Took Metro K Line ( Redondo Beach Station next to hotel) and then free terminal transfer bus back to airport which was extremely convenient. Some noise from Freeway outside which remained busy overnight.

• Loren (9/5): Incroyable ! - L’accueil du personnel et les équipements de l’hôtel. Il est assez proche de l’aéroport et à mi chemin entre plusieurs sites d’intérêt. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l’hôtel car il était très propre; la chambre confortable et nous avons bénéficier des services d’un hôtel malgré le fait que nous avalons eu un studio. Le petit-déjeuner était très convenable et l’hôtel est a proximité de Vons (supermarché) et de quelques restaurants. Il est idéal pour se reposer. Nous reviendrons ! Lit trop moelleux pour moi mais c’est un détail.

• Ruud (7/5): The breakfast and location were very good, but the room could use some updates - The breakfast was fantastic. This lighting and window coverings in the room need an overhaul. The curtains were too long so they dragged on the floor preventing them from closing completely. This was a major concern because we were on the first floor. The lighting in the room wasn't great. The bedroom had a harsh fluorescent can light and the living area had too few lamps.

• Dalene (10/5): Amazing as we had our granddaughter for spring break and the pool/hot tub/location to frwys/stores!! - The selection of various foods n beverages was excellent. Location perfect. Front Desk Staff and Housekeeping Staff i loved. The pool/hot tub/gym/bb court perfectly set up. Happy Hour, nice prices but needs to be longer than 1.5 hrs as we enjoyed Michael Bartender and not getting ripped off with price gouging. The Kitchen needs to have more. There was only 1 frying pan w/lid and no cooking utensils. Had problem with dishwasher but OK (easier to wash myself ) Need more lamps with brighter bulbs, too dark (room 124) but will request same room next trip it was perfect no neighbors n so so quiet.

The breakfast was amazing The bed had a big dip in the middle so I had a sore back for days from not sleeping well. The pan had a beet loose handle and made it difficult to cook.

A/C was loud, change in noises woke my spouse up middle-of-the-night. 1 of 2 TVs didn't work, though if it were important we could've had the front desk log a maintenance request. Neither TV accepted casting (chromecast, airplay), though it was a "smart" TV. This is our bad, but "King" bed meant "California king", which is narrower and longer, and was unexpected. Breakfast was adequate and slightly varying from day-to-day, but not stellar.

I can't believe that the room was not blocked off to be repaired. I left home to enjoy a nice hot bath since my home currently does not have one. This was extremely disappointing. I should be credited back for the room or offered a complimentary two night stay for a future date.

• William (9/5): Our stay was fun and relaxing. - Breakfast was very delicious! The night time bonfire was fun to sit around. The hotel was very close to the building we needed to go to the next day, great restaurants and beaches nearby. We drove the Venice beach to see the canals. There was a bit of an unpleasant conversation with the manager checking us in. My 5 year old needed to use the restroom while we checked in and the manager refused to answer my question after I asked 3 different times regarding where the lobby restroom was. We had driven 3 hours to get to the hotel and my 5 yr needed to pee. I had already given the manager my id and my name. I sternly told him the urgency and he finally told me where it was. The room was nice and clean but had allergies flare up - maybe dog hair in the circulating in the a/c. We were on the first floor and there were dogs in other rooms on the same floor.

• Clara (8/5): Bien passé dans l’ensemble. - Appartement spacieux et agréable. Petit-déjeuner très variés, beaucoup de choix et très bon. Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyer tous les jours et le sol n’a jamais été fait. Check in : Accueil moyenne par une personne peu patiente avec les touristes qui ont fait plus de 8h de route et qui ne maîtrisent pas l’anglais à 100%. Commentaire limite venant de cette personne en sachant probablement pas que nous allions comprendre.

• Dwantavia (10/5): - I loved my room at the hotel. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Rooms were cleaned and stocked promptly. The breakfast was delicious. I am currently planning my trip for 2026 and I will be staying there again. Thank you all for your excellent hospitality.

• luigi (3/5): - La posizione La camera non era adeguata al numero di occupanti pur essendo stata venduta per 4 adulti. Il divano letto era di pessima qualità e di dimensioni adeguate solo per bambini. Lo staff nono stante le segnalazioni ripetute ha ignorato il problema. Le sedie erano solo per due persone pur essendo la camera da 4 con angolo cottura quindi due mangiavano in piedi. Il frigorifero era molto rumoroso.
• Jose (2/5): - Walked in to a semi clean room with stains on mattress headboard and furniture. Had to switch room due to a broken A/C, clogged up bathroom sink and shower faucet falling apart. Did not receive housekeeping on any of our 2 rooms even after requesting it. Lack of hospitality and no proper customer service. Do not stay here, not worth it.

• Angela Combs (4/5): - Well as you know, Ive been here several times but this time wasnt so good. Firat there was 2 spiders on the ceiling. Then when i came back up feom going down foe some breakfast, my key card didnt work. I had to go down twice before I got one that worked

• Christothoulos (2/5): - Stayed here 3 times with no issues, manager Crystal is rude and should not be employed. Roxas works at the front desk and is warm and welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast is average and would not stay here again.
• Iwona (10/5): - This hotel is amazing. The property is very nice and the rooms are spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning is great and has a great variety. They also have some theme nights for the guests which was a nice perk.
