• Bente (8/5): Kommer gjerne tilbake. - Beliggenheten er super. En veldig god restaurant I samme gate. Veldig hyggelig personale. God italiensk frokost servert på rommet. Litt støy utenfra om kvelden fra vårt rom som vendte ut mot gaten. Vanskelig å finne inngangen til hotellet. Kun et lite skilt over en ringeklokke. Ble hjulpet av en hyggelig mann som kunne vise vei.

• Alexa (8/5): Emplacement idéal ! - L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Rome, dans un très beau quartier avec beaucoup de bons restaurants autour, sans trop de touristes. Les jeunes femmes a l accueil étaient charmantes. La taille de la chambre était très bien. La literie était très confortable. Le bruit du restaurant en bas jusqu'à 1h du matin et les chambres mal insonorisées. Le petit déjeuner était très moyen, en particulier les jus de fruits chimiques.
• Ortner (10/5): Wenn wir wieder nach Rom reisen werden, werden wir auf jeden Fall diese Unterkunft wieder buchen - Die Lage war wirklich top: Die Bushaltestelle war in der Nähe, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche wurden täglich gewechselt. Und der Service war einfach super nett und sehr freundlich. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt!

• Liano (8/5): Perfect short stay in Rome. Loved the accommodation - We loved the building. Set in old apartment block with quaint doors and old fashioned elevator. Had an old time charm about it. Location is excellent and we walked to the Vatican in 10 mins. Room was very good and although at front of property the sound proff double glazing was excellent. Room was made up every day . Clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly . Breakfast served in your room and was adequate but lots of lovely coffee shops and restaurants near by if breakfast not too your taste . Loved our stay and can recommend this property. Didn’t love the breakfast . Would rather have the option to go out for breakfast with so many lovely shops near by.

Alleen Colosseum en Forum Romanum zijn wat verder weg maar met de metro goed te bereiken. Metro op een kwartier lopen van de accommodatie Het ontbijt is inclusief. Echter wordt op de kamer gebracht. Dat was ons bij boeking niet duidelijk en is niet zo comfortabel

• David (8/5): Estancia ideal para un fin de semana en Roma - La ubicación perfecta, Cerca del Vaticano unos 15 minutos andando, La fontana de Trevi, otros 15 minutos. Bin conectado con autobuses para ir al Coliseo. El desayuno correcto, servido en la habitación. Consistía en un café con leche o capuchino, un croisant, un panecillo con mermelada y mantequilla, zumo y yogurt. El baño muy bien, reformado y la ducha funcionaba muy bien. Los empleados fantásticos, muy amables. Ademas nos dejaron dejar las maletas el dia del Check-out hasta que nos fuimos al Aeropuerto, gracias. El ascensor era antiguo, de época años 20. El edificio era antiguo, pero por dentro estaba muy bien.

• Endre (3/5): Nem ajánlom reggelivel. - A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló, szinte minden nevezetesség séta távolságban. Szoba, fürdőszoba rendben, az ágy kényelmetlen. Azért foglalunk szobát reggelivel, hogy nyugodt, kényelmes, bőséges reggeli után kezdjük a napot. Itt a szobánkban, kis asztal mellett, felváltva kellett megenni a bolti mini zsemlét, croissant, mini vajjal, mini lekvárral és mini nutellával. Rosszabb, és drágább volt, mint ha vásároltunk volna magunknak a boltban. Felháborító egy 200 eurós szállástól.

