Wir werden das Hotelrestaurant Sportalm wieder buchen! - Große freundliche Zimmer, sehr gute Lage zur Gondel, leckeres 5-Gang Menü, freundlichstes Personal in familiärer Atmosphäre. Rundum eine sehr gute Wahl! Dazu fällt uns nichts ein.

• Rob (9/5): Top verblijf. Goed eten . Naast de skilift - Het Hotel is naast de skilift. Heerlijk eten. Wij hadden halfpension. Zeer vriendelijke en geïnteresseerde serveerster Breatrice . Wij sliepen in een kleine compacte kamer . Ook groot voordeel is dat onze auto in de hotel parkeergarage kon staan . De kamer was warm . Ook al stond het raam open .
• Gerhard (9/5): wir kommen wieder - Vielseitiges reichliches Frühstücksbuffet,Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt und schnell erfüllt, offiziell nur bis 9:30 Uhr, wobei wir ohne Stress auch mal bis 10 oder 10:20 Uhr sitzen bleiben konnten, das Abendesssen der Halbpension war hervorragend, vielseiti und mehr als reichlich, auch für hungrige Wanderer oder Mountainbiker Ausfahrt der Tiefgarage, die übrigens kostenlos ist, für größere SUV nur mit rangieren möglich, ansonsten gab es nichts zu meckern

• Bettina (10/5): Ankommen, wohlfühlen, sich fallen lassen, genießen und mit wunderschönen Erinnerungen wieder nach Hause fahren. - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, ist sehr gut und großzügig ausgestattet. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit, sehr nett, freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir hatten bei unserer Ankunft, 7 km vor dem Ziel eine Autopanne. Uns wurde von den Mitarbeitern sofort und ohne zu zögern gleich mit Rat und Tat persönlich geholfen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Man wird nach Strich und Faden mit bestem Essen, Komfort und Behilflichkeit verwöhnt. Danke an das komplette Personal für alles!!! Da gibt es nichts zu sagen!

• Johan (8/5): Heerlijk en gezellig hotel op super locatie! - Fantastisch vriendelijk en servicegericht personeel. Zij geven je echt het vakantiegevoel. De ligging van het hotel is top; 200 mrt lopen van de Dorfbahn die je het skigebied in brengt. Pluspunt is ook de parkeergarage, zeker als het sneeuwt! We hebben geen minpuntje ontdekt; alles tiptop in orde!

• Jenny (9/5): Prima - De hele ruime kamer. In de hoofdstraat. Het zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Jammer dat de douche dan nog een kleine vierkante afgesloten bak is. Waarom geen inloop douche? Het avond eten werd bijna op tafel gegooid. Voor 300€ per nacht mag je wel wat finesse verwachten.
• Daphne (10/5): Geweldig! Gastvrij, gezellig en top locatie. - De locatie was top, dichtbij de lift en in het centrum. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk, ontzettend gastvrij. Het ontbijt en diner waren voortreffelijk. De kamers mooi, de bedden goed en alles heel erg schoon. Zelfs een koelkastje in de kamer. Met parkeergarage en parkeerplek als je auto niet past vanwege de dakkoffer. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf! Huiselijk, cosy, en gezellig. Niks!

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, und sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet war ausreichend und gut. Das Abendessen war sehr gut, 5 Gänge Menü. alles war bestens!

• Franziska (7/5): - Das Hotel ist super gelegen, mitten im Dorf und am Lift. Wir waren im Sommer da und konnten gut die Krimmler Wasserfälle erreichen. Alles war sauber und das Zimmer groß und mit Balkon. Das Frühstück war gut, es gab alles an Auswahl. Es wirkt alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Überall stehen verstaubte Plastikblumen und es ist etwas altmodisch. Leider hatten wir mit Halbpension auch Abendessen gebucht. Das hat uns stark an mittelmäßiges Kantinenessen erinnert. Die Soße für die gefüllten Canneloni wikrte, als wäre sie aus der Packung. Sehr einfach, man konnte es essen, aber ein kulinarisches Erlebnis war es leider wirklich nicht. Wir hätten lieber auf das Abendessen verzichtet, und im Dorf gegessen.

