• I-Chun (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the location was perfect, just next to the train station, which made traveling very convenient. The breakfast included with the booking was also very generous and delicious. What made this place truly special was the owner, an elderly gentleman who treated guests like family. One morning, I mentioned that I wanted to save my breakfast fruit for later in the evening, and he kindly said yes. When I returned to the hotel that night, not only were the banana and pear from breakfast waiting for me, but he had also added a kiwi and even prepared a small knife for cutting the fruit. The next morning, there was even an orange added to the breakfast fruit plate. Such thoughtful kindness really touched me. Every morning he would sit in his little room and warmly greet me with a smile. Staying here felt less like a hotel and more like visiting family. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Poza tym ma dobrą lokalizację, między innymi bardzo blisko jest dworzec kolejowy. Można dojść spacerem do różnych atrakcji turystycznych. Ma dobre wyposażenie i śniadanie w cenie. W okolicy jest sporo dobrych restauracji z niezłymi cenami jak na Rzym.

• HIROSHI (10/5): ローマ旅行の最高の思い出になりました。 - テルミニ駅から徒歩10分くらいで立地は良いです。扉の前のベルを押すと解錠されてオーナーさんが優しい笑顔で迎えてくれます。ウェルカムでカプチーノとビスケットをいただきました。地図で観光地への行き方を教えていただいたり、近くのオススメのレストランなどを教えていただき、とても親切なオーナーさんでした。朝食を奥さんが希望の時間に部屋に届けてくれて、とても豪華で美味しかったです。日替わりでパンやヨーグルトの種類が変わってホスピタリティーが最高でした。近くにレストランやハンバーガー屋さん、コンビニもあり、主要な観光地までは歩いて20分くらいです。近くのレプッブリカ駅も歩いて5分くらいで立地は最高です。初めてのイタリア旅行でしたが、おかげさまで最高の思い出ができました。またローマに来る時はぜひ利用させていただきたいです。 シャワーの水圧が少し弱い。 鍵の使い方が難しい。

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und ruhig mit guter Ausstattung und großer Dusche. Das Frühstück war sehr individuell und mehr als ausreichend. Es wurde jeden Morgen zur gewünschten Zeit ins Zimmer gebracht. Gute Lage nahe Bahnhof Termini, von wo aus man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut erreichen kann.

Auch die Betten waren bequem. Im Bad hat man ausreichend platz. Zentrale Lage, unweit vom Bahnhof Der Safe war leider nicht nutzbar da defekt. Stühle wären für das Frühstück bequemer als die Hocker. • Van Dok (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf bij CityLife: schoon, gastvrij, heerlijk ontbijt en perfect gelegen in Termini. - Na opgehaald te zijn via een bij CityLife geregeld transfer werden wij opgewacht door een zeer vriendelijke chauffeur die ons tijdens de rit zelfs wat leuke informatie over Rome heeft gegeven. Bij aankomst en uiterst vriendelijk ontvangst door de eigenaar met een uitleg over het super leuke, zeer schone en complete appartement. Iedere ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt gebracht op het afgesproken tijdstip door de eigenaresse op de kamer. Wij hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf bij CityLife welke ook zeer centraal is gelegen in Termini nabij het metro- en busstation. Misschien een klein puntje maar ik zou hier zo weer naar toe gaan is de lage douche. Ik was met mijn beide zoons die vrij lang zijn en het plafond van de douche vrij laag. Door de regendouche konden zij hier bijna niet onder staan maar gelukkig konden zij gebruik maken van de losse slang met douchekop.

• Paul (8/5): A great stay close to Termini. - Good location in good area, very walkable to Termini Station with luggage. Room was spacious and clean. Room delivered breakfast was very good, plentiful and varied. Communication via WhatsApp was generally prompt and good. Overall, a very good stay and would recommend. Since there are tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, the provision and replenishment of tea (standard English Breakfast should be minimum), sugar and milk should be available. Bottled water provided on first day only. No bottle opener/cork screw available. 8.15 am is the earliest that breakfast is delivered to the room. If needed any earlier, the nearby cafe is the option. No air conditioner controller present on first night, and no staff available to assist. The rates are not the cheapest, so expectations were high. If the above were fixed then definitely would help the score reach a ‘10’.

As I said in another review, I cannot sufficiently thank the Italian people for their graciousness and assistance. In addition. My husband is a disabled veteran, so we applaud the Italians for their program that makes visiting the historical sites convenient, cost effective, and pleasant. We discovered this program by accident and, in spite of an occasional language barrier, we were always treated graciously, and allowed in with minimal delay (standing for a long time is difficult for him).

The location is excellent – very close to Termini station, which makes getting around extremely convenient. The Repubblica metro station is also within a 10-minute walk, and from there you can easily reach all the main attractions in the city. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist with anything we needed, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay in Rome – we would definitely recommend it! -

Eravamo in tre: stanza grande e comodissima, così come il bagno, grande cura negli arredi e nei particolari (fragranze in ogni ambiente, macchina per caffè con cialde, bollitore e scelta di tè e tisane). La colazione è servita in camera con puntualità sull'orario scelto e cibo fresco, a scelta tra dolce e salato, yogurt, succhi e ottimo caffè. I gestori sono affabili e gentilissimi.

