Guest Reviews
- Arcelia (4/5): - the rooms need a lot of repairs and the rooms are very dark. I think the place need to updates and some activities
- JUAN E (10/5): - Would stay here again
- Brenda (10/5): - Amazing hotel in Ajijic, It’s about 55 away from Guadalajata airport with no traffic. Easy check in, great WiFi, hot water and comfortable bed. Beautiful gardens and it looks like an hacienda.
- Guillermo (8/5): - I don’t think I come back again
- Barry Dale (8/5): - Hotel has a “classic “ feel. The rooms are very large but with any older facility, it can look or feel a bit dated. The staff was very responsive in dealing with any issues.
- Yowanda (10/5): - Loved everything.
- Octavio (4/5): - Bug in sofa. Front desk locks help
- Thania (10/5): - This place was huge and quiet
- William (4/5): - The receptionist was rude and claimed she spoke no English. On the second to last day of my stay she instructed the housekeeper to speak to me on the phone, and informed me I was late checking out. I got dressed and went to the front desk. When I got to the front desk she told me in perfect English she had talked to Expedia and I didn’t have to check out until the next day. No apology was given.
- Ale (6/5): - Es un hotel muy bonito pero la habitación olía a humedad, la cocina está muy limitada con los utensilios que te dejan, sería muy util un microondas. El desayuno estuvo bien pero nada fuera de este mundo, cumplia.
- Hilda (10/5): - Rooms are very spacious I would fit more than two adults in a room. Loved the property big gardens
- Fred (10/5): - As with most of central Mexico language can be difficult even with young people. Hotel rooms and grounds are great.
- Jeffrey P (2/5): - None of the amenities that were advertised actually existed. I booked a kitchen because I like to cook. Very few cooking items were included, the stove didn’t work well and oven didn’t work at all. The refrigerator door wouldn’t stay closed. The fireplace did not work. The bed was hard as a rock. The bedding and towels were threadbare. There was no bar. The breakfast was passable but it had eight items only and two were not available any longer. The pool was not heated. The WiFi constantly cut out and worked VERY slowly for the brief periods it was working. The hot water (tepid really) ran out before one could complete a reasonable shower. The desk person in the morning and the waiter at breakfast were lovely. The rest of the staff was rude and surly. I am not a snob and I wasn’t expecting the Ritz but this was a total shabby lie. I expect it will fail soon. There were few guests and any other guests I with had the same complaints. Sadly, the hotel has amazing potential but is rundown and needs some upgrading and robust management. I would love to see it done properly.
- chris (4/5): - Property originally a monastery, then medical clinic, and now a hotel. It was huge rooms, like a cave, and very poor lighting. Staff very nice, and helpful. It was never updated to be a hotel, it was designed to be a monastery. Bed mattress very poor. Internet - terrible. Ended up with no hot shower. I would like a refund or credit for bad hotel.
hot shower
- Don (10/5): Must stay don’t pass up this fabulous place! - So far our stay has been amazing! The staff is professional but friendly. Facilities are clean, manicured and beautiful. The room is spacious, clean with all the details in place. Would highly recommend Hotel Danza del Sol to others.
- Luis (8/5): - For the most part it was great, have to remember that it is MEXICO. A bit noisy. Had to turn on the water heater and pull out and plug in the refrigerator but it served its purpose. Clean, spacious, and traditional. I’ve stayed here in the past and would definitely stay here again.
- Maria (8/5): - Rooms were huge, clean and well appointed but dated. Grounds were very well maintained and staff were very helpful. Pool was clean but needs a few tiles replaced. I can imagine in its day it was a beautiful property. For the money it was well worth it.
- Gina (6/5): - This is a well kept, clean property. Huge rooms. By American standards, although well kept, everything is worn down. Beds are hard, pillows not great. But again, everything is clean. The people are lovely but don’t expect them to speak English. The pool is great, the breakfasts are very good. Very quiet. My 3rd stay here. Convenient location.
- Gema (4/5): - The property is really old, but clean. The breakfast was great ! This property is in desperate need of a major renovation! I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The rooms are dark and ceiling is very low. No a/c!
