- sophie (5/5): Hôtel sana âme et personnel inexistant - Les chambres étaient grandes et la proximité du métro L’accueil désastreux ! Le staff est inexistant ne parle jamais au client très long pour obtenir la chambre il n’y avait personne à l’accueil. Le frigo en 3 jours n’a jamais été changé. Les litres ne sont pas confortables
- Greg Henning (3/5): Så virkelig for oss at Radisson Blue Alna hadde mer å by på. Stort forbedringspotensiale! - Blide damer i resepsjonen som var høflig og hjelpsom. Utsikten fra rommet var en bil som var parkert helt inn til vinduet. Mye støy. Der var ikke engang mulig å få kjøpe en kopp kaffe i resepsjonen eller området rundt. Ikke et flagg å se på selveste nasjonaldagen 17. mai. Ingen markering i frokost buffé heller i form av det lille ekstra. Frokosten var så pass dårlig at vi valgte å spise et annet sted. Så fra vår side må vi dessverre si oss skuffet, med et terningkast 2 på hele hotelloppholdet

- Totoff.b (9/5): Séjour parfait - Super séjour dans ce très bel hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse propre et bien équipée, le petit déjeuner était impressionnant et le personnel accueillant et souriant. L'hôtel se trouve à moins de 10mn a pied d'une gare de train qui vous emmène en 15mn au centre ville. A notre arrivée, l'entrée de l'hôtel était jonché de mégots de cigarettes et cela sentait très fort la cigarette.

- Irmantas (4/5): There are better options for the same price range. - The hotel is located next to the highway, with a gas station right in front. There was loud music throughout the night from customers at the gas station, in addition to a fairly noisy air conditioner in the room, so we didn’t get much sleep. The room was dirty and clearly not properly cleaned, including the bathroom. The breakfast was poor. Parking was expensive and not included in the room price.

We had booked a double size bedroom but were given a two single-bed bedroom for two nights. When we reported this we were simply told "the hotel is fully booked" which is simply unacceptable since we had booked the room plenty of time in advance. Also, the staff at the reception was very cold and not helpful at all. Even when we had a question on the TV we were told again "the hotel is fully booked and we have no one to send you". Not the level of hospitality we expected from a 4-star hotel. Very disappointing.

- Rune Frisk (6/5): Har ingenting å utsette på hotellet, vi visste at det lå et stykke fra sentrum og prisen speilet det. Kanskje var grunne - Veldig god frokost. At det ikke ble vasket og byttet håndklær på rommet under vårt tre dager lange opphold. Og mye surr med nøkkelkortene som måtte «lades» hver dag. Vi var registrert på rom 226, men bodde på 224, og det førte til en del rot når vi skulle spise frokost.

- Ola (5/5): Ble et meget dyrt opphold i forhold til forventet. - Informasjon i resepsjon angående parkering. Fikk beskjed om å kjøre inn i garasje eller bak hotellet, var ladning begge plasser. Dette kostet kr 250,- pr natt. Men informerte ikke om at en måtte laste ned en app i tillegg til ladeapp. Fikk forståelse av at parkeringen skulle betales på hotellet. Dette resulterte i en ekstra kostnad på kr 990,- for parkeringsbot. Meget misfornøyd med dette.

- Ponsasikala (2/5): The room was spacious and location was accessible. - The location was near to MC D and K CIRCLE. The junior suite room in general was awesome to look. Calm and spacious. The bathroom was unclean. The tag to clean the room was mentioned but no one cleaned the room. Informed reception as well, but no one came. Asked for cutlery and plates at room but got it delivered after we finished the meal. The breakfast is utterly useless if you are a vegetarian or you can eat non-red meat only. No kids option. Waste of money. Undercooked food.

- Hari&Loreta (5/5): Not a good choice. - It was clean Bed wasn't comfortable at all. Never slept in such Radisson. The mattress was moving and making a gap between the bed. It's really bad for a 4 star hotel. I won't recommend this hotel. Also- parking is paid.

Duży wybór dań na śniadanie, pokoje przestronne, czyste dostaliśmy inny pokój niż ten, który był zarezerwowany, poinformowano nas, że wszystkie pokoje były zajęte, nie było więc możliwości zamiany pokoju, w konsekwencji nasz syn ( 190 cm tall) spał na dostawce dla dzieci, przeproszono nas za zaistniałą sytuację
