- Philipp (8/5): - Das Hotel ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch hat es seinen Charme. Das Essen am Buffet hat uns 4 von 5 sehr gut geschmeckt und hat uns von der Qualität her überrascht. Die Liegen am Strand sind ebenfalls umsonst, sowie sämtliche Aktivitäten. Man sollte wirklich nicht zuviel erwarten. Die Zimmer sind untergerockt und das Personal sollte nochmals eine Schulung fürs richtig putzen bekommen, wenn man aber weiss auf was man sich einlässt und hier via booking ein Schnäppchen schlägt ist alles okay. Ansonsten hätten wir das Hotel niemals gebucht

- andreapS9232NO (10/5): Great place for a relaxing family holiday - We spent a week at this hotel in mid September and had an amazing experience. The hotel and its surroundings are beautiful, there are a lot of trees and green grass. The grounds are extensive with many sports options available (though we did not try those). The access to the beaches is good (a short walk across the lawn). We spent most of the time at the relaxing beach where there was sand and shallow water quite far into the sea. The other beach (the one with the bar) had stones where the water began, so we did not go there with our toddler. It was a bit windy on some days, but the waves were not too high. The rooms are nice, thoroughly cleaned every day. The resort is well planned in that everything is close enough (room to beach, room to the dining hall etc). The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly, though many do not speak much English. We heard good things about the animation team, but we did not use any of those activities (we went with a toddler). There is a children playground with slides where the kids club is located (the club and the activities they organise is for children 4 years and older, so again we did not try this as our kid is too small, but the playground is nice and partially shaded). The kids pools are ok (for a toddler you need some armbands as the water is too deep for them to get up on their own - but they can walk quite comfortably in the water otherwise). What we really enjoyed was the food - a good selection of fish and other meat, vegetables etc.. Especially the cold section with various combinations were great. There was also a large selection of pasta, which we did not try much - what we had was nice. The only thing we were disappointed about was the sweets section (at lunch as well as dinner) - most of the things were very sweet, with a lot of puddings and cakes. We missed simple chocolate options and ice-cream. Also the fruits did not vary much. There is also a special room with food (at certain times also cooked food) for toddlers - the selection did not seem to vary, still it is a nice touch. There are other resorts nearby, but many seems to be guarded so it is not actually possible to walk through the grounds. There is however a nice walk through the wood near the hotel gates (close to where the bus stop is) - we went there with a stroller after lunch because it was nicely shaded. Overall we had a great time and if we are in the area again, we will definitely consider the hotel again.

Sicuramente il fiore all'occhiello è la cucina, abbiamo sempre mangiato benissimo ,e quest anno si sono anche superati,cibo sempre fresco, molto ricco e vario , e ovviamente,anche le pizze , squisite! Noi eravamo in 4 ,con una neonata,la biberoneria è molto attrezzata e comoda,sono compresi anche 4 pannolini al di'. Vacanza consigliatissima Dovrebbero installare delle luci nella zona giostre, dopo il tramonto non si vede nulla !! La sera,ci sono bambini che non seguono lo spettacolo ,potrebbero divertirsi li,facendo rilassare un attimo anche i genitori.

Accoglienza fredda e inefficace nel dare informazioni iniziali sulla permanenza del soggiorno. Staff animazione inesistente,abbiamo conosciuto un animatore a fine soggiorno ma solamente perché era venuto a chiedere soldi per la lotteria 😂 non male come benvenuto! La poca attenzione verso il cliente la struttura seppur grande necessità di migliorie,manca segnaletica per raggiungere le camere è un labirinto! La colazione poca variegata,andrebbe migliorata!

- Antonio Biagio (8/5): Soddisfacente - Il Villaggio ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. La camera, anche se priva di un terrazzino, era comoda e sufficientemente spaziosa. Il ristorante ha preparato piatti variegati a pranzo e cena, di qualità (ottimi). Purtroppo, gli spazi nella sala ristorante non sono adeguati al periodo di massima affluenza. Per arrivare al buffet spesso bisognava fare degli slalom senza urtare le sedie degli altri clienti. La spiaggia del chiringuito era stretta e gli ombrelloni delle ultime file non vedevano il mare Sicuramente una maggiore informazione sugli eventi/attività quotidiane. Andrebbe migliorato anche la situazione dei bambini che spesso disturbano con urla e confusione.

