- Jean Paul (6/5): Schoon, vriendelijk en grote kamers, maar gedateerd, achteraf gelegen en geen faciliteiten. - Het is een grote kamer en badkamer met een leuk balkon. Mooi zwembad in het groen gelegen met lekkere ligbedden waar geen handdoekje leggen op wordt gedaan. In de ochtend wordt het ontbijt vers gemaakt. Lekker (vooral de noodles en rijst) maar het is een zeer beperkte keuze in een ongezellig eetzaaltje. Ver afgelegen van alles in een onprettige achteraf buurt. Er is niets bij het hotel en ook een drankje aan het zwembad is niet mogelijk. Het oogt ouderwets en gedateerd. Het resort is zeker geen 4-sterren waard. Oud meubilair, kasten die niet goed open of dicht gaan, vlekken op stoelen, banken etc. De beveiliging houdt je de hele dag in de gaten en volgt je min of meer als je je verplaatst. Dat hebben wij als onprettig ervaren. De medewerkers zijn wel ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zo stelden zij zelf voor om onze dochter naar een andere kamer te verhuizen (wij hadden 2 kamers) omdat de bedden keihard zijn en in de desbetreffende kamer het bed zachter was. Dat was een geweldige zet! Verder wordt alles zeer goed schoon gehouden, spuit men ‘s avonds je kamer met anti muggenspray, worden de gordijnen dicht gedaan en een lampje aan gezet voor als je thuiskomt.
- suzanne (7/5): Good, clean hotel with wonderful staff but no frills as usual from a resort. - We loved the cleanliness of the room and the staff were absolutely amazing - they couldn't do enough for us or be more helpful. The hotel itself was in a quieter part of Seminyak which was ideal for us. We loved the breakfast that was made to order and had a good variety of items to choose from. The hotel was a little dated though and needed a bit of a refresh and it didn't have a bar. The pool was so clean and relaxing - a definite bonus! Overall, we would recommend this hotel. No bar which meant no by the pool cocktails and food order was not available later in the day.

Didn’t have time to use it but pool liked lovely. Room was spacious. The bed was quite hard. So much that I moved the bedding to the 3 seater couch in middle of night and slept on that which was much softer. There were leaks in the bathroom on faucet- sprayed you in shoulder when turning on tap and another constant leak from bidet covering floor in water. Toilet didn’t flush well.

- IN HO (7/5): - 주변에 식당과 카페 그리고 마사지 가게들도 많아서 아주 적절한 위치입니다. 직원들도 상당히 친절하고, 수영장 관리도 청결하고 적절하게 관리가 잘되어 있습니다. 아침 식사 메뉴가 좀 더 다양하면 좋을 것 같습니다. 에어컨은 점검이 필요합니다. 에어컨 작동이 원활하지 않아 조금 고생하였습니다.

- Mohamed (8/5): good - Hotel is small but nice and clean for the most part, we used it mainly to sleep and the whole day is spent outside The place could use more staff members as it was one lady at the reception and restaurant and basically anywhere trying to deal with everything :-D, she had a very nice welcoming attitude though.

- Ellie (10/5): Perfect stay at D’Penjor. THANK YOU! - From start to finish, our stay at d’Penjor was perfect. The staff were amazing, the food was great and the facilities were beautiful. The pool and surrounding lounging area were the star of the show, with natural beauty around it and frangipani flowers that dropped into the pool every now and again! Our room was amazing. Everywhere was super clean and we had all the amenities we could need. When we asked the staff if they could turn our aircon down, they realised there was an issue and moved us to another room, with no fuss. The location was also amazing - super quiet but only a short walk away from seminyak centre and the beach. We loved our stay here and would totally recommend to anyone thinking of staying at D’penjor. The bed was a little hard for our liking but that’s only a personal preference.

Staff were so friendly and as it was a smaller hotel they definitley get to know you during your stay! Room was older but spotless clean with a great shower, bed was reasonably comfortable. Used the pool a lot and usually had it to ourselves! Would stay again for how friendly the staff were and the quiet location. Nothing!

- Nicole (6/5): - Overall, my stay was good. The only problem is their non-refundable booking policy. Since my original flight was cancelled, my original hotel booking was not refunded. I had to rebook another flight and rebook my hotel stay at this same location- paid twice for a week! Since I rebooked with them, they could’ve made an exception to honor the cancellation and/or given a partial refund. Needless to stay, the property itself is very quiet, but there’s only 1 restaurant nearby. The neighborhood is sketchy to walk around, but if you stay on the property you’ll be fine. The breakfast is made-to-order so don’t expect buffet style. Next time, I will probably stay in a more desirable area.

Pool always clean and ready to use. Very large room which was very comfortable. Security staff always on hand to greet us departing or arriving back from our day trips and appreciate they assisted with any communication difficulties with cab drivers Although an area to eat - breakfast great but for dinner better to go out to a local restaurant. Sliding doors on wardrobe kept coming off track or getting stuck, however staff quick to rectify.

- Catrina (8/5): Value for money. Just outside the hustle and bustle. - The room/bathroom were very spacious, clean and tidy. The breakfast was tasty and any food we ate at the hotel was good. The pool area was lovely. Clean and tidy, comfy chairs and shade provided by umbrellas. The location is good, nice and quiet as it is a little bit out of the hustle and bustle of the main streets however an easy walk. The Warung at the end of the street has delicious food. The couch in the room could use an upgrade but we didn't even feel the need to use it. The first room we were provided the toilet blocked after first use however the staff quickly moved us to a different room with no repercussions. The bed a little bit firmer than I prefer but still comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff were extremely helpful when a taxi driver got lost to pick us up, the staff got in contact with him. The rooms are looking a little tired. Sliding doors from the wardrobe getting stuck or falling off. Some of the laminate on the cupboards is peeling off. Towels, bedsheets are wearing thin. Pillows should be replaced, becoming stained and lumpy.

Thata the only disadvantage the hotel has . We stayed for 3 nights and we had to take the same breakfast daily. The facility is good for couple on honey moon and for friends but not for families with kids .

- Sanjog (10/5): Amazing service, the place matched the pictures very well. - The customer service was fantastic from the get-go. We were made to feel very welcome by the security and the reception and they helped me with my suitcase as my lock was broken. The pool/poolside area is intimate but you can also maintain distance from other travellers should you wish to do so. The room was very spacious, perfect for a couple or a small family.

So many tourists arrive at night and you can hear everything from the room I couldn’t sleep at all. A good 30 mins want to Seminyak main town