• Rosaria (2/5): Modalità di gestione pessima - La posizione centrale L'esperienza è stata pessima. Avevamo prenotato due camere: una doppia ad uso singola ed una matrimoniale a uso singola. Quando siamo arrivati la titolare ci dice che l'indomani uno di noi due sarebbe dovuto andare in un altro albergo perché era capitato un disguido. Abbiamo manifestato il nostro disappunto, ma lei ha insistito dicendo che il giorno dopo sarebbe arrivato un ospite con necessità particolari e che lei era tenuta a a dargli quella stanza. La signora indisponente e a tratti poco incline all'ascolto ha detto che non aveva altre soluzioni. Abbiamo fatto notare che non aveva avvisato e che quanto meno avrebbe dovuto inviare una mail. A quel punto ha avanzato garbatamente un sacco di scuse. Noi avevamo necessità di stare nella stessa struttura per motivi di lavoro. Considerato il nostro no irremovibile, la signora in malo modo ha poi detto che uno di noi la sera successiva avrebbe dovuto cambiare camera rimanendo nella stessa struttura. Noi abbiamo accettato (anche per chiudere la questione ormai diventata insopportabile). Quindi la stanza doppia che avevamo pagato, la sera successiva è diventata una stanza singola, angusta e con un bagno piccolissimo. La mattina una signora ci serviva la colazione in camera, ma sceglieva lei cosa dovevamo mangiare noi perché ci portava un vassoio con quello che decideva (per esempio: cornetto alla ricotta piuttosto che ciccolato o brioches vuote ... etc). Le strutture serie quando non hanno spazi per servire la colazione scrivono che non offrono questo servizio oppure si convenzionano con qualche bar. Al momento del pagamento la signora, che aveva detto che per il disguido del primo giorno non ci avrebbe fatto pagare la tassa di soggiorno facendosene carico lei, è tornata indietro sulla parola data. Il posto è grazioso, ma gestito in quel modo purtroppo è una tristezza. Non tornermo più in questo b&b.

Les remontées d'odeur dans la salle de bains et le petit déjeuner car nous n'avons pas trouvé le café bon et pas de pain (des biscottes au lieu du pain). Et dommage pas de table pour poser le plateau du petit déjeuner servi en chambre.

• Carmen (8/5): - Alojamiento muy bien situado, se puede ir andando a todos los sitios y con muchos restaurantes alrededor. El personal es encantador, te aconsejan y ayudan en todo y la habitación para dos personas está muy bien. El baño olía un poco a cañería. Para nosotros que íbamos con un bebé está genial que lleven el desayuno a la habitación a la hora que indicas, pero echamos en falta algo de charcutería y un pan más contundente. Al final se hace un poco repetitivo. Para nuestro gusto, entraba mucha claridad por las cortinas, no eran opacas del todo.

• Gianfranco (8/5): - Buon rent-a-room in ottima posizione per visitare il Centro ed i maggiori monumenti; non dispone di garage privato ma a circa 100 metri, in Piazza Cavour, vi è un ottimo parcheggio pubblico H24 al costo di 30 Euro al dì (un consiglio: non muovete la vettura altrimenti si paga a frazionatura e viene a costare molto di più!); camera e bagno adeguati; ottimi bar e ristoranti nella Via; camera molto silenziosa con letto grande e materassi comodi; devo ringraziare Barbara per la disponibilità e per la comunicazione. !!! Ara Pacis è segnalato solo da una piccolissima targa di ottone vicino ai citofoni !!! nell'imminenza dell'arrivo, se in auto, conviene chiamare telefonicamente poichè la via è molto stretta e a senso unico senza area per scarico bagagli. La colazione era molto, molto 'minimale', servita in camera poichè non esiste anche solo una piccola sala comune.

No tengo ni idea del porqué ya q jamás se me dio una explicación. Se me cambia de hotel, no sé me dice absolutamente nada y cuando pido una explicación al parecer al personal le pareció ofensivo por mi parte. No entendí absolutamente nada. Sólo una chica del Aras Pacis me estuvo ayudando continuamente en mi estancia en Roma. Lamentablemente no conozco su nombre.

Per il resto ritengo che l'offerta non valga il costo che propone. - Ottima posizione, vicino alla metro fermata Lepanto e a due passi da Piazza del Popolo e quindi da zone centrali. Segnalato male dall'esterno, manca un'insegna o qualsiasi cosa che individui il posto, situato all'interno di un condominio. Si legge solo il nome sul citofono. Colazione in camera con pochissima scelta.
• Jónás (10/5): Kiváló választás az oda utazóknak. - Szép és tiszta szálláshely. Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, pár perc sétára a nevezetességektől és a látnivalóktól. A reggelivel is elégedettek voltunk. Külön kiemelném a segítőkész személyzetet! Mindenben rendelkezésünkre álltak.