- Valentina (7/5): - Il villaggio è ben organizzato, ampio e spazioso, ma tutto è facilmente raggiungibile. Perfetto per chi viaggia con bambini, anche piccoli: ci si muove senza difficoltà, anche con passeggini o carrozzine. Il mare è meraviglioso e la spiaggia "Ciringuito" è ben attrezzata, mentre quella "Relax", pur meno fornita, è ancora più bella e tranquilla. L’offerta gastronomica è decisamente all’altezza del prezzo pagato. L’animazione è simpatica e mai invadente. Le piscine sono pulite e ben curate, e l’intero villaggio è tenuto in ottime condizioni. Le camere, sebbene un po’ datate (le foto sul sito possono essere fuorvianti), risultano comunque funzionali e confortevoli. Durante la prenotazione ho scoperto la presenza di costi extra obbligatori, come quelli per la culla e la biberoneria, di cui sapevo già che non avrei usufruito. Dopo alcune email e telefonate, sono riuscita a farli rimuovere, ma resta il fatto che non fossero indicati chiaramente fin dall'inizio. All’arrivo, ci è stato comunicato che, per una politica “green”, in camera il sapone è fornito solo in pastiglie: una scelta poco pratica, soprattutto considerando che il villaggio è pensato per famiglie con bambini, anche neonati. Inoltre, questa stessa politica “green” risultava contraddetta da un uso eccessivo di bicchieri di carta e dal divieto assoluto di riempire le borracce ai dispenser d’acqua. Il bar in spiaggia chiude alle 18:00, proprio quando sarebbe più piacevole godersi un drink al tramonto. A Ferragosto, le consumazioni erano a pagamento, quindi l’"all inclusive" non era davvero tale. Infine, i fotografi del villaggio risultavano spesso invadenti.

- Raffaela (9/5): Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im VOI Alimini Resort und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. - Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im VOI Alimini Resort rundum genossen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das hervorragende Essen – abwechslungsreich, frisch und von bester Qualität. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Resort, ob Zimmer, Pool oder Anlage, war tadellos. Die gesamte Atmosphäre, das freundliche Personal und die schöne Lage haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt haben. Kurz gesagt: Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen – wir kommen gerne wieder! Etwas Verbesserungspotenzial sehen wir bei den Bademeistern am Strand. Sie waren zwar präsent, wirkten jedoch eher zurückhaltend. Wir hätten uns etwas mehr Unterstützung, beispielsweise beim Öffnen der Sonnenschirme oder ein aktiveres Auftreten, gewünscht.
- Elisabetta (6/5): Da rivedere - La posizione proprio a due passi dal mare. L'animazione non invadente ma per i bambini organizzata davvero bene. Il cibo. La varietà era ottima. Camere datate ed il bagno emanava un cattivo odore di fogna. Pensavamo fosse solo un nostro problema, abbiamo scoperto poi che era così per tutte le camere del piano terra. L'all inclusive è fake. Abbiamo frequentato tanti villaggi con formula all inclusive ma una organizzazione così non ci era mai capitata. In spiaggia sono vietati gli alcolici, in pratica c'è all'inclusive di acqua, succhi e caffè, e solo fino alle 18.00. Chi vuole un succo dopo le 18.00 deve andare via dalla spiaggia. Ci hanno detto che era per motivi di sicurezza. Il punto più basso si è toccato a ferragosto, magicamente i motivi di sicurezza sono spariti ed è stata organizzata una festa in spiaggia dove gli alcolici non erano più vietati ma l'all inclusive non era più valido, tutto è diventato magicamente a pagamento con sgomento di chi aveva pagato di più per assicurarsi una formula senza pensieri. Non ci torneremo.

