Guest Reviews
- Mike D. (10/5): Loved Bricco Suites, and will stay here again! - Loved the North End location. Easy access to the "T", close proximity to the airport, and front door access to the North End's famous Italian restaurants! A choice of different pillows would be nice - prefer firm pillow.
- Candy (9/5): Wonderful room and location - Beautiful room, spacious, fabulous location Stairs getting to room were a little tricky
- Anat (8/5): - Location We were at 3 floor, with out elevator. Deep steps.
All room facing road, we had back room but on main road so it was noisy all day,
Even we couldn’t open the window for air.
Our room was on a restaurant , at night was smell and we had to go and walk up threw the restaurant.
Peccato
- Karen (3/5): Choose somewhere else - Great part of Boston , nice towels and bedding Have to check in at busy bar then walk down street and through another busy restaurant (with all luggage) to get to room. No seating area as advertised. Tiny kitchen and table too. small to get 4 people around (we had 2 bed suite). Sliding opaque glass door to 1 bedroom that opened depending which floorboards stood on. Very noisy from restaurant music below and traffic. Not as photos suggest
- Alison (8/5): - The apartment layout was great for us - 3 adults (myself, my sister and brother in law) Beds comfy, pillows like resting you head on a cloud! Lovely shower. Host, Vinny, very welcoming on arrival. A very central location for our needs, T line station 5 minute walk away, and we used it extensively to get around different parts of the city with a 7 day pass. Relaxed, laid back, friendly helpful locals. A great location and base to explore Boston. Highly recommend 👌 Nothing that springs to mind! 😃
- Jennifer (9/5): -
- Anthony (5/5): Explained our displeasure with our electrical issue and worn out sofa with holes and got no where but “ we’re sorry “. - Location Refrigerator set breaker to trip constantly. Did this every day and ruined some food and dessert brought back to suite.
- Martin (10/5): Lovely accommodation in the heart of Italian Quarter in Boston -
- Jensen (10/5): - The location and 2 separate bedrooms Needed a couple comfy chairs
- Alejandro (10/5): -
- gabriel Rodolfo (9/5): - El espacio ,decoracion , limpieza .
- Pamela (10/5): - Check in was so easy. Suite was one bedroom and had everything needed. Could not fault the cleanliness. Additional extras such as coffee pods selection of teas and water were a very nice touch. Check in was so easy. Location excellent. In the centre of "little Italy" and within short walk to Fanuiel Hall. Absolutely loved staying here. Only suggestion would be to consider having a small couch/chairs. Our suite had a table with chairs. The room offered potential to have a small comfy seating area.
Would have also liked a second side table at the bed. Ended up using one of the chairs from the dining area to rest phone etc. But this did not detract from our stay. Suite was lovely.
- kumta (6/5): - Nice location & clean property No elevators & only one bathroom
- Cheryl (9/5): - Excellent location to the Wharf, Freedom Trail and public transportation. The staff were extremely helpful, carrying our bags up many steps, making suggestions for places to visit, allowing for late checkout and securing a cab for us on the day of our flight. We had a late flight, so they offered to hold our bags for us until our cab arrived! We were aware from other reviews that it can be noisy at times which we experienced as well.
- Iain (8/5): -
- Mary (10/5): I had a wonderful stay and the staff were very accommodating. - Great location and beautiful rooms!
- Reesha (10/5): Hidden gem located in the North End - Amazing location!!!
- Wangamon (8/5): -
- William (9/5): Use my stay there to accommodate being in Boston for the night for a function that I attended, and will definitely be st - Very unique and very clean The only thing that I did not like about the property was that there is not much parking
- Antonio (10/5): -
- Gian Luca (7/5): -
- Megan (10/5): Very comfortable stay in a great area at a reasonable price - Very spacious, comfortable, and great location. Staff were helpful and friendly! Would stay again. Everything was great. A sofa in the living area would have been nice instead of just the table and chairs but that’s just a small suggestion. It can also get a little noisy at night due to the fun vibes of the neighborhood but it didn’t bother us, just something to be aware of!
- Laura (9/5): -
- Mary (7/5): - I loved the location and I loved having two bedrooms. The bed was very comfortable! And, I really appreciated that we were given 4 regular coffee pods each day! That there was no elevator. That should be in the description. It was really difficult for my brother to climb the stairs. And, it was noisy. Not just the street noise but the heater and the restaurant.
- Victoria (10/5): -
- Lorene (10/5): - The location was excellent for all of us to either walk or use public transportation to get to get around the city. You were a hidden gem.