- Norma Alicia (10/5): - The gardens the people it was very polite, the rooms it was incredible
- Claudia (10/5): - We enjoyed out stay in Ajijic. We loved the accommodations at Hotel Danza del Sol.
- Phillip (10/5): - The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are huge. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
- Vanessa (10/5): Beautiful property - The property is beautiful with gardens, a pool and a playground. Our one bedroom villa was very spacious and cute. The breakfast restaurant was a treat and included with the room! It’s a lovely quiet place perfect for families.
- Wendy (8/5): - Amazing property. Huge rooms. Could use some repairs to door jams and window screens but felt very compensated due to great price. Employees were always very helpful. Would recommend!
- Wendy (8/5): - The room was quiet and very large. The staff were both helpful and very curtious. The grounds are kept clean and well manicured.
- Hans (8/5): - Very clean and spacious accommodations. Staff was professional and very helpful.
On the down side, could have used more hot water, and some extra lighting near the shelfs.
- Nadia (10/5): - A rustic, beautiful property with gardens and lots of things to see. Would love to stay again
- kevin (8/5): - If you would like authentic mexican flavour this is the place for you
Not much english spoken but they have phones to translate
Everyone was very polite and helpful
Pool is great and rooms were huge
I would go back
- Ruben (10/5): - Muy amplio y cómodo. Muy agradable y silencioso
- Claudia (10/5): - Amazing place! Great service!
- Sergio (4/5): - Property is clean but your chimney not available and that was a big disappointment. Covers are not available stove not working. I would not recommend or stay again.
- Maggie (10/5): - The place is such a peaceful and gorgeous Oasis. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The suite was huge beautiful and rustic with everything you could need for an amazing relaxing stay! Loved it there thank you!
- Brian (8/5): - I’m still staying here tonight only, thank god. The property advertises a bar, restaurant, pool and fireplace. There is nothing to burn in the fireplace, there is no water in the room only an empty garafon holder. No ice is available and there are no restaurants or bars. Will not return.
- Catya (2/5): - Their was a gas leak from the hot water boiler in the kitchen. Very smelly and dangerous. They couldn't turn the boiler off without turning off the hot water
- Jaime (2/5): - Abandon like
- Adriana (6/5): Nice but need a GOOD REMODELATION - Hotel is very well know in Ajijic but is being there for aprox 50 years and needs a good remodelation.
Is a pity that a really nice construction does not have a good maintenance.
- Darrell (10/5): - Unique building, spacious rooms, helpful staff
- Gaby (10/5): - Super clean and the views were amazing! Pool was clean and staff were helpful and polite!
- Sylvia M (8/5): - The outdoor areas need better cleaning
- Jimmie (8/5): - The Danza del Sol is my favorite hotel in Ajijic. I've been living lakeside since 2018 and have stayed here many times. Since my first trip down to see if I might want to live here, to the times I stayed here while in transit. Beautiful architecture and grounds with a great pool and a free breakfast. Very tranquil setting and a first rate, helpful staff.
- Jose (4/5): Disappointed - The place is really old.
The staff don’t care about your room.
The rooms are old
We got at 1.30 am and the doors were closed.
We had to wait 10 min for someone to come and open the main door.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The hotel is easy to get to. The hotel is very old and does not seem have been remodeled. No AC, doors and windows are old don't close well. The distribution of the hotel is very odd. Good luck finding your room or anything else without a map. Lots of dead ends and levels.
For the price I expected more. Would not stay here again.
- Jonathan (6/5): Lots of potential. But not comfy for Americans. - If you live in one of the warmer parts of the world, normal people expect some air conditioning. Not here. How about an ice machine. Nope.
Convenient power outlets? Nope.
- Paul (2/5): - Just awful in every respect. Filthy, rundown. We were afraid to touch anything in the room and left immediately.
- Willis (10/5): - The rooms are VERY large. The grounds are beautiful. The people are fantastic. Very accommodating. Very well equipped kitchen Large commercial stove, refrigerator etc. Nice pool very relaxing. A great value, and for long stays they have a better price we were there only 8 days. Wish it was longer we will be back!
- Jcarlosramirez (8/5): - Nice arquiterture / poor food not to many options
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff were very helpful and friendly. This is going to be my fifth time staying there and I truly enjoyed staying here.