- Giuseppe (4/5): Delusione totale. Al prezzo proposto ci si aspetta molto ma molto di più. Il livello è basso. - Ci sta molto verde, seppur sfruttato male. Ho approfittato di tali spazi per ritagliarmi qualche momento di relax. Il cibo, seppur in quantità, non è di qualità. La pizza è buona. Alcune cose fatte al momento durante le cene o i pranzi sono buone, le altre si ripetono. Delusione rispetto alle aspettative Le foto online non rispecchiano la realtà: sembrano vecchie o ritoccate. Il mare è stato sempre mosso e poco godibile. La spiaggia del chiringuito è praticamente inesistente, con ombrelloni ammassati; l’altra, pur essendo più ampia e meno affollata, non dispone di bagni o docce nelle vicinanze. In un villaggio per famiglie ci si aspetterebbe giochi o intrattenimento per bambini anche in spiaggia, ma non ci sono. La “palestra” è minuscola (2x2 m) con tre cyclette vecchie e mal posizionate (difatti chiamarla palestra mi sembra una esagerazione). Le attività sportive e di yoga sono condotte da animatori non qualificati: simpatici, ma non professionisti. Colazione deludente: cappuccino solo da macchinetta, niente pancake o waffle, varietà ridotta e ripetitiva. Il personale del bar della terrazza è poco cordiale e, ad ogni richiesta, ribadisce che il servizio è a pagamento, come se si volesse evitare di pagare. Il posto è invaso dalle zanzare: impossibile aprire le finestre in camera senza ritrovarsi punti ovunque, quindi è indispensabile portarsi repellenti o dispositivi specifici. Inoltre, per essere un villaggio per famiglie, ci sono solo due ascensori, entrambi alle estremità della struttura: scomodissimo per chi ha passeggini o bagagli pesanti. Aggiungo, sul punto, che ci sono poche rampe, quindi molto scomodo. Per il prezzo sostenuto, l’esperienza non è valsa la spesa: sarebbe accettabile solo a metà del costo.

I bagnini pressoché inesistenti l'ombrellone dovevi aprirtelo tu, il personale addetto al bar della spiaggia, compreso il pizzaiolo, non sono diciamo così "solari".

Servizi lontani e assenti nelle due spiaggia su tre dichiarate. Impossibile aprire l’ombrellone nelle prime file e spiaggia quasi assente perché erosa dal mare ma i lettini garantiti in prima fila erano solo 6 su 32 riservati. Villaggio in generale non accessibile. Personale a volte scortese. All inclusive finto, in quanto alcune bevande erano comprese per esempio caffè sì ma orzo no, mai un gelato in 12 giorni. Differenze di bevande comprese nei due bar.

Il Chiringuito non mi ha fatto impazzire poiché non aveva molta richiesta di cibo compreso nell' all inclusive e i lettini se non arrivavi presto in spiaggia rischiavi di non trovare posto poiché già occupati.
- claudio (6/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Struttura datata, camera un po piccola almeno quella proposta si base, struttura enorme, dispersiva ma ben tenuta con molte attività proposte dal Bravo Club. Punta di diamante lo staff dell'animazione molto attivo, simpatico e preparato, eccellente il servizio mini club. Ristorante di livello con ampia scelta, varia e di qualità. La formula all inclusive da noi scelta, sotto le aspettative specialmente per il bar in spiaggia dove si proponeva solo pizza e spesso fredda e bruciata, bibite solo alla spina e acqua a volontà. Mi aspettavo che in spiaggia ci fossero cose come in altri Bravo club che ho frequentato, come a Creta, dove si potevano mangiare in spiaggia primi secondi panini frutta torte dolci in genere. In pratica usciti dal ristorante nessuna proposta culinaria fino al successivo pasto.

- Rossella (8/5): Piacevole soggiorno - Struttura con un bellissimo verde molto curato. Piscine molto belle adatte a bimbi di tutte le età. Il mare é bellissimo e molto pulito, ristorante adatto a soddisfare le esigenze di tutti gli ospiti, proponendo una vasta scelta di piatti e senza alcun tempo di attesa. Cibo non eccellente ma nella sua varietà e qualità comunque buono. Animazione e miniclub ottimi, i ragazzi sono stati davvero super! Anche Haidi del punto vendita all'interno del villaggio una persona 🔝 Le camere sono datate ed essenziali, anche se comunque abbastanza pulite. Il personale (ad eccezione dei ragazzi dell'animazione che sono stati stupendi) é molto carente nell'attenzione, abbiamo chiesto un cambio di camera per averne una con balcone, eravamo ovviamente disposti a pagare la differenza di prezzo... ma pur avendone la disponibilità non ce l'hanno data poiché secondo loro per i 5 giorni della nostra permanenza a loro non conveniva e preferivano tenerla libera per eventuali prenotazioni di una settimana. La spiaggia dove c'è il bar é molto affollata, con sabbia mista a sassolini e il mare non è comodissimo per i bambini più piccoli per questo motivo. C'é un'altra spiaggia a disposizione dei clienti che é la "spiaggia relax", completamente di sabbia ma é piuttosto lontana da tutti i servizi.

