Great participants on Songkran 😎😎 Electricity broke in my room, I know there are renovations planned, these are desperate in areas. Bedrooms need updating, more clothes hangers needed. Hotellet meget slidt, døren til balkon utæt og kunne ikke lukkes rigtigt (derfor meget støj) Sengen trænger til udskiftning. Og morgenmadsbuffeten list sølle.

- Helga (5/5): Sehr Verbesserungswürdig aber toller Strandblick.. - Der Blick aus dem Zimmer zum Strand und auf das Meer. Sonnenuntergang vom Zimmer aus zu sehen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man auch an den Möbeln, dem Kühlschrank( Rostflecken) und im Badezimmer ( kaputte Duschkabine und sehr sparkig). Außerdem ist es durch die Strandstrasse sehr laut, da auch die Balkontür nicht richtig schließt. Die Aircon ist sehr laut und bringt wenig Kühlung, ausser das man, während sie läuft, nicht auf dem Balkon sitzen kann weil dort der Generator steht und heiß und laut ist. Beim Frühstück hat mir persönlich verschiedene Obstsorten gefehlt. Es gab jeden Tag nur Ananas und Wassermelone, kein anderes Obst.

Other times it would blow warm humid air into room. Unable to resolve with staff. Cleanliness and beds also not great for this price range.

Очень уставший отель с ремонтом 80х годов, кровать скрипит состоит из двух матрацев соедененных неудобно спать, душ частично работает благодаря изоленте, кондер шумит как боинг спать лучше с открытым окном. Завтраки не рекомендую брать.

- Michael (7/5): Good location - The location was very good just yards from the beach. The breakfast.was ok, although not much of a selection, for the egg haters among us.
- Michael (7/5): Decent place to stay but the room needs some updating - The location is great; it's right across the street from the beach. And it is close to shops and restaurants. It is outdated in the shower has mold around the sliding doors that should be cleaned.

- Lee (7/5): Great location but there's better available in the same price bracket and area - The location and staff are nice. It's directly across the road from the beach. Transport via Grab (same as Uber) or Baht bus can easily be accessed from the doorstep. The hotel and room in general is more than ready for a refurb. It's not dirty in any way but looks a bit tired with noisy aircon. There's also no pool for those that aren't keen on swimming in the sea.

- Wrknactor (4/5): It looks ok from the outside, but once inside ... - The location is great. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. The room was a good size. The decor of the bathroom (ceramic tiling) was nice. The staff was uninterested in any service when we checked in. It was almost as if we woke him from a nap when we arrived. The room was damp. Everything felt ... damp. The aircon was fine, but it never really dried things out in the room. The bed is an old spring mattress, and was not comfortable. The pillows must've been stuffed with sand, as they were heavy and hard. There were mosquitoes in the room, including a dead one squashed on the bathroom wall. The extractor fan was falling out of the bathroom ceiling, and the shower door was corroded at the base (causing it to get stuck when my husband was in the shower). The furniture in the room was fine. Old, but functional . Honestly, I had high hopes for Jomtien 12, based on how it looks from the front. We have a place nearby, and wanted to be able to host friends at the Jomtien 12 when they visit. We will not be recommending this hotel, and will find another for when friends come to town.

All of the front of house staff were really friendly and helpful and the housekeeping staff were quick and thorough. There were lots of local shops, bars and eateries all along the beach road. I’d definitely use this hotel again

- William (7/5): Good - The people who claim the room were great they were excellent The people who checked you in at the front desk for terrible but Wi-Fi every night at 9:30 went out during the daytime it was intermittent the lady who was I guess was the boss always wanted to interject herself into whatever was conversation that was going on they wanted to charge you for having one of the front rooms extra I will never stay there again this was my second time staying there first time they said the Wi-Fi was being replaced this time the Wi-Fi was just as bad as it was the first time I stayed there