- Michael (10/5): -
- Fiona (9/5): Would stay again! - The suite we had was spotless! There was a nice sink, cold fridge (kept all wine and leftovers nice and cold), and had clean/stocked bathroom when we got there. The staff was super nice and accommodating, the location was fantastic, and the price was reasonable! The only thing we “didn’t like” was that the pillows were somewhat flat and one of our blinds gone stuck so we couldn’t close it.
- Diane (10/5): Very welcoming staff, we were so comfortable and the location was perfect for us. - Location Location Location! The unique stairway access to the suite. Lots of room to stretch out. Amazing shower. Nothing
- Tatiana (7/5): - Good location Very noisy working equipment outside of the room
- Simona (9/5): -

- Stephen (10/5): A hidden gem in the heart of Boston's oldest residential district. - I booked the Queen room and it felt more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room. Plenty of room to spread out and relax, with a full size sofa, a dining table for 2, a glass desk cleverly installed between two walls, and a generously-sized bathroom with an excellent dual-head shower. Best of all, the location could not not be better - not only are you near the start of the North End (from the city side), you are a quick walk to the Aquarium, TD Garden, Seaport, and everything else the northeast side of Boston has to offer. I think this is the most interesting part of Boston and perfect for first time visitors or previous residents like myself wanting to see how the city has evolved. I could not have been happier with my stay and will absolutely be booking Bricco Suites again next time I'm in Boston.
- Mathew (10/5): Amazing break in a lovely city - Great location and lovely staff
- Sara (8/5): -
- Katerina (7/5): - Nice spacious clean rooms, water bottles were brought every day. Nice staff. Good location, lots of restaurants nearby. The noise of the vent and heating is like a roaring train, it goes on all night. Very hard to sleep in it.
- MamaGinaIslandGirl927 (10/5): Great Anniversary trip! - I loved that we felt at home and the balcony was great! We also loved the location and the hospitality. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space for us to spend our anniversary! N/A
- amy (7/5): Great location and manager was very nice showing me the space. - Location was great. I thought the room was to be cleaned and restocked daily. It was not and we had to ask for restock of coffee etc. no Lobby nor front desk not staff for questions etc. just a bit weird.
- Loretta (10/5): Highly recommend—very cute, cozy, and clean!! Wonderful, friendly hotel staff!! - So cute and cozy!!
The Manager and staff were friendly and welcoming!!
Highly recommend this lovely hotel and restaurant!! Nothing to note—everything was wonderful!!
- Steve (10/5): Super experience! -
- Robert (10/5): -
- Walter (9/5): - Room was clean and neat. Staff was very helpful and very friendly.
- Mark (9/5): -
- Jill (10/5): - Great area, clean, space
- Cindy (8/5): Fun, peaceful, and easily accessible to the best food, the rain, downtown, and the beautiful harbor. - Can't beat the location. Located on a busy street, but because it's tucked away inside the back of an alley, we hear no street noise whatsoever. The staff were also very friendly. Vinny, especially, was very professional and hospitable. I didnt like being on the first floor. We were next to the entrance and so heard anyone coming in and out. Thankfully nobody came very late at night but we did get woken up by neighbors leaving at 6 something in the morning. Also, the pillow case and sheets had a stain (looked like the kind of stain that doesn't wash out), but other than that, we were very comfortable and happy.
- Esperanza (9/5): -
- Theodore (8/5): Bricco the right spot to stay in the north end. - Everything was very good. Loved the room and location. Just a heads up there is no elevator which was fine with us even though we were on the third floor. Having to go down to the bar for ice.
- Janet (7/5): - Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean and secure room. Great location! Close to everything. Bathroom looked much bigger in picture. Can’t believe no one has not shattered the shower door as it hits the sink when open. No area to store toiletries in bathroom. Microwave would have been nice. Only one night stand. One person has no where to place anything without getting up.
- Beradette (10/5): We had a lovely time in the city of Boston. The apartments were lovely and very central. - Location was great . It was very noisy early in the morning bins got collected at 4am every day.
- Dylan (9/5): -
- Kevin (10/5): As above. - Location and room was perfect. Right in the heart of Little Italy, with an apartment to ourselves. Nothing!
- Lauren (5/5): Great location and clean rooms. - The location is great. Room is reasonably quiet for being in the center of town as it is. Nice staff. 1) Biggest negative is that the stairs to go up to our room on the 2nd floor is very skinny and steep. Would be nice if there was an elevator or some type of luggage assistance. Not a place for older folks.