- Sophie (9/5): Köstliches Essen und wunderschöne Anlage - wir kommen wieder! - Das Zimmer war gross genug für drei Personen und sehr sauber. Das Bad war dagegen eher klein, was uns aber nicht störte. Das grandiose und herausragende Buffet zweimal am Tag hat uns begeistert. Die Küche als auch das Service Personal im Restaurant haben sich so viel Mühe gegeben, es war unübertreffbar. Jeden Tag gab es verschiedene Pastas, Fleisch und Fisch vom Grill, verschiedenste kalte Speisen, warme Gerichte, Bruschette zum Selbermachen, Früchte und Gemüse und ein wahnsinns Dessertbuffet. Ein grosses Dankeschön an den jungen Mann, der im vorderen Aussenbereich des Restaurants immer so aufmerksam abgeräumt hat. Neben dem Essen hat uns auch die Anlage mit den vielen verschiedenen Aktivitäten überzeugt. Wenn man kein Italienisch spricht, ist man im Nachteil, an den Sportaktivitäten kann man aber ohne Probleme teilnehmen. Die Animateur:innen sind alle nett und zugänglich. Der Strand ist ebenfalls wunderschön, man kann ewigs Spazierengehen - wir sind bis nach Sant‘Anna gelaufen - wunderschön! Zudem hat es immer Liegen, die frei sind - nicht unbedint zuvorderst am Meer aber das hat uns ebenfalls nicht gestört. Das Resort stellt in den Zimmern nur Pulverseife zur Verfügung, sowohl für Hände als auch für die Dusche. Dies hat uns nicht so überzeugt. Ebenfalls würden wir empfehlen, eine grosse Ration Wasser zu kaufen, bevor man ins Resort geht, da es dort zwar Hahnen mit Trinkwasser hat, man aber seine Flaschen nicht am Hahnen auffüllen darf. An der Bar verkaufen sie aber nur 0.5L Flaschen, was für uns zu wenig war und nur für zusätzlichen Abfall zu den vielen Plastikbächern für den Hahnen sorgt.

- Claudia (4/5): - Il tratto di spiaggia su cui si trova è forse il meno bello nella zona di Alimini, spostandosi verso sud si trovano spiagge più piacevoli. La cucina è davvero ottima per un all inclusive in quanto a scelta e qualità, peccato che l'esperienza al ristorante rovini non poco il momento dei pasti, con personale (non tutti, per fortuna) evidentemente stressato e lunghe ricerche di un tavolo a cui sedersi, per lo più sporco. Lettini in spiaggia e in piscina occupati da asciugamani senza che nessuno possa fare nulla. Amenities in stanza a dir poco risicate. Ma bottigliette d'acqua rinnovate quotidianamente. Staff dell'animazione davvero bravo, spettacoli brevi ma molto piacevoli. Al miniclub troppi bambini rispetto al numero degli animatori. Non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta alle mie mail/messaggi. Infine prenotando su Expedia ho pagato il triplo degli ospiti che hanno usato l'agenzia e che in più hanno ricevuto cocktail di benvenuto e camere in una posizione migliore della mia.

- Elmira (6/5): Not a hotel I would visit again. - The hotel was located on a very nice long beach Our teenagers found a lot of friends and could be involved in activities. The hotel was crowded with families with lots of children. It was noisy everywhere specially in the restaurant, at breakfast and dinner it was too loud and noisy. Not suitable if you want some quiet or cosy feeling. The breakfast was poor. Dinner was good but there were no signs in English. The evening show was all in Italian. A hotel just for Italians.
- Angela (10/5): Un'oasi rilassante e rigenerante, in un territtorio ricco di storia e cultura - La struttura è direttamente sul mare e ti permette di poter raggiungere la spiaggia e le altre zone del villaggio in pochissimi minuti; ottima cura del verde che circonda l'intero villaggio che dà un senso di pulizia e freschezza; spiaggia privata ampia e comoda, riservata soltanto agli ospiti del villaggio.

Bellissimo il mare e la spiaggia lunga, perfetta per camminare! Il cibo e’ sempre vario, con molta scelta e si mangia sempre bene! Io avevo la camera al piano alto e sono stata bene! Ringrazio Emma e Eugenia (se ricordo bene) per la pulizia della camera, sempre impeccabili! E’ andato tutto bene! Per muoversi però fuori dal villaggio serve la macchina, perché intorno non c’è nulla.. solo altri villaggi turistici.
