- Yasmin (3/5): Gone down hill. Like a 3 star hotel in Benidorm. Getting up at 6am to use 1 of the 10 sun loungers they have - The location is perfect. It’s really gone down hill. They’ve removed the sun loungers from the tanning deck. There’s only 10 for a hotel that hosts over 300 guests. There’s weird rules which go against hospitality. The cleaners are very rude and bang on your door from early in the morning even if you have do not disturb on and the cleaning isn’t 5 star. I’d check under the top sheet of your bed. They don’t clean the under sheets so you’re sleeping on body fluid of past guests. This used to be one of my favourite hotels over the world but it’s really gone down hill.

- Ruth (6/5): Lovely break away in picturesque place if you're not a seasoned traveller. - The location was great for getting to everything we needed. The room was spacious and clean and plenty of storage. Some staff were very helpful and polite. Pool bar was lovely and bar staff attentive. Spa facilities were amazing, welcoming staff and nothing was too much trouble. Pool bar closed at 7pm when it would have been nice to watch the sunset with a drink. Some staff could be a bit cagey at times when asking for extra towels or to borrow scissors to cut open packets. If you're going to accuse us for damages you should have an list of prior damages alike when renting out a car, trust = trust. Would have liked actual light switches at the bed rather than in the dark trying to put on lights off a glaring screen and Air con was variably efficient. A Balconette is not a balcony - if you are offered a balcony you expect to sit on it.

- Francisco (9/5): Great stay - Great location right by the marina, just a five-minute walk to the city centre. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious and clean. The boat-like feel is noticeable, as it’s a converted vessel, which gives it a different and interesting atmosphere. Although the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome when attending to guests, when they are not serving they tend to speak very loudly among themselves in the public areas, both in English and Spanish. As mentioned, they are kind, but the noise level can be noticeable. Regarding the food, there is a good variety at breakfast, as well as at lunch and dinner. However, the quality unfortunately does not match the same standard. In my view, these are two key aspects that should not fall short in a five-star hotel: staff professionalism in shared spaces and the quality of the food. Once again, variety is there, but the quality, unfortunately, is not.

The room was a bit cold, and it was not possible to change the temperature, I think it is set centrally. For a 5 star hotel I would have hoped to find robes, slippers and hair conditioner in the room. These little things make difference.

Then we’re asked if we wanted to upgrade which was ridiculously expensive. - In our opinion, not worth the money we paid- 267 for the night and day we stayed.

- Pavol (6/5): Out of season seems not much effort. - Staying overnight at yach is cool :) Facilities. Nobody knows anything. No help. Reception told us sauna is at 7th floor. But sauna was closed and nobody knew why. We wanted to know how to get to the rock as cable car is out of order. Evening shift was no help. Morning was better. Told us about taxi replacement. Seems out of the season hotel work half the effort. Sofa bed was very unconfortable. Kind of cheap. Every second channel at tv did not have sound. Batteries to remore control were low.

- Torres (4/5): Desiludido - Vista do Hotel para a marina. Nao gostei do Pequeno almoço com pouca variedade, sumo de laranja de embalagem, horrível... Um rececionista de óculos de estatura baixa, extremamente mal formado, antipático, com pouco traquejo para atendimento ao público. No check out, esse mesmo funcionário, pediu o pagamento de 50 libras pelo estacionamento da minha viatura em parque descoberto afecto ao Hotel, como efectuei o pagamento em cartao cobrou me 60 libras e não o estipulado que seriam 50 (25 por dia)não me dando recibo, apenas talão do MB, deconfio que houve ilegalidade desta prática ,aliás, no check in, não me aceitaram o pagamento em numerário, e desta feita já queria dinheiro??? Ainda vou apurar esta situação posteriormente.

Great front desk staff Door handle fell off in my hand No balcony for twin rooms which isn’t prewarned. Room service button on phone didn’t work. Half of room service food arrived but then had to call back to chase the second half.

- kelvin (6/5): - breakfast service awful self service coffee machines kept going off so you queue to get a coffee,no bowls or clean plates out asked several staff for coffee cups but not brought any for an age,breakfast needs decent mansgers on duty
- Barclay (9/5): A super 3 days and nights. - The staff were great, check in excellent. Room great. The exterior of the ship needs a clean. The lights in the room were complicated.