2) No after hour check-in location, we stood in the tiny bar/restaurant's hostess podium with our luggage while everyone at the restaurant was staring at us like weirdos and having difficulty walking around us. There was absolutely no place to stand. I think it would be more professional to receive guests in another location even though it is after hours.
3) The bathroom didn't have any room to hang clothes when you shower and has no shelf areas at all to put your toiletries or clothes. I had to close the lid to the toilet to put my clothes down. The bathroom sink area was enough to put the sink and nothing else.
4) One of the 2 bedroom suite didn't have enough desk space in the room to put your things either.
- Leslie (7/5): The hostess who checked us in did not explain about the stores behind the Bricco or the checkout process. Not a deal bre - The location was great. Room was big. The bed pillows are super flat and had to request extra hurts firmer sleep.
- Sean (10/5): - Unique location. So close to everything.
- Michelle (10/5): -
- Brian (10/5): Was one of our best vacations - Great location to get to everything by walking Walking up the stairs to the 3 rd floor
- Kellie (9/5): Highly recommend! Would definitely stay here again. - Great location. Room was perfect size and well equipped with water, coffee and other amenities. We did not have any issues with noise. Pillows need replaced.
- Walter (9/5): - Location is great staff very friendly and accommodating comfortable beds Bath fan did not work
- Angelica (10/5): -
- Stephen (10/5): Beautiful hotel, great restaurants, fantastic staff - It is in a great spot in the north end of Boston. 15 minutes from all the coolest spots. (Walking) The T was less than 5 minutes from all walk. No on-site parking at all. Parking in the closest garage was $33 a day
- Laurie (8/5): -
- Nicole (8/5): -
- lindsey (8/5): - Location was fantastic. Around everything to taste and tour No amenities
- Kevin (8/5): -
- cedric (8/5): Great location, but noisy AC which should be investigated by the owner. - Great location, and restaurants everywhere in the neighborhood, including the one in the hotel.
Rooms is huge (the one we had), with a full functioning kitchen and a living room separated from the bedrooms. AC in the bedrooms is definitely an issue when it kicks in (anytime, night and day), feels like a jumbo jet taking off when starting, waking us up each time.
No staff per se, as it is mainly a few rooms above the restaurant, so it is difficult to judge the staff as there is nobody dedicated to clients
- Sonia (9/5): - Es war so so toll! Es ist wie eine geheime Ecke, die einen in das Little Italy in New York der 1970er Jahre transportiert. Ich würde es definitiv empfehlen. Besitzer sind echte Italiener. Super Ausstattung!
- Stacy (10/5): Perfect location if you don’t mind stairs. - Location! It was perfect for seeing all the sites and eating all the food! The stairs!!
- Jana (10/5): -
- Stephanie (6/5): - Quiet, clean, right on the Freedom Trail. I didn’t like having to go inside a busy restaurant with all my luggage to check in. Very small bathroom too. The location was fine otherwise.
- Jen (10/5): -
- Ana (7/5): Very nice. Would have been exceptional if there had been less noise - Very central! Perfect location. You can walk to all main attractions I was in room 201 and the noise (from the street and the AC unit) was very loud. I am a heavy sleeper and therefore did not stress, but could be an issue for many people
- Alexandra (10/5): -
- Chuyin (9/5): -
- Hughie (8/5): -
- carmel (10/5): - Location. So clean Everything waa perfect
- Kevin (10/5): Fab property - Fantastic location and staff No lift but staff helped with luggage up 2 flights of stairs.
- Peter C (7/5): Comfortable and well located for city sights. - Room was comfortable and well located for restaurants and transport We were not notified that it was up several flights of narrow stairs, with no elevator available.
- Júlia (8/5): Very comfortable and nice location - The room is very good - a lot of space, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is also very good.
The location is incredible and within walking distance from practically everything worth visiting in Boston. They even have umbrellas in the room in case it rains. There is no elevator and we were on the third floor. We had to carry (each) two 20kg bags up the stairs upon arrival (no one offered to help) and on check out, the same thing. This was very uncomfortable.
It is very noisy (from the street and restaurant) but it was mostly OK.
When we required cleaning of the room, no one replaced the amenities so we had one small container of shampoo and shower gel for 5 days for 2 people (to split) and seeing as there is no lobby/front desk we had no one/nowhere to ask for more.

- Leigh-Anne (9/5): -
