Elizabeth (7/5): Not bad for the price, location is right near the highway. - They were decently priced and the room for the most part was clean. The front desk staff were accommodating. The housekeeping staff were friendly. Attention to detail could be better missing bags in the trash cans, there was dust in the microwave area, no extra toilet paper which is needed when you have 4 people staying in a room for a few days. The original room we had upon check in smelled like weed & cigarettes.

When I asked the front desk staff about why our room wasn't cleaned, I was informed that they only offer that "every other day." I then asked to have some cleaned towels dropped off at our room and was assured that they would be. However, no towels were provided, forcing us to use damp towels, and no follow up solutions were provided. The overall hotel itself was fine, but I wouldn't recommend.

Still needed to sleep on pillows. Expedia charged $98.95 extra for 2 nights. Hated that. That's why I gave rating of 3 stars. Expedia nickel and dimes customers.

There are lots of dining opportunities, and shopping in the area, some within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast wasn't the best with little choice, but overall a good hotel.

DeoniaNeveu (10/5): Very Clean, Nice Comfortable, Modern Stay - We stayed at this hotel for a family event nearby, and we were given room 317, a room with two beds. The staff were all kind and courteous. Our room was spacious and comfortable and clean, and it has a mini refrigerator that has a small ice box in it, and mini microwave and alarm clock, coffee maker, iron & board, 5 drawers, but no personal safe is in the room. The bathroom has a large counter and big undershelf space for personal toiletries, and plenty of good hot water and the shower pressure was adequate. The Hotel has a meeting room, and a very nice indoor swimming pool that has plenty of good seating and a very nice outdoor patio area. The fitness room is nice, and they have a small guest laundry room. The lobby has a small mini market to purchase snack items. The hotel has two elevators that worked well. The complimentary breakfast was good and well presented and stocked. There is plenty of complimentary parking on the premises, but in some areas of the parking lot there were tiny "pavement" Ants that were in some places piled high with them, but I did let the front desk and maintenance person know about what we saw in the ants, so hopefully they treat their property, because we did have a few ants in our room that were on the HVAC unit that probably came from the parking lot, but this was not a serious issue in our room, but it was something that we worried about in the parking lot for our vehicle. Otherwise this is a very nice hotel that we would absolutely stay in again if in that area, and highly recommend. The hotel has a lot of nice restaurants that are in very short walking distance through their parking lot area, some restaurants are just right next to the parking lot, no need to drive at all for food.

Rob (8/5): Very good - Breakfast was adequate with bagels, toast fruit & cereal. The use of disposal plates & cutlery was disappointing with no effort at recycling. If bio degradable & recycling utensils are provided, then a real effort to support differential rubbish bins is required.

Despite us informing her, we were not the ones causing the noise. Her response was “I don’t care, be quiet.” We were met with nothing but attitude from her. Mark even informed us there was no noise complaints listed around the time she said there were noise complaints. The rooms were good, they have complementary water, coffee, and hot tea.
