Cindia (2/5): as per above - Great location. Not usually one to complain, but on this occasion I felt it was necessary to share my experience. The location was great, but unfortunately my overall stay was disappointing. During my three-day visit, I never saw anyone at reception. The room lacked basic amenities, there was no kettle and not even a proper blanket (only a sheet and a bed cover), so I had to sleep wearing a jumper. The room itself was extremely small, to the point where one person had to sit on the bed for the other to move around. The shower was also very cramped; I’m not claustrophobic, but it certainly felt that way. The rubbish bins were also never emptied during my stay. Additionally, the Wi-Fi did not reach the room. Considering the price paid, I expected a much better standard. Overall, the facilities and services did not match what was advertised on the website. None of the pictures on the website resembled the room I stayed in. The price should be reviewed for this type of room.

Jon (6/5): Convenient location but the room needs some maintenance and attention to detail. - Great location. very close tobthe Vatican and the station, making it easy to get around. The facilities were okay, but there were a few issues. The bunk bed felt wobbly and unsafe to use. The TV remote and air condtioning remote was either not working or no batteries. We only stayed one night so didn’t raise it with staff, but it would be good to fix these for future guest.

Francesca (8/5): - Zona fantastica, in pieno centro, a dieci minuti a piedi dal Vaticano, castel Sant'Angelo, davvero ottima posizione, camera carina, accogliente, fornita di tutto il necessario e molto pulita, proprio fuori al palazzo c'è un bar , ristorantino, con prezzi accessibili dalla caffetteria, al cibo e aperitivo, staff super cordiale. L'unica pecca, noi siamo arrivati e booking ci ha segnato un indirizzo, lo stesso segnalato poi dalle persone che ci hanno affittato la camera, arrivati presso la reception ci hanno comunicato che li avremo solo ritirare le chiavi e che saremo dovute andare in un altro indirizzo per la stanza, cosa che non ci è stata comunicata in anticipo, ed essendo cariche di valigie, stanche dal viaggio e con una bambina è stato un po' un disagio... Ma in compenso tutte persone disponibili e fantastico posto

Ja rozumiem, że cena była raczej mała, natomiast mała cena nie powinna oznaczać takiej komunikacji i takich warunków, a z tego co widziałam po opiniach właściciele lubią argumentować wszystkie niedoróbki ceną. Nie na tym to polega. Po pierwsze otrzymałam nie ten pokój, który rezerwowałam. Kiedy poinformowałam o tym Pana na recepcji to był mocno zdziwiony lub udawał. Zapłaciłam za pokój z balkonem na Via Famagosta a dostałam ciasny pokój z oknem, do którego był mocno ograniczony dostęp na Via Catone. Ale już kij z tym. Na drugi dzień rano w pokoju nie było wody. Zero. Musieliśmy umyć się wodą z butelki. Od razu napisałam do Pana z recepcji sms, że nie dość że dostałam nie ten pokój to jeszcze nie ma wody. Zero odpowiedzi, a później w recepcji udawał że nas nie widzi. Przed naszym przyjazdem normalnie kontaktowaliśmy się przez smsy, kiedy wystąpił pierwszy problem to recepcja przestała reagować. Mam na wszystko dowody, zarówno w postaci rezerwacji w booking na inny pokój jak i późniejsze olewanie nas w kwestii braku wody. Ogólnie powiem tak, ja rozumiem że 1500 zł za trzy noclegi to niedużo, ale ludzie przyjeżdżają tutaj aby trochę odetchnąć i spać też chcielibyśmy w komfortowych warunkach. Nie polecam :)

Margherita (6/5): - La posizione ottima Ho fatto una prenotazione in questa struttura, vedendo le foto.peccato sia stata indirizzata in un altra location.ho chiesto una stanza con 2 singoli,mi sono ritrovata con una matrimoniale e un singolo,posto davanti a un armadio che non potevo neanche aprire,comodino posizionato attaccato che aprivo la porta d entrata che quasi ci sbatteva contro.Pulizie giornaliere,mai effettuate ,tanto che il biondoncino in bagno ,più che pieno.Tenda del balcone, tutta sfilacciata nei bordi,che mi sono addirittura inciampata.si è salvata solo la posizione strategica.Sinceramente per il prezzo che ho pagato,sconsiglio vivamente.

Federica (1/5): Pessimo - Niente di positivo nella struttura se non la posizione e la gentilezza dell’host. Siamo arrivati in una struttura poco curata. Più che una struttura sembrava una rimessa. Sulle pareti abbiamo trovato muffa, il telecomando era senza batterie e il è televisore vecchio di almeno 10 anni. Entrati in stanza ci siamo resi conto della situazione e abbiamo deciso di andare via.

Abbiamo chiamato poiché il phon non era funzionante e il problema non ci è stato risolto, inoltre le foto erano in un modo e l' appartamento è completamente diverso!!! Mi chiedo come faccia ancora ad esercitare è da denuncia considerando anche quanto si è preso per una notte! Cosa ancora più brutta che il ragazzo della struttura è entrato in casa senza nemmeno bussare ( doveva prendere una cosa in un' altra Stanza chiusa) . L'unica cosa positiva che ha questa "struttura ' è il posto forse solo per questo ha ancora le persone che vanno nel suo appartamento orrendo! Non lo consiglierei per nessuna ragione al mondo.

Gianluca (4/5): Stanza situata in posizione strategica. Per tutto il resto, inqualificabile - Struttura in ottima posizione e vicinissima a S.Pietro Prenotato per 2 adulti e 1 neonato e alla richiesta di un lettino (che da caratteristiche della struttura si poteva richiedere pagando un sovrapprezzo) mi è stato risposto che non ne avevano a disposizione. Vista la stanza, è risultato evidente che anche volendo, non ci sarebbe stato posto per metterlo. Stanza minuscola a tratti fatiscente dotata di frigorifero e asciugacapelli, ma non della presa adeguata per utilizzarli. La porta del bagno non si apre completamente, perché ostruita dal letto. Mostre delle porte che si staccano, prese a parete che si staccano, rilevatore di fumo assente.
