• elena (2/5): Bisogna migliorare molte cose, la privacy del bagno è la prima cosa - L’unica cosa positiva è la posizione Porta del bagno assente, poltrone usurate, televisione minuscola, check in lento e con ritardo nonostante fosse programmato.

We had to borrow a kind italian person to call the number we had for our reservatiin and got the keys for a café around the corner.It was quite stressful... Once we were in the place was great but we didn't see anyone until the day we left.

The lady at the reception who is also cleaning and maintaining the place, is super kind, friendly and going above and beyond to help the guests. Thank you!
• Rashela (10/5): Perfect choice 👌 - Perfect location! As soon as you stepped outside, you could see the Colosseum. The staff were extremely welcoming, calm, and always ready to help. Everything was spotlessly clean. The room was very warm, and the bathroom had everything needed. Comfortable mattress and pillows. They helped us store our luggage even though check-in time hadn’t arrived yet, and also allowed us to leave our bags after check-out and pick them up a few hours later. I highly recommend it to everyone, and if I return to Rome, I would definitely stay there again. Nothing. Everything good.

• Gilbert (6/5): Ok but Where do we begin! - We liked how close it was to the colosseum. Easy walk. Room has modern feel to it. Of you staying for a couple nights it’s not too bad. - Staff was non existent. We called the mobile phone number twice liked they asked to do upon arrival and no one answered to get into the building. We were lucky to bump into someone that was there when we arrived inside. As soon as we checked in they were gone and the office closed. - Elevator was broken we had to haul our luggage to the second floor. After a long day of travel. Not something you want to do. - TV not working, had no channels - Towel warming rack did not work. Just a rack. - Lamp on desk table did not work

It is an excellent location, near the Colosseum and Roman Forum, and has several public transit options nearby (but still a quiet location). The room was nice and comfortable, and decorated with artistic photos of nearby monuments/ruins (each room is themed with one, mine was Trajan's markets).

Comfortable bed and shower although a bit small was wonderful everyday with good water temperature and pressure. Would highly recommend.

The hotel has not a 24/7 reception and the room was insulated but you can here some noises from the outside street.

• Umesh (10/5): Hard to find but convenient to tourist attractions - We walked there, and it was hard to find. I never did see a street sign for the address. It’s a big wooden door next to small bar on the corner. Just off the main separated street.

• Sigrid (6/5): Nice, well located rooms but horrible staff and no help or clarity at all - The property is well located and the room is nice. They’re not really a hotel or a relais, they do not have anyone there to help you. You have to do everything on your own by calling them and they don’t communicate things well, are not clear, say thing and then change them. In our case they asked us to leave the money in the room to pay for the taxes city taxes, they confirmed they received them and after we had left they tried to charge us more by asking us for a credit card number. I honestly would not stay there again and do not recommend the experience with them.

• ROBERTO (10/5): Wonderful Place to STAY in ROME! - Wow! What a great stay. The location was amazing! Close to the Colosseum and the Metro. The room was perfect for us and was up to date. The area felt safe and secure. There is also a great coffee/ pastry right down stairs.
• Maria (8/5): - The room is spacious and clean, the check in process was a night mare arrived after 6pm I had a call from a lady over what’s up app guiding me of how to check in but was hard to understand her English also did not feel comfortable having to share pictures of my passport over what’s up app and not once did I meat anyone from the hotel in 4 days I was there.

• Dixie (8/5): Would definitely stay again - The room was very spacious, clean and well stocked. Location was good - very close to good restaurants and the colosseum and between 2 metro stations. Very nice bathroom and felt very secure. The check in process was confusing but the staff responded to our call quickly.

I was suppose to be in room 5 a more expensive room but got put in room 6 a much smaller and cheaper room. There should be a refund of the difference