There couple things that I believe they need to update
1 The bed need a new mattress they are too old
2 Please try to get a different fan in the room is impossible to sleep with those fan are on too much noise
3 Please try to get a better cable service with English Channel
I truly enjoyed staying there most of the time is quite and enjoyed seeing those cats walking the hotel
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Danza Del Sol is like the most attractive person in High School that is now 68 years old. Stlll attractive but showing its years. In it's hayday it must have been spectacular. Now a lot is worn. It could use a remodel but is completly servicable as it is. It's more an apartment than a hotel. Huge rooms and despite the wear, very clean. The staff were amazing and although nobody speaking english we had no problem communicating. The front desk was not very friendly. They made a mistake on our second day telling us that we only booked 1 day rather than 6 & that we were to vacate immediatly. It took a very tense hour for them to straighten it out. Even when they found their mistake they weren't very nice about and offered no apology. If not for that I would have given it five stars. I would stay there again. If you dont like cats it probably isn't the place for you as about 25 live there. I do love cats and befriended 4 of them who followed me around.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It was clean and the ground well kept. The beds were comfortable. But everything was a little run down. There is no restaurant, although they serve a nice breakfast. The pool supposedly had a bar, but when we asked for drinks they seemed confused. No information about amenities available, like where to get pool towels, was provided. The rooms are huge, but only 1 tv, no microwave, very few kitchen utensils. It’s an extremely quiet hotel. Perhaps for the area it’s an excellent hotel. The staff was very gracious.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The property maintenance was lacking. Cleanliness was subpar - gum found on the shower floor, toilet were dirty, private patio was dirty, and taxi doesn’t service the property after certain time,
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Beautiful property from the outside. The inside was outdated and didn’t feel clean. No microwave and no ac. The appliances were very dirty. It wasn’t bad but I’m not sire if I would stay again. Staff was very friendly
- Taby1216 (10/5): - Beautiful property! I had no clue we had complementary breakfast and it was a pleasant surprise!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - In the kitchen, the dishes were old and severely used. Not good. Not insufficient fans, and no microwave. No coffee or water
- Constance (Connie)Andy (8/5): Love the Danza - We love the Danza. The staff is amazing!! If you need something or information all you need do is ask and they will go out of their way to try and provide. The rooms which are apartments are very large we stayed in 209 and 206 one bedrooms. If you cook you will love the restaurant grade stove and the pilot light will help keep the apartment warm in the cooler months, put on a pot of soup if you are cold. But bring everything for the kitchen, dish towels &cloths, dish soap, a good fry pan, very minimally furnished. The hotel is old and in need of some maintence and updating so is not for everyone. If you are looking for top resort style lodging this is not for you. There is no air condtioning so the hot month of may will possibly be uncomfortable. However, we still love love love the Danza and are coming back for two months while we look for our permanent home and have recommended the hotel to friends who have stayed there and liked it.
- Maricela (8/5): Beautiful and quiet - The only thing that I did not like was the pool. Water was cold other than that I greatly recommend this hotel.
- Aldo (6/5): Good but not so Good - The hotel is Beautiful, not far from Chapala and 5 minutes from downtown Ajijic The only bad thing about the hotel is that there's no AC and the room gets Hot, they have fun that makes lots of noice I couldn't sleep well the 3 nights I was there, I try to cancel after the first night but I wasn't able to do that, Hotel.com couldn't help me at all, So I had no choice but to stayed there :(
- Salvador (2/5): Ajijic - Overall rating is bad because we had roaches in the room and one was on my face while sleeping ..... without this incident the rating would be a smiling face
- Marie (6/5): - Rooms were huge and perfect for a family. You have to ask them to turn the stove and fridge on though. Also, front desk did not tell us you can buy a huge thing of water for 30 pesos but the cleaning lady (who was great) did. Unfortunately, bats were in 2 of the 3 rooms we rented and family had to go to Guadalajara for rabies shots. Pool is good. Unfortunately, the restaurant was only open for buffet breakfast (says it’s open until 9) and the pool snack bar was only open and serving French fries one day of the 7 we were there. Grounds are well kept.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great place to stay in. Has a great view and very safe Quiet and relaxing!!! Breakfast was really good. Staff very friendly and helpful.
