Sepp Gramann (9/5): Ein wirklich sehr schönes, hochwertiges und perfekt gelegenes Hotel. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! - Ein kleines, feines Hotel in zentraler und dennoch sehr ruhiger Lage. Wir waren im "Gartenhaus" untergebracht und haben keinerlei städtischen Lärm gehört. Statt dessen lustiges Vogelgezwitscher. Vom Balkon und den Fenstern aus sieht man vor allem den schönen Baumbestand. Die Einrichtung der Suite war hochwertig. Sie war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das gesamte Hotel ist ruhig und es gibt dort keine Hektik. Die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack zu weich, aber das ist natürlich subjektiv. Der Garten bzw. der Innenhof könnte etwas mehr Pflege vertragen.

Die meißten Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar - das Hotel liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und somit wird man vom Trubel der Großstadt nicht gestört. Das Hotel besitzt im hinteren Grundstücksbereich ein Extra Gebäude mit modern und sauberen Zimmern. Wir hatten das Glück dort zu übernahcten. Kleiner Wermutstropfen ist das doch recht einfache Frühstücksangebot. An den 3 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts gab es jeden Morgen das gleiche und doch etwas zurückhaltende Angebot. Da hätten wir uns schon etwas mehr Abwechslung gewünscht.

Lucas Antonio (10/5): Outstanding accommodation choice in Vienna - This is an outstanding accommodation option by the Vienna centre, in a lively neighbourhood. Our suite was very relaxing and had a balcony with a view to their beautiful garden. Having a toilet separated from the shower/bath room, which seems to be the norm in Austria, was very practical and made the stay even more comfortable for our family. The staff is quite welcoming and the breakfast, which is served in their gorgeous and bright winter garden, is simply excellent, with plenty of tasteful choices from the buffet and also with some à la carte options, all of which are made with organic food. It will definitely be our top choice when visiting this wonderful city again.

Marco (8/5): Family trip to Wien - Good hotel overall. Not the most central location, but well connected, so getting around was never an issue. Breakfast was excellent, probably the best part of the stay. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. We also appreciated having water and drinks available in the lobby throughout the day, a small but thoughtful touch. The only downside was the sauna opening hours. From 2 to 8 PM is unfortunately exactly the time you spend out visiting the city, so we never got the chance to use it. A later evening slot would work so much better for guests.
Martin (10/5): - Krásný komfortní pokoj, pokoj č. 14 v pátém patře s výhledem na Vídeňské střechy, Prátr, mrakodrapy... Příjemné bydlení, pohodlná postel. Velmi milý personál na recepci. Možnost kávy, čaje, různých variant vody v ceně pokoje po celý den v rámci ceny je příjemná věc.
Ricarda (10/5): Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt - Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Super Lage, nur wenige Meter von der U-Bahnstation und trotzdem komplett ruhig gelegen, so dass einen morgens die Vögel wecken. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut, vorallem die Qualität der Produkte. An der Getränkebar kann man sich zu jeder Zeit mit Wasser, Tee, Saft versorgen, kostenfrei. In der Sauna warten in der Umkleide gepackte Taschen mit Bademantel, Handtüchern und Schlappen. Checkin/Checkout geht wenn gewünscht komplett digital, als Alternative steht die Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit zur Verfügung. Wenn wir noch mal Wien bereisen, dann checken wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier ein.

Vira (10/5): It It was very comfortable staying, I really enjoyed it! - The breakfasts were excellent: different options, fresh fruits and amazing fresh bread. The location is perfect, 1 minutes from metro and near central street , 15 minutes walk to Stadtpark, and 5 minutes to supermarket. Although it was near public transport and almost in the center, the hotel is situated so great , that in your room you can’t hear any street noise , only birds singing! Yoga hall was perfect option for me too! With all necessary equipment for training. Sauna is small , but enough to relax in the end of day. Free tee, coffee, water in the lobby all day round. On-line check -in is also very super option! Easy, fast and I was able to do it in advance , so I came in the hotel direct to my room. Just very -very small inconvenience -high steps into the hotel, with luggage it’s not very comfortable.
Margaret (9/5): Enjoyable space in Vienna - My room was extremely quiet, comfortable and attractive. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice, loved the organic produce. I also appreciated the water bottles, coffee and teas at reception. It was good having a little kitchenette but it could have done with more utensils eg a knife, a wine glass, there was only 1 plate.

