictures than allowed as proof of the poorly managed, dirty, unsafe motel. The first room I was given smelled of cigarette smoke and Marijuana. The 2nd room key didn't work. I had to wait for the clerk to return after he left the facility without any other person to attend to the problem. The 3rd and 4th room had the same problem, the key did not work. The carpet was disgusting. I went out and bought towels. I didn't trust to use the dingy one provided. I also disinfected the toilet. The shower curtains were held in place with zip ties. I used one towel to cover the dirty chair so that I could apply my makeup. The lack of the secondary security latch made me nervous. Broken including the one for an adjacent room which I didn't request. I guess that was all that was available. Your corporation should be embarrassed by the state of the rooms and the lackluster employees.