- JOHN (8/5): - We stayed here for 12 days Feb.6- Feb. 18, over all we enjoyed our stay. Here are the pros and cons.
Pros- magnificenly manicured grounds. Daily maid service kept the rooms spotless. We never saw a single bug. Wifi in our rooms was nice. Beautiful swimming pool.
Cons- the place is 20 years past its prime, broken and cracked ceramic tiles were common. Peeling paint was seen. Many ferrel cats on the property that like to howl at night. The staff has little to no ability to speak English, even at the front desk.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - rooms are huge, gardens are well maintained, restaurant clean, breakfast nice choices
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Property is huge. Liked that you can park your car inside a huge, secure compound. Room was humongous and included a full kitchen: gas stove, fridge, some dishes, pots, and utensils. But maintenance was lacking. The kitchen cupboard door fell apart when I opened it - it was just carefully put back in place but not repaired. The lamps in bedroom were not working.
Breakfast was juice, fruit, coffee, and eggs as you like them or hot cakes. There was only one waiter run off his feet and he was serving others who came after us.
Did not feel it was worth the money we paid.
- Rishi (8/5): Good place to stay if you ask for a new room - We were initially given a room on the ground floor. It was very musty and looked dated. We asked to be changed rooms and we were given a newly-renovated room that was much brighter and lovely!
Front desk staff are not super helpful - it would have been nice if they had given better service and instructions for parking, pool location, etc.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Beautiful hacienda like property, very clean and beautiful villas
- HR (8/5): - The building architecture and landscape is amazing, the hotel staff provided great service, but I think they need to put a little more attention to the detail regarding the dust on some areas. Overall I had a good experience there.
- Terry (8/5): Ajijic and lake Chapala area - We spent 5 nights exploring the lake Chapala area
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Interesting property, but a bit of a 3-d maze finding your way around.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The rooms are enormous, and the staff extremely helpful and friendly.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great Experience - Great hotel, rooms are large and the property is really nice. Rooms can get a little cold at night but the extra blankets help keep you warm. WiFi in the rooms was spotty at times due to the brick building but worked well in the living room, breakfast was nice to attend in the morning and was really good and the front desk staff was always willing to help out with anything you need like calling a taxi. Will definitely return.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful place - It was amazing
- Dena (8/5): Our stay was amazing!! - Our stay was amazing very peaceful and relaxing. The staff was amazing! The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. We will be back!
- Bertha (8/5): - The property is well taken care of. We stayed in a master suite, and it was huge! It had two stories, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two living rooms. It also had a kitchen with a dining area. The building is old, and it has a particular old scent to it, maybe coming from the wood, old furniture, or chimney. We stayed in November, and the rooms are a bit cold. Extra blankets were offered. BreKfast is included with the stay, and the food was ok. Weather outside was perfect, in the high 70s, low 80s. It would have been perfect to get in the pool, but the water was too cold.
- SeanDaly (8/5): - We liked how large the room was with two bedrooms and having the breakfast included. What we didn't like was that it often took way too long for the attendant to come and open the gate to the parking lot and also a maid walked into my wife's room without checking if she was ready to see someone.
- Bland (6/5): - Very dated. Limited towels, no hair dryers, coffee etc
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property's best years are behind, still a great option at a fair price in Ajijic.
- Rebecca P. (2/5): BEWARE not what was presented on line - The property and employees had a cold and unfriendly feeling. No one could speak English. Our room was at the complete opposite end on the entrance. The restaurant closed at 3:00 pm?. The room had a dungeon like feeling, musty smell and very little lighting when is was dark. We asked to have the gas stove to work only to wake up with headaches due to the gas smell. Leaving early due to smell, trying to get credit for nights not there. Always a hassle.
- Sammy (8/5): - Designed and built perfectly, giving it a rustic relaxing feel. It recently was upgraded prvA perfect place for family and friends, with private balconies one can have a little family BBQ for 20 . I hope to return soon with more family
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Included breakfast could use a little more variety, but it was satisfactory. Most desk staff did not speak English, and we speak almost no Spanish as yet, so communication was a little difficult. I know the hotel is in a Spanish-speaking country and I am the foreigner, but for good business a bit more bilingualism would be good for business. In summary, though, we would stay at this hotel again.
