First day was at terrific young man who helped carry my bags to my room. The second day was a not so pleasant older man quoted me one price for a taxi and then called me to tell me the price had doubled.
- David (10/5): Excellent hotel but distant neighborhood - The hotel is very nice with a friendly staff. Room was quite small but bathroom very comfortable. The hotel is near the train station in a quiet neighborhood but quite a distance to the center. Breakfast was limited with a fixed menu and only one cup of coffee included😟 for a city of coffee houses this is cheap. You have to pay for every cup. Best part of the stay was the friendly staff but I will definitely stay at a central location. The area around the train station is very sketchy.

- MIKHAIL (10/5): Nice stay in a business district. - We had a nice stay in the hotel. The personnel is friendly, the organisation is standard but quite effective. Breakfasts were extensive and tasty. The only concern you can have is the presence of some noisy groups of visitors, but it's occasional, noise isolation in the rooms works well.
- John (10/5): Good value for money - Excellent stay. Best location for the railway station which I was using most days. Supermarket close by for provisions. Only strange thing was that I was asked on checkout to pay the local tax and phone call cost in cash rather than card. This meant I had to change some more money at the ATM so incurring charges from my bank as a result.

Hotel is new and clean.Staff always very helpful and friendly.4 floors with elevator.Good 24 hour dining. Beers locally brewed are good and wine from Georgia and Ukraine are great. Only negative is the hotel was not in center of town.But only 20 minutes by foot or 5 by bus or taxi.Airport and train station are close- 10 minutes.But cost and condition of the hotel and staff made up for that . Take the tour from the Opera square.Also close by is the Kafa- xashta were coffee is made and served.Also 100 meters away is a cool bar and resturant called "Krifka", there is no sign inside ,but now one outside.You must know the password to get in.I will tell you it now :SLava Ukraine!
- Louis (10/5): Hotel Close To Train Station - Only about a 5 min taxi ride to train station. Hotel is in a residential area and our room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. They have an excellent restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the goulash soup along with good wine and beer selection. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection and was excellent. This hotel is an excellent value.

The hotel staff and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a quiet neighborhood but restaurants and cafes are close by and especially there is a large supermarket, all these are within about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. We haven't used public transport but there is a train station nearby and there are a number of buses routes as well. It is about 2-3 km from city center and it is about 10-15 min by taxi.
