• Apple (7/5): A TRIP IN ITALY - Its near the bus stop. The area is safe even walking late night. Staff are accommodating and friendly. There is no offered coffee or tea in the room. Even kettle is also not available. The mini fridge is not working. The amenities listed they have iron for clothes but upon checking. There is none. The check in location is different location from the building.
• Gabriel (9/5): Very good - This location was very close to the university. Outside you can very close to the market you can take free soda water or not. Sure night is not close is very well connected to the market program! I did not had a plate but at restaurant they give. They are very flexible and kind. You will receive 3 key but is confusing because did not had some color or different that mean if you need to enter in your room you need to open 2 door outside and 2 inside. All time try all key This should solve it because it is not OK all time try all

• Nidhi (10/5): - The terrace was the highlight of our stay! The staff was friendly and attended to our small requests quickly. Communication with the host was also very good as they replied quickly. I will recommend and will stay here again.

• Luisa (8/5): - Posizione comoda per quello che dovevamo fare a Roma, veniamo in una galleria d'arte li vicino ed è la terza volta che soggiorniamo li. Ci troviamo molto bene. Stanza pulita e calda, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Personalmente avrei gradito un caffè appena sveglia, in questa stanza c'era anche la cucina e il balcone, ma solo acqua in frigo. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

• Allan (2/5): - The price was cheaper than most hotels in Rome There were poop stains in the toilet and ants all over the bathroom. As you're guided to your room through several doors it's very awkward. I asked where I could park my bike and the employee told me to park it in the entrance of the building. The next day the same employee is banging on my door and yelling "OPEN OPEN OPEN OPEN OPEN". I was terrified, he wouldn't tell me why so I of course did not open the door. He does this for 10 minutes before I threaten to call the police. An hour later I get a text message saying I need to move my bike. They should have sent someone who speaks English and they should definitely not have invaded on my privacy like that. Super scary and unprofessional.

• David (1/5): Desastroso. No recomendable. - Limpio y bastante bien ubicado. El check in hay que hacerlo en el restaurante del frente. Había un evento privado. Nadie me atendió y todos los guest me miraban como diciendo “que hace alguien con maleta ahí”. Muy estresante, indignante e incómoda situación. Wifi no funcionaba correctamente el 90% de las veces que intenté conectarme. La ducha tenía filtraciones y quedaba agua en todo el piso del baño. Necesita mantenimiento urgente. Ni una sola jarra eléctrica para calentar agua. Ni en la habitación ni en el área común. Podrían tener el detalle de poner algo en el área común. Mucho espacio mal aprovechado. Podrían poner en una de las mesas algunos te o café y agua caliente, solamente eso y aumentaría la “satisfacción” del cliente. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Un desastre total. Dinero mal gastado. No volvería.

Endormie tard, réveillées toute la nuit par les entres et sort, et réveillées de bonheur le matin encore à cause du bruit. Les gens ne sont pas discrets du tout. Il faudrait changer les portes et insonoriser d’avantage. C’est dommage pour l’insonorisation car le confort de la literie est bon et la propreté y est !

• Carl (8/5): - 45 minutes from the city center, so I have to take a text each time to get to the city which was a little inconvenient. The room is nice and well kept but the cleaning solutions were overly scented and the air conditioning on overdrive so I froze the first night, thermostat and safe and sliding door lock didn’t work, but they were accommodating to try to resolve the issues.

• Jeremias (10/5): - Checked in here as it was close to my family’s place. The location is very good as it is close to bus stops, shops, and grocery. To check in, you have to go to the restaurant in front of the hotel and check in. The room was very nice and comfortable.

• Mrrangermd (3/5): The gated parking did not make up for the other deficiencies. - They had gated parking. It was the only reason I chose the place. However they tried to make me move my car onto the street, during the middle of the day and there were no spots available on the street. They needed my prepaid spot to rent to another guest arriving after I was already parked. Internet was great, if you use the lower case Wifi. The shared terrace was very nice. The room was not spacious at all, as it says in the description. There were large patches of black mold on the shower walls. Otherwise it was clean and the maid, "the boy" as they called him, was very nice. The drains ran slow and the shower flooded the floor if you were not careful. They tried to bully me into giving up my prepaid gated parking spot, and move my car onto the street. We asked for a twin bed, they gave us a queen. I messaged them 3 days before our arrival to confirm the parking, in time to make changes to my booking. It took them several hrs and 3 follow-up messages before they respond. They said they had other important things they had to do. And the hot water was scolding hot. A small child or an unsuspecting adult could easily get burnt taking a shower or washing your hands in the sink.