- Sara (8/5): Great Service/ Beautiful Grounds - Gorgeous property and an ENORMOUS room. I mean enormous. Great staff, great food, great location. A bit off the beaten path which meant very quiet. Taxis from the hotel generally fast and inexpensive. The room could have used some updating- Raggegy towels, missing bedside lamp, broken shower head. Would still return
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Country stlye. Good location. Not to far from chapala and malecon
- Consuelo (8/5): - I loved it. Staff is superb, all you need do is ask, they respond pronto. Although this property is not for everyone. It is an old hacienda style hotel with charm and not plush resort style rooms. Kitchens with lots of room and RESTAURANT GRADE stove, marvelous. Bring your own kitchen needs, very limited kitchen plates, pots, etc. Had room 209, very comfortable, musty at first but cleared after we opened up the patio doors after a few hours. Bedroom is dark and only one mirror that is in the bathroom which tends to be warm and humid, bring your own travel cosmetic mirror. The hot water is tricky, a on demand hot water system and the pilot light doesn't always ignite at first try but we figured out. Have them light all pilot lights on stove and water heater when you arrive. I will stay here again. Oh, there is no air condtioning so the warm months will be hot in the rooms.
- Annette (8/5): Rustic Mexican charm. - Amazing grounds with beautiful gardens. The hotel staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The pool was murky at the beginning of the week, but it got cleaned on Wednesday and then it was crystal clear and delightful. Our room was so huge it felt like an apartment with an incredibly large patio. They did bring us fans for our bedrooms, since there is no air conditioning. You have to have them turn on the stove each time you want to use it, and then turn it off afterwards. Our stay would have been close to perfect, if there had been a microwave in the kitchen. This hotel is a picture of Rustic Mexican charm. If you are there in the rainy season be sure you have brought mosquito repellent. We were so thankful for the screens on the windows and patio doors.
- Rupa (6/5): - Room was very large and comfortable. The property itself was pretty nice. Front desk was helpful but the restaurant staff left much to be desired. Service was really slow and not very friendly. Hotel itself is far from the Central area, would have been helpful if they provided a shuttle.
- Eric (10/5): - Great deal! 2 bed 2 bath, kitchen, dining room. Price of motel 6 in US. Great deal. Pool, excellent hotel. Downside, is long walk 15 min from downtown Ajijic, but exercise is good for you. Billard (pool) games. Fantastic breakfast included!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I realize this property is old and there is a great deal of charm to it however.....giving me a room that had the hot water heater shut off, the refrigerator shut off and had dead bugs on the floor every morning (I realize...better than them being alive) should not happen, or at least they could have turned them on when they brought our bags to the room rather than us having to call and ask. Ceiling fans would be nice - no AC during hot season would have been bearable with a ceiling fan.
- Clare (10/5): Beautiful property, great food and spacious rooms - My husband and I stayed here last week (beginning of June). We paid $64 US per night and had a king-size bed, bathroom, living room, full kitchen, garden patio with table and chairs, and 2 walk-in closets. The bedroom and living room both had sliding glass doors that led out to our patio. The room was comfortable and spacious. We basically had an entire apartment to ourselves. Breakfast was included with the price of our room, and it was delicious. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well cared for, with many colorful flowers and loads of fruit trees. The staff was really friendly and helpful. My husband and I arrived several hours too early for check-in, but were cheerfully checked in right away. We were also leaving late on our last day, with an evening flight to the US, but were allowed to keep the room till 5PM at no extra charge. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and will definitely be back.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - No hot water despite advising management three times.
- Jeffry (10/5): Went down for a quick couple of days for some dent - Went down for a quick couple of days for some dental work. Second time staying at this hotel and will definitely stay again
- Alejandro (6/5): Hotel is far away from town - Hotel is big, rooms are huge. There is nothing near by. Main Plaza is about a 40 minute walk. Front desk personnel lacks customer service.
- Marcos (8/5): - Overall, good. Front desk needs improvement with communication. Need to double check what room one has booked before taking any action on guest.
- Brad (8/5): Great location - Large comfortable rooms. We would have no trouble doing an extended stay in this facility.