The girl who checked us in was very friendly, she even researched our home country because she had never heard about it before, that was so sweet of her. The man who took care of us for dinner was very funny and caring too. The dinner was incredible! We expected something basic (as it was included) but it was a 5-course meal!!! And it was delicious. Breakfast was remarkable too. The room was comfy (with the French translation on the website it was written 2 double beds, we only had 1 double bed, but all the rest was great so we didn’t mind that part but be careful if you re traveling with someone you re not close to 😅). Anyway, it was a great stay and we have nothing negative to say, we recommend it 100%
• Amy (8/5): We would book again! - Clean and comfortable hotel with a wonderful spa area. Staff are helpful and friendly. The restaurant makes a nice dinner for half board guests. Room was a little tight and the balcony is open to other balconies which made leaving the windows open uncomfortable.
• Neda (10/5): You feel at home in this hotel - The hotel was very, very clean, it had a very tasty food (breakfast and dinner) and the staff was very friendly. It is close to the 'Spar' st Supermarket and has a lot of bars and restaurants around it. Free parking is also one of the advantages of the hotel. On the fourth floor, they had a beautiful and clean space for sauna and wellness, which was very practical. I highly recommend this hotel. -

• Heidi (10/5): People and views to warm your heart - Friendly, warm hearted staff, who made the effort to get to know us and chat. It was especially lovely that all staff spoke a little English, we really appreciated this effort. The day we checked out we were taking part in another guided hike. The hotel reception said that we were more than welcome to come back and shower at the hotel before our journey home. This was so kind and part of the exceptional service from the hotel . The hotel is part of the Aktiv scheme, so we joined all of the guided walks…… Our guide Bernd was extremely knowledgeable of the areas, and such a relaxed guy to be around. The hikes are so worth doing for the stunning views and friendly people at all of the Alms where we had stops for delicious food and drinks. Nothing
• Emilio (2/5): - El calificativo negativo es debido a un desagradable suceso. Esta mañana, al abandonar la habitación deje cargando en el enchufe de la mesilla de noche mis auriculares inalámbricos. Al ponerme en contacto con el hotel pir tres veces dicen que alli no estaban cuando sé con total seguridad que sí que estaban. Esto denota poco control sobre el personal de limpieza y es una pena porque el hotel es excelente. Lo siento muchísimo pero tenemos que dejar constancia de este desagradable incidente.

• Ian (10/5): I thoroughly recommend this fabulous hotel, and the beautiful mountains - What a beautiful location, the mountains are absolutely stunning at this time of year (late September to early October) The hotel and village were pretty quiet as I didn't go in the ski season, but I was made to feel really welcome by the hosts. The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed, I particularly loved the powerful shower, especially after my long drive. The food was absolutely delicious with very generous portions, and the BEER was amazing, I bought a case locally to take home to the UK, unfortunately most of it didn't make it back, I couldn't help but drink it...lol It could be closer to where I live.... lol

• Ruth (9/5): Superb - The hotel is located in the centre of the village with a 10 minute walk to the bottom of the main lift. As we were summer visitors we got a free local lift and bus pass which we made good use of. The hotel has an underground car park which was really handy for us. We went on a half board basis which was good value. Great breakfast buffet and a 4/5 course evening meal.

• Markus (8/5): Gemuetliches, familiaeres Hotel im Ortskern - Das Hotel Sporzalm im Ortszentrum von Gerlos verfügt über komfortable, hell eingerichtete Zimmer im alpenländischen Stil. Sowohl das viergaengige Abendessen als auch das Frühstück lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der nett gestaltete Wellnesbereich im vierten Stock lädt zum verweilen ein. Leider schließt die Sauna bereits um 19:30. Insgesamt sicherlich empfehlenswert.
• Takeshi (10/5): ハーフボードで4泊 - ハーフボードの宿泊プランだったのでご飯の味やクオリティが心配だったが、夕飯は毎朝の朝食時に日替わりでメイン3種類の中からあらかじめ1つを選択して、夕飯時に前菜、スープ、サラダ、メイン、デザートという流れで量も多く美味しかった。ドリンクの価格も適正だしサービスも良かった。 部屋も非常に清潔でネットも無料で速度も山奥にしては早いし、wifiの他に部屋にlanの端子があったのでlanケーブルを持参すれば有線でもネットが出来た。シャワーブースも広めでお湯が出るまで時間がかかった事もあるがそれほど問題無かった。 立地もハイキングを楽しむには良いし、zell am ziller駅からのバスでgerlos ortかその手前のバス停で降りれば徒歩3分位で行けるし、近くにスーパーやアウトドア用品店もあるので便利。 家族経営のホテルで皆英語も通じるし親切でとても良かった。エレベーターもちゃんとあるのでベビーカー有りでも問題ないホテルでした。