• Sandra (9/5): Absolute Empfehlung - Wir hatten für 6 Tage ein dreier Zimmer. Es war ausreichend groß. Es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Es gab ein leckeres Frühstück im Zimmer. Wir haben nach einer extra Decke gefragt und diese auch am nächsten Tag bekommen. Es wurde vor und während der Reise unter anderem über WhatsApp kommuniziert, was ich praktisch fand. Ansonsten war während des Frühstücks immer jemand persönlich vor Ort und hat gerne alle Fragen beantwortet. Alle waren super freundlich und aufmerksam. Absolute Empfehlung. Auch von der Lage her. Nur 500 Meter vom Termini und auch die Altstadt ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen.

The location was perfect, a 5 10 minute walk from the in rail station and bus/tram stops and only a half hour walk (if thats your thing) to the main attractions.
• sandrine (8/5): Séjour au top à Rome - L’hôtel est super bien situé. Tout proche du terminal quand vous arrivez en bus de l’aéroport. Nous avons fait nos 3 jours et demi tout à pied. Le responsable est très sympathique et la personne qui emmène le p’tit dej au top. Le petit dej était très copieux. La chambre 4 était côté cour donc pas un seul bruit la nuit. Par contre, le désavantage d’être côté cour oblige à avoir la lumière artificielle tout le temps. C’est vraiment le point faible de la luminosité ainsi que dans la salle de bains.

• Maria Stefania (10/5): Coccolati e a due passi da tutto - Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo B&B, io e mio marito, e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti della nostra scelta. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: in una zona strategica e ben collegata, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Termini, ma soprattutto comodissima per raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi le principali attrazioni di Roma. Ideale per vivere la città senza stress e senza dover prendere continuamente mezzi pubblici. La camera e il bagno erano impeccabili, pulitissimi e profumati, curati nei minimi dettagli e completi di tutti i prodotti per la cura personale. In camera non mancava nulla: frigorifero, macchinetta del caffè con cialde sempre disponibili, bollitore con tisane… ogni comfort pensato per far sentire l’ospite davvero coccolato. La colazione servita direttamente in camera è stata una vera sorpresa: abbondantissima, varia e di qualità. Talmente ricca che non siamo riusciti a finire tutto! Cappuccino e caffè, frutta fresca di stagione, marmellate, Nutella, fette biscottate, yogurt, succhi di frutta e croissant caldi appena fatti… una colazione che da sola vale il soggiorno. Un ringraziamento speciale al signor Franco, una persona squisita: gentilissimo, disponibile e attento. Ci ha fornito una cartina e preziosissimi consigli su cosa visitare, oltre a indicarci un ottimo ristorante per la sera dove ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un’attenzione che fa davvero la differenza. Che dire… lo consigliamo senza alcun dubbio. Se torneremo a Roma, sarà sicuramente il nostro punto di riferimento. Tutto bello

• Günther (5/5): Der Aufenthalt ist in Ordnung gewesen, mehr aber auch nicht. Uns ist ein Rätsel wie diese vielen pos - Das Frühstück ist für uns viel zu wenig gewesen. Ist frühestens erst ab 9:15 Uhr möglich gewesen. Wenn man Besichtigungen vorhat, kommt man dann erst sehr spät weg und kann sich dann umso länger anstellen. Man bekommt als Alternative wenn man zeitiger frühstücken möchte, einen Gutschein in der Nähe des Zimmers für ein Lokal/Bar, dieses ist aber komplett NICHT zu empfehlen!
• Frauke (10/5): Wieder eine schöne Erinnerung an diese erstaunliche Stadt in diesem wunderschönen Land. - Es war nachts angenehm ruhig. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, bot jedoch alles was für einen Stadturlaub erforderlich ist. Das Bad war erstaunlich groß und sehr modern und gepflegt. Das süß angerichtete Frühstück wurde nach einer zeitlichen Absprache mit den Gastgeberen gereicht. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind ausreichend Restaurants und kleine Minisupermärkte. Der Bahnhof Termini ist zu Fuß vielleicht 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Auch dort gibt es einen Supermarkt und kleine Geschäfte. Die nächste Metro Station ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Am Abfahrtstag konnte ich mein Gepäck noch in der Unterkunft stehen lassen. Dazu fällt mir nichts ein. Es war einfach genau passend für mich und meine Ansprüche und Bedürfnisse.

Все основные достопримечательности в часе ходьбы (максимум).1 местный номер не большой,чисто, кровать удобная. Номер темноват. В дневное время приходится включать освещение. Вида из окна нет. Вид в двор. Колодец из стен.

• Jaume (10/5): - El tracte dels propietaris, l'esmorzar a l'habitació (quantiós i sabrós), molt net, bon matalàs, ben ubicat, bona oferta al voltant per dinar i sopar, ben comunicat amb transport públic i a peu a 20 minuts ets als llocs més important (excepte Vaticà). Edifici i entorn tranquil, silenciós que et deixa dormir bé. Franco i la seva esposa són molt atens, t'ajudaran i guiaran.

• mariolo (9/5): Great place to stay - The place was fantastic, easy to find and reach, pretty close to the Termini station. The room was perfect for a person or two with a broad bathroom inside. In winter the place stays warm and it has an A/C unit for the summer. The bed was firm and comfortable, it also has a supletary mattress for a second person. Also the location is great, I was able to reach main touristic points on foot. The hosts were very kind and attentive with everything, with the breakfast and helping with indications in the best way to reach every place, also recommended places for lunch.

• nadia (10/5): Torneró sicuramente. - Struttura comodissima per la posizione. Vicinissima a termini e anche al centro di roma, raggiungibile sia a piedi sia con i mezzi. Stanza pulita e ordinata. Pulizie e cambio teli tutti i giorni. Colazione ottima.
