Un detalle maravilloso, cuando llegamos cansados y sedientos un empleado que no recuerdo su nombre sr 55 años de edad nos ofreció un vaso de agua de sabor muy rico, esos pequeños detalles hacen de una empresa un gesto humano. Cuando volvamos a puerto Vallarta nos hospedaremos nuevamente en ese hotel. Cómo tal no quiero decir NO ME GUSTO, pero yo ví muy acartonadas las caras de las chicas de recepción, como forzadas a sonreír, atentas pero me cortantes,eso contrastó con el caballero que nos recibió con ese vaso de agua fresca y rica (por cierto sin mucha azúcar, muy buena)

Las habitaciones muy cómodas y la ducha con buena presión de agua, todo limpio; sin duda volveré y lo recomiendo.

The pretty marina with restaurants and shops was minutes away and local quaint restaurants for tacos were just around the corner from your location.

- Cynthia (9/5): Convenient Excellent Stay Near the Airport in Puerta Vallarta - We were very pleased with this hotel located close to the Puerta Vallarta International Airport. We stayed here the day we arrived before going to our hotel in Mismaloya and the day before we left for home. It is a bit of a walk but definitely doable from the airport for two seventy-somethings. They do have a shuttle service that will take you back to the airport and this is very convenient. The room was nice; the beds good; and the breakfast good. The hotel is in an excellent location close to a supermarket and shopping. We will stay here again when we go to Puerta Vallarta. No complaints; all was good!

The beds in a much cheaper hotel in PV were much better. Food for vegetarians was awful. Introduce better options for vegetarians. Some room staff don't understand english at all.

The rooms are advertised to be 3 person rooms but the pullout couch is AWFUL. The rooms sleep 2 people and one person gets to lie awake in pain and discomfort.

La lejanía del centro histórico. Pero cruzando la avenida hay bus publico y por 10 pesos llegas al centro. Es buena opcion por que esta cerca del aeropuerto.
