Los cuartos amplios y limpios! cuentan con una mini refrigeradora, y lavabo con hornilla (no ollas, ni platos ni nada de eso.. ) Aire acondicionado, tele con cable y todas las habitaciones tienen balcon y vista a la piscina y al mar! las instalaciones muy limpias y amplias. la pisicina delicisoa y enorme! una playa privada con carpas y camas! Muy recomendado! el desayuno incluido bastante bueno. Disfrutamos mucho!

• Verified traveler (2/5): Pésima gestión de servicio, no recomendado - Pésimo servicio de hotel. Hicimos una reserva de dos cuartos. Lamentablemente, al llegar nos entregaron dos cuartos en pisos diferentes después de media hora de buscar la mejor solución. Además de que nos cobran extra, uno de los cuartos no contaba con el equipamiento suficientes para la cantidad de huéspedes y se nota que el mantenimiento no es prioridad en las instalaciones del hotel. Después de hora y media de haber llegado, nos llaman a solicitarnos mover el auto que inicialmente nos indicaron que estaba perfectamente parqueado ahí. En el desayuno la comida no es repuesta por más que aún quedaba alrededor de una hora para que el desayuno se acabe. Cuando solicitamos un check out tardío debido a todos los inconvenientes causados, la respuesta es un cortante no, que no se puede y que tienen que consultar con el administrador que supuestamente llega tiempo después. Pero el administrador siempre estuvo ahí y fue obvio cómo se nos mintió en la cara. Se nos sugiere usar las duchas del área comunal que lamentablemente no cuentan con la higiene adecuada. Conclusión: no es recomendable quedarse en este hotel!

• Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel recomendable - Solo un detalle, la reservación estaba confirmada y pagada con anterioridad, al llegar al hotel no tenían en sus registros la reservación y me exigían pagar nuevamente, afortunadamente al contactar Hoteles.com, la situación se aclaró, solventando el inconveniente.
• Richard (6/5): Five day stay for business. - The room was okay, but lacked any decorations. There is no hot water available for the sinks. The rest of the hotel and grounds were very nice. WIFI was good. The staff was very helpful. However, because very few people spoke English, communication was difficult. The restaurant was average. Beautiful pool.

• Larry (4/5): The hotel is on a downward trend - This was the fourth time we stayed at this hotel. You cannot beat the pool and access to the ocean, but obviously the current management is not competent. The maintenance and service is not good and has really deteriorated from 3 yrs ago. I would rate this a 4 star 3 years ago, and maybe a 2-3 star now. With the exception of the excellent manager of the restaurant, Alberto, the staff has no idea what service is. For example, our reservation said our room included a microwave. It did not have one. We brought this to the front desk and she basically said 'prove it'. We brought her the expedia website on our tablet and she said to email her the link. We said this is "Expedia".....Just go to Expedia.com. She said she couldn't do that. Also on our last day, a generator kicked in at 4AM that was so loud right outside our door. We looked around for anyone to help us at 430 am and no one could be found, even the guard. We mentioned it to the front desk at checkout and asked about what they would do. He said he heard about it and that it was at 630 am and he couldn't do anything about it. no apology, no acknowledgement, and he didn't believe us that it started at 4am. In terms of maintenance, the employees are really clueless. The condition of the rooms and hotel overall is deteriorating and they are not keeping up. The room had numerous issues. It was funny to watch the maintenance guys spend hours watering the dirt that used to be grass.
