- Yi Cheng (6/5): - 1.網站並未說明需住滿三晚，才會整理房間一次。我們連住兩晚，到了飯店後才被告知隔日並未有房務清潔，若有需更換毛巾，可以早上10點前將告知牌放置房間門口。我們依照指示放置，晚上回到飯店，毛巾依然也沒有做更換。 2.房間真的很小，比東橫INN經濟房還小。進入房內，有一股濃烈的潮濕沼氣味道，需將窗戶打開，冷氣打開，才有辦法將味道散去。

- Terri (9/5): Friendly and competent staff, unique rooms, excellent location - I made reservations from friends from California. As their stay was during Golden Week, I reserved a few months in advance. Since there was a gap in time, I went to the hotel to make sure everything was on track. The staff was always friendly and helpful and put my mind at ease. When my friends arrived, the process was smooth, and they were happy with their room and the facilities. Overall, 8 Hotel exceeded expectations. The special vehicle that runs occasionally to Enoshima, and especially the driver, was a highlight of the trip. I appreciate the staff's kind welcome to my friends visiting Fujisawa. I will definitely book the next time we have visitors. I was happy with everything.

A mi no me aceptaron dar el servicio de desoachoa de 4 valijas grandes al aeropuerto de Haneda y lo tuve que movilizar oersonalmente a otro domicilio para hacerlo. Alli la gente de la encomienda paso a buscar las valijas sin problemas. Un poco extraño no?

- Yoshiaki (9/5): コスパの良い藤沢の良質な宿 - 藤沢という昔からの交通の要衝にあり，鎌倉，小田原、横浜へのアクセスが良い藤沢駅から5分程度とごく近い。かといって外界のノイズは気にならない。朝食は秀逸、3日の連泊であったがシンプルながら満足出来た。 バストイレ・ユニットは、狭いし使いにくいが許容範囲内であった。 宿泊階へのエレベーターでのアクセスや、Wi-Fiに関し、セキュリティ向上の改善が望ましい

- Laura (7/5): Near the station- good for one night if you need to work in the area - It’s an easy walk to the station. The staff spoke English and were friendly. The breakfast is very simple. The rooms are smaller than many other hotels in Japan. The price is a bit more expensive if you don’t book quite a bit in advance.

- Ruth (10/5): - I liked the location, the traditional room, and my own tiled bathtub. I stayed two nights in the double room with a private bathroom. The owner is a 72 year old woman. I am also a 72 year old woman, so we related well to each other despite the language barrier. The single rooms with toilet and handbasin look like good value for solo travellers staying for one night. The futon was quite firm but I slept well.

- Francisco Jose (7/5): Good and affordable for a 1 night stay. - 2 minute walk from station. Lawson and Familymart 1 minute away. Breakfast is only half-breakfast with very limited options.
