• Katell (8/5): - Chambres propres et confortables, Personnel super sympa et arrangeant (j'avais enfermé mon badge dans la chambre...) proximité d'un parc (Où un café sert un brunch fantastique) Ce n'est ni améliorable ni très grave. Il faut un peu marcher pour rejoindre le réseau de métro et il pleuvait souvent.

• Nicole (8/5): A nice place to stay but we did not get the room we thought we booked. Photos were inaccurate. - We really liked our quirky little rooftop room (once we got over our disappointment that it was not as advertised in the photos). The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed to eat in our room. A bonus was a heated towel rail which was great for drying laundry on the go ! The location was simple to get to from the station. The room we received did not match the photos on Booking.com. The photos showed a much more spacious room with circulation space either side of the bed & a table for two to eat at. The room we received was much smaller with very narrow space on one side of the bed and a table for one. This was not what I booked for my 8yo son and I. The facility was fully booked so we were unable to be relocated. The facility also said I should have contacted them in advance to confirm we were getting the larger room??? My crystal ball failed to show me in advance that I was not getting what I booked! After some back & forth we received a small discount/refund from Booking.com. Some of the cutlery and crockery were not very clean also.

• Paolo (7/5): La stanza appare come nelle fotografie e la descrizione é veritiera. - Posizione, cortesia staff. Vicino ai mezzi pubblici. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il lavandino del bagno e ci è voluto 2 giorni per risolverlo. Un piede del letto ha ceduto però questa volta sono intervenuti prontamente.
• Simon (9/5): Great if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night. - Very clean and comfortable. Also surprisingly quiet for its location. A great place if you just need somewhere to crash out. Has a separate kitchen and laundry area if you need that. Bed very soft but that's just my taste and some people might prefer it that way.

• GEWISS (7/5): - Bonne localisation, arrêt de bus en bas de l’immeuble et à 10 minutes à pied de l’underground. Petite épicerie 24/24 en bas de l’immeuble. Le style de la chambre est sympa et la literie confortable, bien que le lit deux places n’est pas très large. La salle d’eau est vraiment toute petite avec un lave-main pour lavabo et la barre de douche ne tenait pas mais pour quelques jours, ça passe.

• Paqui (4/5): Una pena que la falta de limpieza arruine el potencial del alojamiento - La habitación es acogedora, moderna y la cama cómoda. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. El baño estaba en mal estado: el lavabo no tragaba bien, estaba sucio y la papelera tenía restos de huéspedes anteriores. Solo había una toalla de lavabo para tres personas y el plato de ducha resbala bastante. En la cocina, los armarios y utensilios (sartén, tostadora, etc.) estaban sucios, por lo que tuvimos que lavarlos antes de usarlos. Las zonas comunes tampoco estaban bien: la moqueta de la escalera estaba muy sucia y desgastada, algo especialmente incómodo ya que una de nosotras es alérgica a los ácaros. No hay ascensor ni recepción, aunque la comunicación por WhatsApp fue correcta. Además, la luz solo se enciende y apaga desde la entrada y el pestillo de la puerta no funcionaba. La ubicación tampoco ayuda: está lejos del centro, con mala conexión en metro y aproximadamente a una hora en autobús. Como punto positivo, hay un supermercado 24 horas cerca. En general, no lo recomendaríamos al no ser que la limpieza mejore.

La cucina era dotata di tutto quello che è stato necessario per cucinare la cena e il bagno era comodo. Lo staff è stato molto gentile ed efficiente e l'appartamento era connesso in modo eccellente (la fermata del bus è proprio sotto casa). Niente di particolare

No habia personal en recepción, ni nos preguntaron nunca si habíamos llegado, ni si estabamos a gusto. Las conexiones de transporte a Londres no eran cómodas. No habia ni una bayeta, ni una escoba.

• Kirsten (5/5): Geeignet für Personen, die die Unterkunft nur zum schlafen und kleinem Frühstück brauchen. - Liegt 1 Minute von der Busstation und 8 Minuten von der nächsten UBahn- Station. Der nach nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbare Park ist wunderschön und lädt zu Aufenthalten ein Die Ausstattung ist sehr minimalistisch bis unzureichend- wir hatten das 3- Bett Zimmer- da gab es drei ( zusammengewürfelte) flache Teller, 3 Garnituren Besteck, 3 Salat-Schüsseln ( oder Suppenschüssel), wiederum zusammengewürfelte Gläser ( 2 Trinkgläser, 1 Weinglas und zwei Sektgläser) und 3 Häferl. An Ausstattung gab es einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einen Wasserkocher und einen Toaster.

