• Duncan (6/5): - Large clean room and a comfortable bed. The hotel feels safe and secure while being in an area with plenty of shops and transport. A bit noisy at times.

• Shanmugarajah (6/5): Room service food items are very expensive or at their restaurant. - Access to transport and ideal location. Rooms are small. There is no complementary water bottle where most other hotels provide as standard. GSH only provides tap water in bottles which not safe to drink.

• Adam (6/5): Location is very bad. I stay 2nd floor. It’s very noisy from main road. Can’t sleep well. - First day shower got broken. I did not even inform but next day afternoon they fixed. I called reception for drinking water, but the receptionist told me to call another number. I called three times in the morning around 10:00, In the evening, I called again, but I only received water the next morning.
