The traffic noise and cockroach infestation. I was aware the the Motor Inn was located adjacent to the Hume Hwy. Previous reviews indicated that it was very quiet despite the proximity to the road. I did not find it quiet at all. I also did not enjoy seeing cockroaches running amuck at night.

- Ana Russell (10/5): Casula Best Western was a great home away from home. - We stayed here 9 nights in a twin room. From the time we checked in, we were met by Joseph. He was super lovely, friendly, nothing was a hassle. His wife Mary was just as lovely and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Our room was on the top floor, it was clean, comfortable, spacious. The best part was the bath tub. The beds were super comfy, we had heaps of pillows (which I love) and air-conditioned in the room worked a treat. Our room was serviced everyday with clean towels, beds made and rubbish removed. The laundry (washing machine and separate dryer) worked well for our needs. I was surprised there wasn't a microwave but we found a great place to eat at The Collingwood Hotel. We bought snacks and noodles if we felt peckish. There was a jug with tea and coffee and milk was topped up everyday. Thank you Joseph and Mary!!