• Melina (5/5): - Die Verkehrsanbindung an die öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und die allgemeine Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Neben der Unterkunft gab es zwei kleine Einkaufläden. Wir waren für sechs Tage im London Stay Apartment und sind insgesamt äußerst enttäuscht und verärgert über unseren Aufenthalt. Bereits die Ankunft war ein absolutes Desaster: Obwohl wir unsere genaue Anreisezeit im Voraus angeben mussten, war bei unserer Ankunft niemand an der Rezeption. Auch unter den angegebenen Notfallnummern war niemand erreichbar. Wir standen über eine Stunde in der Kälte vor verschlossener Tür und wussten zeitweise nicht, ob wir die Nacht überhaupt eine Unterkunft haben oder im schlimmsten Fall auf der Straße verbringen müssen. Erst durch einen sehr hilfsbereiten Passanten konnten wir die Situation überhaupt lösen. Besonders erschreckend war zudem die Aussage der Kioskbesitzerin gegenüber, bei der wir um Hilfe gebeten hatten. Sie bestätigte uns, dass es wohl regelmäßig vorkommt, dass Gäste vor verschlossener Tür stehen und niemanden erreichen – ein absolut inakzeptabler Zustand für eine Unterkunft. Während der gesamten sechs Tage haben wir weder die Besitzerin noch irgendein Personal jemals gesehen. Am Abreisetag erhielten wir lediglich eine unpersönliche E-Mail mit der Aufforderung, die Zimmerkarte in einen Briefkasten zu werfen. Ein Mindestmaß an Service oder Betreuung war schlicht nicht vorhanden. Auch die Sauberkeit war unzureichend. Der Boden im Zimmer war deutlich verschmutzt. Die Dusche war kaum nutzbar, da nur ein schwacher Wasserstrahl vorhanden war. Der Komfort ließ ebenfalls stark zu wünschen übrig: Die Heizung verursachte nachts störende Tickgeräusche, sobald man sie eingeschaltet hat, und durch die Jalousien fiel bereits früh morgens so viel Licht ins Zimmer, dass an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen in keiner Weise erfüllt – im Gegenteil: Wir waren bereits am ersten Tag massiv enttäuscht und mussten den gesamten Aufenthalt über erhebliche Mängel hinnehmen. Unter diesen Umständen erwarten wir eine angemessene teilweise Rückerstattung des gezahlten Betrags.
• Chiara (6/5): - The room is located in a central area, convenient for getting around easily, with the metro just a few steps away. It has everything that was expected. However, the mattress was extremely soft, to the point that you would sink into it or risk falling off. The pillows were not worth commenting on. The sheet provided was covering stains on the mattress that looked like blood or other unidentified fluids. We were very disappointed. Overall, the room was very dusty—from the bathroom tiles, to the blanket on the bed, to the window blinds, which had a mix of dust and grease. I suffer from dermatitis and had a flare-up due to the dust on my arms and legs. The hot water in the shower lasted barely 2 minutes. It was impossible to take a proper shower, let alone two. At least the girl who welcomed us was very kind.

El apartamento está retirado del centro, hay autobús y metro cerca pero hasta los lugares de interés hay de 45min a una hora.

Zona tranquila y colmado 24 horas abierto al lado. El poder tener una cocina con todo sus complementos para desayunar es una ventaja grande. Sobretodo la cama, el colchón era muy blando e incómodo. Se lo comentamos a la chica de recepción en el check-out. También habia polvo en algunas partes de la habitación.

Letto comodi, cucina attrezzata, riscaldamento buono Il bagno piccolo e l'appartamento era al secondo piano senza ascensore con scale scomode. Le pulizie approssimative. Tutto sommato bene

Inoltre vicinanza ad un negozio alimentari aperto H24 La camera non era pulita a dovere, inoltre il giorno del cambio asciugamano mi hanno cambiato la busta della spazzatura e quella vecchia me l’hanno lasciata in camera. Inoltre la cucina non dispone di abbastanza utensili per cucinare, mancavano un sacco di cose.

Nous entendions les bruits extérieurs et surtout les conversations des chambres voisines. Le lit était très petit pour deux et pas si confortable. Des traces d’humidité dans le plafond. En 3j aucun ménage.

• stéphanie (8/5): Logement pratique pour un séjour à Londres - Le bus 1 se prend devant l’appartement est nous emmène à Londres centre, le métro est à quelques minutes à pied. C’est un logement qui a un bon rapport qualité prix/prix. La propreté du sol est douteuse, le ventilateur du plafonnier est poussiéreux (les enfants l’ont allumé plusieurs fois).

Good looking Kitchen with everything you needed if you were staying longer. it is on a main road but couldn't hear that when in the apartment Slightly harder to find everything as I arrived later but I did work it out (probably more my fault than yours.

• Alice (7/5): Convenient - It was a good location The light switch was dirty, there was not enough tea and coffee and no way of getting any more. The lock on bathroom jammed and I was almost locked in

• Lorena (1/5): HORRÍVEL E PÉSSIMA - O quarto não correspondia com as minhas expectativas e do que eu estava esperando encontrar , janela quebrada , pia entupida , botão da descarga totalmente duro e um cheiro horrível de esgoto , muita iluminação no quarto devido a janela estar quebrada e barulho de carros passando na rua por estar no térreo , limpeza e péssima eles não trocam as toalhas todos os dias , e quando trocam e apenas o lixo e as toalhas não arrumam a cama novamente … a cama de casal era uma cama muito pequena como uma cama de viúvo não dá para duas pessoas dormir !