- Jimmie (10/5): Charming Renovated Colonial Hotel - Upon arrival I was instantly charmed by the beautiful hotel and garden-like grounds. My room was huge with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen (Including cooking utensils, flatware and dish ware). A spacious, comfortable dining area and living room with a flatscreen TV made my quarters feel like a large apartment. Outside the bedroom was a large private courtyard (about 30' X 30') with a wrought iron table and chairs for four. The swimming pool and surrounding area was immaculate. The housekeeper cleaned the kitchen and mopped the floors every day and had (or has) a delightful personality. The entire staff is very pleasant and helpful. The outdoor (covered) restaurant adjoining the pool area serves a buffet style breakfast (included) and lunch selections.
- Cheryl C. (8/5): Antique Resort in need of some TLC - Danza del Sol, kept me imagining what it was, what it is now and what it could be during the entire three night stay. The two bedroom suite was extremely large. The kitchen, if one would be staying a month or more, divine, however for 3 days it was too much and would require buying things like coffee and filters to enjoy a cup with the lonely coffee maker. The industrial stove was over the top, but for that short amount of time we had..it was pure ornamentation.
In the corner of our bathroom I noted a pair of swimming nose plugs and a bobby pin that looked like they had been there for a long time. Hot water was sufficient for only two people to have a short shower each..then a wait for the other 3 in our party. But hey...that's Mexico and not that much of a big deal. Just had to organize a little better.
The resort grounds were beautiful and well taken care of. The breakfast that starts at 8 AM was nice with excellent service and food however, it closes at 3 PM. Leaving a short walk to the French restaurant - Yves -nearby if you want to dine at night and don't have transportation to the Heart of Ajijic. BTW ...Yves Restaurant was one of the highlights of our dining experiences.
For January, it wasn't very busy. I wondered where all the wintering Northerners were. I would of thought it busier with those wanting to enjoy the wonderful weather of Lake Chapala.
I could see a large family reunion or event there, but for a short stay in Ajijic area...I think it was a bit much for just our small party and we wouldn't do it again.
It also wouldn't hurt if they offered to provide coffee and filters for those that get up early and would like to enjoy at least a cup of coffee on the resort grounds before the breakfast begins at 8 AM. It's a little off the beaten track to go out trekking to find those items once you realize they aren't provided.
- Josette (10/5): Excellent -
Thank you Luis Santos and staff. A very enjoyable and relaxing stay. See you soon.
- Clifford Glen (10/5): A wonderful Mexican experience! - The rooms are huge. The rustic buildings and decor are very Mexican. We loved it!
Breakfast was delicious. All the people we encountered during our stay were friendly, helpful and their smiles were contagious.
- Verified traveler (4/5): It's Mexico - If your looking to live as the locals live stay here. Rooms are dark, warm showers at best, toilets flushing needs help. It's is quiet and grounds are nice. Staff knows no English. Would not stay here again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): nice, clean an quiet - It is Very Nice, clean an quiet. Room are very and cozy
- Verified traveler (6/5): Physical property very nice - As a foreigner that speaks the language, I understood when the staff was apathetic about my requests.
For instance, my 1st morning when I requested my breakfast ticket, the front desk worker didn't automatically provide the ticket. He tapped a few keys on the computer and told me, "that was not part of my package". I walked back to my room retrieved my paper to show that it was in fact a part of my package.
He grumbled, got my ticket & without a word or eye contact put it on the counter for me to reach for it.
As well The restaurant was never ready as late as 9:30a.
Advertised high speed internet, was non existent internet.
The grounds were very well cared for.
The layout of the property was not obvious with very little directive signage.
It was 2 days before I learned the best way in and out.
I transferred hotels, because I extended my vacation and they had no rooms for the balance of my stay.
The new hotel actually created a feeling of relief and comfort.
Not to totally disparage the staff there was one security officer Alfonso, that was very friendly and willing to go the distance to help any way he could.
The stay wasn't awful, however, it could have been much better if there were less apathy and more efficiency.
There is night and day difference between that hotel and the one I'm in now.
- sandra (10/5): Staff was amazing - Very safe place and staff was amazing and accommodating. Definitely will return and make sure we stay here.
