• Kylie (7/5): Comfortable and clean but location is a little suspect and no breakfast. - The bed was comfortable and room quite spacious considering. There was a microwave and fridge. The description offered breakfast and this is no longer available.

• CHARLES (9/5): Great Value for a quick visit to Dallas to catch the game at the AT&T stadium and the Dallas Cowboys. - Location was near restaurants and the stadium. Room was a bit smaller than I expected. Room could have been a little more cleaner. Laboratory was clogged up.

• Ronald (2/5): - The establishment illegally charged me a $100.00 deposit for a service animal. Management was rude. The room was dirty.
• Miranda (1/5): Awful. Bad neighborhood. Horrible employees. Don’t waste your money. - Property had a cash deposit rule that was never mentioned anywhere. I had no cash on me. It’s in a rough neighborhood and I was told to go to an ATM at night to get the cash. When asked if I could cancel and if there would be a fee, office attendant said there wouldn’t be a fee for canceling. Messaged the booking website to send them an email to waive the fee. We let her know it was sent and she said she’d take care of it. We left and booked a different hotel and they still charged us for the night and refused to cancel or refund our money.

• Gerardo (1/5): Got charched twice front desk ruda - Rooms are good size bed is comfortable To much noise no breakfast as advertised the floors are filthy need to wear socks And trow them away I had made the reservation and pay on line and when I got there I got charge again so watch out for the front desk clerk he is really rude and he robbed you If you give him a chance

• Walter (5/5): Never again - Newly remodeled Noisy. Poor workmanship on remodel. No English at check-in. Breakfast was a lie. No coffee anywhere.

• Roland (1/5): Condom sense - Nothing the price was decent At first, the room appeared to be clean, but as I walked in, right there on the floor was a used condom. The person working the front desk then had me follow him back up to the room for some reason I'm not sure about. At this point, there were no words in any language that could convince me the room was clean, and definitely not convince me to stay in the room. I told him, 'Look, just give me a different room. I'm not really trying to make a huge deal out of this; I just want a clean room.' He said, 'All the rooms are full,' which I guess is possible, but there were maybe five cars in the parking lot, so who knows. I replied, 'Okay, if you can't give me a clean room, the only thing to do is give me back my money.' His response was, 'No refunds.' I laughed at him and told him, 'It's not really a "no refunds" scenario; this is 100% your fault, not mine.'" Long story short I got my money back deposit as well but the audacity of the clerk was mind blowing to me. In all fairness I have stayed there a handful of times prior to this incident. Hasn't been bad nothing spectacular but decent enough.

• Jennifer (10/5): - This lil hidden gem is definitely a book you should not judge by the cover. The Front desk attendant is awesome! Best customer service. Our room was huge and the bed was really comfy. Has a refrigerator and cabinet space and a microwave, which is excellent. The room was very clean and their cable tv is supreme, channels and sound are crystal clear. It is located in a very quiet low-key area not far off hwy 360. Their prices are very very reasonable. Definitely check this gem out!

I went the the office to inform them we cpuldnt get the door open only to be told "I tell you up only." Hold up there buddy i almost lost my religion 👎