На сайте покупали одно / а на самом деле номер дали совсем другой - с видом во двор на шумный двор с тепловыми насосами которые не останавливались шуметь круглосуточно. Когда спросили поменять. • Vanessa (5/5): Be careful - Location Property advertised a certain amount of beds in the room description and later on said the room had one less bed than advertised. I reached out to booking and they said they would provide what was advertised. However, when I arrived they made me pay extra for the bed they had put in the room. I let it go initially to avoid more stress but then after checkout I received a message that something was wrong with the room after I left (some scratches on a table that were old and not from us). The property said they had a video of the room before our arrival (which they never showed us) showing it was not there. It was our word against theirs. Luckily, my mother had a video of the room to prove that it wasn’t us but I’m afraid if it wasn’t for that they would’ve tried to charge us something else extra.

• Claire (6/5): Très bien pour une visite de Rome de quelques jours - Une excellente situation pour cet établissement, très central ! A pieds, vous serez à 5 minutes du château St Ange, 15 minutes de la piazza Navona , 15 minutes de la piazza del popolo, 15 minutes du panthéon, 30 minutes du forum. Ligne de bus au bas de l'établissement et ligne de métro à 5 minutes. L'endroit est parfait pour visiter. Une permanence d'accueil est assurée quelques heures dans la journée seulement. La réceptionniste est très serviable (n'hésitez pas à lui demander de réserver un taxi pour vous, si besoin) Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais 4 chambres occupant un tiers d'étage dans un immeuble. La chambre est correcte, sans plus. Le lit est confortable et la salle de bain convenablement équipée (excepté le tuyau de douche qui fuit) mais les murs sont très fins et vous entendrez les ronflements du pensionnaire d'à côté. Le petit-déjeuner (compris) est à prendre dans un café à proximité et est vraiment minimaliste ( un café, un jus de fruit industriel, un croissant et un toast au jambon sans possibilité d'avoir une option végétarienne). Le prix semble un peu élevé relativement aux prestations : clairement, vous payez l'emplacement !

Pokój wyposażony w 2 wygodne łóżka, stoliki nocne; szafę z sejfem; telewizor, stolik , lodówkę oraz czajnik bezprzewodowy zapewniał komfortowy pobyt. Śniadanie włoskie, smaczne, serwowano do pokoju . Miła obsługa. Łazienka z prysznicem , umywalką i bidetem i wc oraz suszarką do włosów, ręcznikami i środkami czystości zmienianymi i uzupełnianymi . Codziennie sprzątano. Obiekt położony w pobliżu Watykanu, zamku Anioła i Tybru. Do wielu zabytków można dotrzeć pieszo. Przystanki komunikacji miejskiej znajdują się w pobliżu. W najbliższym otoczeniu restauracje, bary i sklepiki. Plan miasta do dyspozycji okazał się bardzo pomocny. Brak punktu informacyjnego, z którego można by korzystać na bieżąco w razie potrzeby...Brak zniżek dla seniorów w Rzymie. Złe oznakowanie tras prowadzących do zabytków. Bardzo rzadko rozmieszczone strzałki i punkty informacyjne na terenie miasta. Brak dużych planów miasta na ulicach, które pomagają orientować się w miejscu, w którym się turysta znajduje.

Pulizia Colazione: sul sito non è specificato che ti viene portata in camera. Scomodo per fare colazione, non sai dove appoggiarti e sederti. Inoltre ci è stato chiesto un orario preciso per colazione direttamente in camera, ci siamo accordati per le 9 e hanno bussato alle 8.40... I piumoni non c'erano: ho contattato lo staff la sera quando ce ne siamo accorte ed è stata trovata fortunatamente una soluzione all'ultimo.

Inoltre sotto le finestre ci sono locali che fanno baccano tutta la notte. Impossibile dormire

• lorraine (8/5): Perfect spot for those who like to be close by sites, shops etc. but not in the bustling centre. - The location is perfect, 15 minutes to nearest Metro stop - Lepanto, many buses to all parts of the city, bus stops close by, a fairly residential neighbourhood, some noise, Rome is noisy and fabulous, but with the windows closed and aircon on, no problem getting a decent sleep. Facitilities and room are very clean, the room was functional and had everything needed for a short stay. I stayed 4 nights. The room was fine but a comfortable chair and a bigger table would have been welcome, after walking all day, a comfy chair and somewhere to write would be very welcome.