Eugenia Urban-Orban (10/5): Amazing choice! - Last-minute choice due to unexpected travel plans, but we were pleasantly surprised. It’s a beautiful, quiet and chic hotel with spacious rooms and excellent facilities. My favourite part was the greenhouse-like breakfast terrace - beautiful and very tranquil. We also appreciated the self-check-in service, as we were arriving late. Thanks to that, we were able to check in online and go straight to our room upon arrival. We also made frequent visits to the lobby area to refill our bottles and make tea or coffee. Thank you - we will be back!

Katherine (2/5): Smiles are free...and so is the workout you'll get climbing stairs with your luggage! - The room was a nice size. My stay started off on a disappointing note and never improved. As other guests have said, there is no elevator to get to reception although there is one to get to your room. My guesstimate would be that there are about 20 steps. The front desk person has cameras to keep an eye out on the building. It is obvious that he sees me struggling with my large and heavy bags. To be fair, I know that they are my bags. However, hotel guests usually have bags! If I were elderly or physically challenged, there is no way I could've made it to reception with my bags. As I was saying, the front desk person continued to watch me struggle as he chatted with another gentleman rather than offer assistance. If employees are not willing or able to assist with luggage then a ramp or lift should be added! My second issue is how unwelcome I felt. Especially the people at the front desk. Not a smile. Not a welcome. Not a happy birthday. Not a how was your stay? Not a thank you. And again, never, ever a smile. The walls in the room could use a cleaning or paint job. Third, when I reported that my in room phone didn't work, I was met with a blank and disinterested stare. I didn't need the phone (I went downstairs to handle what I needed). However, a 'thank you for letting us know' or 'I'll have someone take a look at it in the morning' would've been the proper response to a valued guest. Lastly, the breakfast. This one, I know, is just my personal taste. But, I found nothing edible. At least the gentleman working there was semi pleasant. Totally disappointing experience.

Thomas (10/5): Empfehlenswertes Hotel in guter Lage - Wir hatten ein großes, sauberes, helles Zimmer. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Bei der Rezeption gibt es eine kostenfreie Wasser, Tee und Kaffeestation. Die Parksituation in Wien, aber dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts. Montag bis Freitag ist überall Kurzparkzone, d.h. max 2 Stunden parken mit Parkticket. Am Wochenende frei. Wir parkten im Parhaus ca. 400 m vom Hotel entfernt, 30 EUR/24h. Das Hotel liegt ca. 200 m vom U Bahnhof Rochusgasse entfernt.

Luca (9/5): Amazing stay in Vienna, with quiet and organic breakfast - The room was impeccable: very spacious and clean. The breakfast was top notch, with many organic options available. There was absolute quiet at night, except a bit of noise from the elevator or other service facility, but it was not annoying. Nothing: I enjoyed staying with my spouse. Only the bed duvet could have been bigger (there were two single one for a double bed).

Patryk (8/5): Airbnb like hotel with delicious breakfast - Hotel is well located next to public transport. Although there was self-checkin option only available when we arrive it was quite smooth. Breakfast was very good, with on-demand options and plenty of fresh food available - including Austrian staples. Room layout was awkward (for a hotel) but spacious - reason being that two separate buildings in which hotel is located are just regular residential buildings. Well due to the residential nature of the building the room layout and their locations are sort of weird. This is an observation not disadvantage or nuisance of any sort. Still would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for short or longer stays.
