- Taina (10/5): Lovely stay - Beautiful and cozy little hotel in an old building. My room was comfortable, spacious, and I had a huge balcony facing the mountains. I found the location very good, and service very friendly and helpful.

Das Bett war uns ein wenig zu weich - aber das ist auch alles, was es zu beanstanden gäbe. Man muss wirklich sagen, in dem ganzen Eck sind die Leute sowas von gastfreundlich und lieb, ganz herzlichen Dank an euch alle!

Negativ: Kaum deutschsprachiges Personal, außerdem ziemlich unstrukturiert (insbesondere in der Buchführung), Hygiene-Maßnahmen wurden vom Personal in der Regel nicht eingehalten.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Hat gepasst - Die Zimmer wirken frisch renoviert, Farbe, Teppiche, Betten wirklich in Ordnung. Die Schliessanlage der Zimmer klappte oft erst beim über 10. Mal hinhalten. Buffet fürs Frühstückalles da. Tische standen für meinen Geschmack zu eng. Der Hinterhof hat von der Renovierung die Spuren noch deutlich sichtbar - alte Tore, Verrostetes. Grundsätzlich aber ein guter Aufenthalt!

Det kändes inte heller tryggt att bo i rummet, då det fanns en dörr mellan vårt rum och andra gästers rum. I övrigt var personalen mycket tillmötesgående och vänliga. Området var lugnt med nära till restauranger.

For the price its a good value. Overall the town is not much for dining etc, and you need to travel by bus to the other mountains for more extensive skiing. This was a frustration for us.

- rainer (8/5): Gutes Preis.-/Leistungsverhältnis - Nettes Hotel mit guter Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Inhaber/Personal war stets hilfsbereit und ist gut durchorganisiert. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist ein wenig Schimmel im Badezimmer und die Toilettenbrille ist fleckig (hier bin ich aber auch sehr penibel). Allgemeine Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung. Das Hotel liegt günstig, von hier ist man sehr schnell an allen beliebigen Orten und Sehenswürdigkeiten.

There was one young lady on reception no other staff members. the receptionist was very helpful,friendly and happily froze my ice blocks overnight which was very helpful,in the hot climate. Pleased it was next to a Spar supermarket.
- Linnea (6/5): Helt ok, centralt. - Helt ok hotell som är ganska charmigt men hotellet ligger väldigt nära tågstationen. På sommaren när det är varmt ville vi ha balkongen öppen eftersom AC saknades men då kunde vi inte sova pga ljudet från järnvägen. Frukosten var helt ok men det stora plusset är att personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam samt att det är ett bra läge nära till det mesta!
- Harri (10/5): A great place to stay in Bad Gastein - A spacious, clean and quiet room and very friendly service, no complaints whatsoever. Located near the city centre, and conveniently next to the Stubnerkogelbahn and the big grocery store. Parking can apparently be a bit tricky during busiest times of the year, but we had no problems finding a spot during our stay (beginning of July).
- Arja (8/5): Hyvä hotelli rautatieaseman lähellä - Hotellin sijainti oli loistavamikäli ei ole herkkäunininen. Junarata kulki vierestä ja liikennettä oli myös yöllä. Hotellissa ei ole hissiä, mikä ei meitä patikoimaan lähteviä haitannut. Palvelu oli hyvää ja hissit vuorille lähellä sekä kylpylä. Suosittelen! Täältä oli helppo lähteä vuorille vaeltamaan.

- Charlotte (8/5): - Et lille skønt hotel med et nærværende og venligt personale. Ligger tæt på banen, som kan høres særligt om sommeren, når man har behov for åbne døre og vinduer. Meget tæt på skiliftsområde, som er en fordel i vinterhalvåret. Vi boede i kvistværelserne, som ikke var helt opdaterede i fht. Resten af hotellets standart. Vores overordnede oplevelse har nu været rigtig god alligevel takket være den skønne stemning, som er på et lille hotel!
- Jens (10/5): Kanonhotell - Detta måste vara ett av dom bästa 3 stjärniga hotell som finns.... Och det beror inte på standarden främst, som dock håller hög klass, utan på den fenomenala service ägaren/ägarinnan ger under vistelsen. Sen att det är mindre än 400meter till lift och kommunikation gör ju inte saken sämre....
- Steve (10/5): Welcoming small hotel - This was a basic hotel, but it was very clean and had recent renovations done and was a good value. I think it was a family run operation (same people at night and in the morning) and everyone involved was very friendly and helpful. There was a small bar where I had a beer in the evening. The bar tender told me to pay when I checked out, and then when I checked out the man who I think was the owner told me not to worry about it. On the house. It was summer, but bad weather and it was not very busy. There are a lot of hotels in this town, but I think everyone should give this small welcoming hotel a chance. People so hardworking, helpful and sincere deserve to succeed.
